Sorry but this place is REALLY bad.. I try to leave mostly positive reviews, but this doesn't deserve it. Even the soup, the most basic item every Chinese restaurant should have, absolutely horrible. Wonton was like plain chicken broth with pasta, no taste no flavor, no pork, no scallions, bare minimum. The roast pork egg roll should be called a vegetable roll. The pork inside was non-existent. Don't even get me started on the actual dishes. So many better options in the area. This place needs to totally revamp or give it up, because this is a disgrace to Chinese food.

Very good food. Had the General Tai (dark meat) chicken to stay. Large portion more chicken pieces then rice. Chinese restaurants need to stop cheaping out and give bigger size plastic forks

I love this restaurant, the best on Long Island. Their fried rice is never dry, moist, great portions with lots of pork. I have been coming here for over twenty years. They are the best. Fast service, prices are reasonable, portions big.

It's not the bomb, but neither is it a dud. Its very decent food. I've had more rice portions at other Chinese fast food restaurants. Wish they served a little more, and the food is good, but left me wanting better. The young lady serving the food at the front could be a tad friendlier. All in all, its good, but not good enough for me to give it four stars. Just my opinion. 😊

I was looking for a new place for Chinese food. I always ate at food King kitchen. Thought I would try this place. Very nice service, but their food tastes weird. I got the sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was small pieces and overcooked. Does sweet and sour sauce taste like it was missing something. My husband got the pork lo mein. That tasted a little weird also. I think I'll go back to my original restaurant.

I love this place !! Fast fast delivery and the food tastes very clean. At first I thought it was a little flavorless but then I realize that they don’t put a lot of oil and salt and I like that ! If you want traditional greasy salty then this is not the place for you . I order shrimp and broccoli with veg fried rice with shrimp roll . The shrimp in the SHRIMP FRIED RICE is not deviled. But other than that I love it’s place and I love that I don’t feel like I’m dying after eating .

I used to visit Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet with my family often, especially under the previous management, but ever since the new management took over a couple of years ago, the experience has become incredibly stressful. The biggest issue is the constant pressure from the servers to leave a tip. I fully understand that tipping is customary at most restaurants, but the way the staff here goes about it makes the experience uncomfortable. The first time I felt this pressure, I thought it was just one server behaving this way. However, after returning a few more times, I realized that all the servers do the same thing. It seems like this is coming from the management, as if they’re instructing the servers to pressure customers for tips. This approach completely ruins the dining experience. Buffets are self-serve for the most part, so the service is already limited. Instead of enjoying a nice meal with my family, I find myself frustrated by the constant stress. Honestly, because of the frustration they’ve caused, I’ve even tipped less than I usually would because they’ve ruined what should be a relaxing family outing. The food itself is decent, but the uncomfortable atmosphere created by the staff and management makes it hard to enjoy. Unfortunately, this is why I’ve stopped going to this restaurant and likely won’t return unless things change.

Staff is very rude came in with my husband and dad. Had 3 plates each the server started harassing us every few minutes for us to leave. In the end we realize she charges us 3.50 each for tap water and when we asked for the check she began begging for a tip. Which is rude and unprofessional. I told her i would leave cash but never did. 4 days later the restaurant takes 10 additional dollars that i did not approve of. Now i had to dispute the entire experience with my bank as fraud in order to get my money back. I will NEVER come back here again 0 stars

We order from this place almost all the time. We've tried many different dishes from here. Our favorite dishes are the sweet and sour chicken, wonton soup, pork fried rice and fried chicken wings. Whenever my mom comes over she always gets the fried chicken wings. She said it's much better than the chinese take out place near her. The sesame chicken is our least favorite. But overall this place is good.

Good food but like most Chinese takeout places, staff is AWFUL. Yesterday we ordered 3 lunch specials and when we got home realized one of them was completely wrong after opening it. We called and were told to BRING THE WRONG ONE BACK. We did and the girl working took it and put it aside as though she was going to send it out with another customer after it had left the store with us. When she gave my wife the new one, she said, "You already have eggroll so that's it." No apology for the getting it wrong, making us come back, screwing up, being a rude Asian, etc... AWFUL.

i ordered food 28 minutes before closing, i got the tso chicken the food was hot and it was good the rice is also good it has a red color to it the only down side is delivery time it took 1hour and 10minutes to get here

I had dinner with my family today and ordered seven dishes from this Chinese restaurant: fried chicken wings, sesame chicken, green pepper beef, cheese wontons, fried dumplings, seafood, and Singapore fried rice noodles. The portions were generous and the taste was great. Surprisingly, this Chinese restaurant also has desserts. I ordered passion fruit green tea and taro bubble milk tea, which tasted great. I will come here often to order such delicious Chinese food in the future.

