I just need to tell everyone that Baja Boathouse is under new ownership and you should give it another try. New Owners, who just bought the place will be making improvements to the existing venue. Don't rule this place out! You watch what she does with this place. We just had our 17th Annual William Floyd HS Multi Year Casual Reunion there.... Hundreds of people showed up and not one complaint. The food was good. The music was great and the drinks were cold! Everyone was dancing and enjoying themselves all day long. We will definitely be back next year Thank you Baja for another successful fundraiser!

First time visiting and I had an amazing experience! The set up is amazing there’s like 3 different sections and there were live music and the lights came on in the evening it was beautiful! I ordered fries and calamari for a snack and man they were crispy calamari just the way I like em, sooo delicious. I definitely recommend this place for a chill night to relax enjoy the breeze music vibes. Customer service was great too! Keep it up! Thank god they had a parking lot fits about 20 cars I think. It was a bit windy and my husband couldn’t get a nice video with his drone we literally got a 7 second video and put it in slow motion. (My last evening before I give birth)

Kinda hard to believe that your store is good when you actually are on mastic road closer than Domino's and you can't deliver out towards smiths point, what good is this place if you don't deliver locally no wonder your stars are low

Stopped by for a quick lunch break. Imagine my suprise when it took about 30 minutes to get food despite there only being 1 customer in front of me and 4 or 5 people working. Drive through cars were flying by no problem though, unbelievable and late going back to work. I get fast food isn't as fast as it used to be, but this is just ridiculous

The evening/night manager by the name of Jenny; Extremely rude & an embarrassment of presenting customer service. I have never experienced such neglect & discrimination in my life. The presentation of customer service she presents and atrocious! No customer should ever have to experience what I experienced this night! I am the only customer inside the dinning area & it was if i was invisible to her. Her approach was: "you looking for something " ... clearly I am here to place an order. After she presented that form of hello. I proceeded with confirmation of her name! Next Is better business bureau. People of that sort should never be able to provide customer service in a fast food enviorment.

So I had orange chicken and it was not good. The sauce was way too thick and the chicken was inedible. It was tough and chewy. Tasted old! Gave it to my dogs! The sesame chicken tasted better but was still not that great! Overall I wouldn’t eat there again.

There customer service is amazing there delivery driver is like no other and the food is delicious highly recommend eating here

Ordered uber eats yesterday, ordered an hibachi kids bowl when we got it it was only a bowl of white rice, I called the restaurant and I was told “I think my manager changed the recipe” 14 dollars for a hibachi kids bowl and it was only white rice. Plus, the white rice smelled weird and stale. I wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant on DoorDash four times now, and boyyyy have I had wild experiences from this place. A condensed version of each time: 1- first time I ordered food was DELICIOUS but the two customizable bowls I ordered were a little messed up (like I wanted corn and no jalapeños and my husband got jalapeños and corn in his even though the rest of the orders were fine) I let this go because it was delicious and figured it was a one time issue. 2- second time I ordered they messed up the bowls again and I ordered a Kani salad, which is crabmeat, and instead I got containers of lettuce, nothing else. Contacted the manager and he’s a doll, but it was an inconvenience to get my money back. I could have gone through DoorDash but I didn’t want them to lose out on money… 3- third time was the craziest. They gave someone else’s food to the doordasher and when I noticed the dasher decided to keep the food and disappear. The restaurant not only gave me a hard time about giving my food to a dasher, but they were expecting me to get the food for the other customer, bring it back to them, and THEN get my food. They kept talking to me about “Nick S” and “what’s going to happen with his food” and that they couldn’t afford to take the loss, but I DONT WORK FOR DOORDASH! So every time they said “Nick S” I was like can you please stop???? I don’t know this person I just want my food! At this point I had to get DoorDash involved and the restaurant refused to remake my food. DoorDash threatened them and told them they have to remake my food because it’s been sitting out for over an hour and told them it is not my responsibility as the customer to try to locate another customer’s food to bring back to the restaurant. DoorDash issued me apology credits, so again, I didn’t want to financially cause any harm to the restaurant…. 4- fourth and FINAL order. I spent an extra $20 on extra salmon and tuna and thought maybe if I paid for extra stuff I’d get a properly made bowl. Nope. My husband has graves disease and can’t have seaweed and they put that in his, with the crabmeat that was supposed to be in mine. No tuna, no extra salmon, jalapeños in both (I hate them….) and when I called they told me “sometimes when the chef runs out of stuff he’ll put “whatever is still available” in the bowls. What if people have allergies? I can’t believe this is okay? I paid $76 for fully packed bowls full of fish and got half filled bowls with mostly white rice, corn, edamame, OH and the avocado I paid extra for also wasn’t in one of them. Anyway, aside from the fact they have also given me stale rice, I expressed my sadness over how much I love this restaurants food but unfortunately this was the last straw. The guy on the phone was nice but they need to fire this chef. At this point I got a full refund from DoorDash and I will never order from this restaurant again. Steer clear if you have specific food allergies etc…. Because they don’t care. They’ll give you “whatever is available” instead of what you ask for.

I called in an order for sushi and when I walked in the door, the woman at the front desk was leaned up against the counter scrolling on her phone. Behind her was a a plate of sushi with the cover off. When I told her which order was mine, she got put her phone down, covered the sushi, bagged it up and handed it to me. It was off putting that the food had been casually sitting there uncovered for however long for no reason. Nonetheless, I come home to eat and it looks like I’ve been given dirty/used chopsticks (see photo). I used to order from them all the time because the food was decent and they are close by. But I will not anymore.

Got bubble tea. Many issues. It's very watery, the bubble tea pearls aren't fresh and chewy, they're almost like orbeez texture you can tell they're probably instant boba because they taste artificial. Recipient was not happy, paid a lot for small portion of bubble tea that was not good. Staff was alright and didn't seem rude, but they were too busy eating their meal to tend to us which felt odd, waited a good bit. Overall will most likely not be coming back.

New name “island sushi”. Saw the “all you can eat sushi” sign and decided to try. This will be our new spot! Rolls were delicious and beautiful. They put a lot of work into them. Super fresh!

READ ME!!! This IS the BEST Chinese food on Long Island. Message me if you have any contenders. The quality of the food, the atmosphere and the service is impeccable. It is a gem hidden in a small corner mall that you paid without know because it isn’t facing the street. It’s worth the trip to come out to this amazing family establishment.

This Applebee’s is probably the nicest one I’ve ever been to! Went as a large group for lunch, and didn’t call ahead (apologies wasn’t my idea!) but they were very accommodating and everything still came out fast. The food was very good, and as I mentioned did not take long from order time to table. Portion sizes are also very large for the price! Looking at $10-$20 per person without drinks. (Average for our group was about $15 before drinks) The waitress was very nice, and spent an appropriate amount of time checking on our table to refill drinks and see if we needed anything. Never felt like I had to ask for anything, and also served everyone a water which I always think is a nice touch. Overall, great spot to grab lunch. The deals they have during the week also make it a great spot to go during a lunch break. Super sad I’m visiting as I’d love to come here again.

The service was terrible, rude and clueless...it took a while to bring cutlery and napkins and he didn't respond in a friendly manner, the place is nice and its variety of dishes and prices but no one wants to pay and receive bad service...bathrooms a little neglected and there weren't even that many customers due to the bad service and neglected bathrooms... as diners and clients we went out to have a good time, enjoy good food and above all receive good service. We pay for quality, we deserve it , They even left us the bill receipt lying on the table without its usual folder that should hold the bill...every detail counts in a restaurant, we pay for experience...and good times

Sandwiches were pretty bland,which was the only food item I've purchased. Ive only been there twice. The first time I thought it was my taste buds so I tried again, NOPE!! STILL bland. I had ordered the Turkey and Swiss hero, just to be clear.

Food was honestly horrible. My sandwich was falling apart and my turkey was grey and slimy clearly old. The owner is a nice guy but maybe if he learned how to keep his paws off of his female staff he would be more focused on the quality of the food. I will never return to this place and you shouldn’t either. Hopefully I don’t get sick!!

Very nice and helpful staff and pleasant vibe in the dining room. I ordered from the menu and after being disappointed with the food, noticed there was a buffet that looked good. A chicken with noodles dish in the dining room had little flavor. Neither did the spring rolls, which were kind of gummy. There were a lot of people there but I’ve been to countless great Chinese restaurants and am a cook so I know what good Chinese food tastes like. I did complain to the staff. Instead of offering me a different choice and saying they were sorry, like most restaurants, they became defensive and argued with me. On second thought, I think I’ll skip the buffet.