I stopped here to grab halal after a doctor's appointment around 530pm. I asked the clerk behind the counter if there was a menu for the halal. He handed me a menu, and when I read off what I would like, he said, "we don't serve that here right now." I said to him, "You know it's dinner time," and he just looked at me like he just didn't care. So if you are ever looking for a halal spot, I would never recommend you to come here.

Don't serve food. Update: 10 months later and no food. They're a joke

Be careful with this person, it's incredible, he acts rude and arrogant, being a frequent customer, just for asking for a hot sauce. I don't know if he's the owner or manager, it doesn't matter, but you shouldn't treat your customers like that.

My son said rice instead of noodles and this man behind the register completely lost it. I told him that my son made a mistake and I will pay the extra charge for the noodles and he kept looking at my son who stepped away already and kept telling him that the food was plated already. I kept telling him I will pay for a side of noodles it’s not a big deal, but he would not let it go. I finally had to raise my voice at him and he finally snatched my card from my hand and charged me. When I got the noodles, I was trying to take the plate of rice with noodles to put the chicken on top of my noodles and he said absolutely not. He wanted me to get separate chicken and he didn’t want me to touch the rice plate. He thought I was trying to get over on him. He just didn’t understand that I would take the chicken that was on the rice so he wouldn’t lose money. He was huffing and puffing the whole time. Very mean man. Doesn’t listen.

DO NOT order from here. This is the most disgusting food I have ever tried. Had to throw the entire order in the garbage!!! It is just nasty. The food was left over from yesterday and reheated. The oil they use is weeks old.

Always go here for my local takeout. They also make the food super quick and it’s always hot when I pick it up. I think their fried rice is a hidden gem. Overall great quality food and not too expensive compared to other places. Plenty of food for the money.

A Go-To Favorite: Da Hang Kitchen Da Hang Kitchen is my go-to spot for when I’m craving delicious takeout but don’t want to spend hours cooking. Great local Chinese restaurant with large portions and great prices, especially lunch specials. The owners and staff are very friendly, and service is quick, even if you decide to order at the place and take out. Love their brown and garlic sauce, which I compare regularly amongst local Chinese places. Food is always hot and the place is very clean, though I do wish that they had some sit down tables. Will continue to visit.

Placed an order by phone to pick up because we discovered that if you order online through their website for an order pick up, they charge a silly convenience fee? Hot and sour soup was neither hot or sour. They need to sample their soup. Vegetable fried rice was full of large pieces of undercooked onions. Vegetable chow fun was ok, nothing special or memorable here. Vegetable lo mein, maybe the noodles could have been more tender and vegetables were undercooked. Chicken and broccoli was ok. Egg roll was ok as well. The restaurant gives free items depending on how much you spend and you must have a coupon and then pay by cash. With so many take out restaurants like this one, its easy to try different ones till you find one you like. I have found better Chinese food nearby, but I'm always searching for the one that will be our new favorite. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from Kai Li again

Went to pick up my won ton soup and they said what exactly did u order cause we have many varieties of lomain. What the chances that at 4:00 someone else ordered exactly what I did. Plus few of the wontons were sour . Threw it out .

Called in and ordered plain steamed chicken to be delivered. Paid, tipped well, all good. Opened plain steamed chicken, smelled fishy. I’m allergic to shellfish. Not anaphylactic, but get sick. I called to explain, and May I please return what was delivered and go up to store to get new? Offering to bring existing food and go out after delivery. No sneaky intentions. No, I’m wrong, no need to come, etc. so I go (of course, large chicken is not cheap - and that’s just fine! I wait in line patiently, present the chicken - smells fine to them! Asked a super nice gentleman waiting for his meal (after she said I was crazy, and that it’s fine). Thank you cool guy! He smelled, and said in earshot to owner - smells like some kind of fish. Upset to make me another but did. She made me smell it, they did swear new wok, etc. still fishy. Not like plug your nose at all, but smelled like shrimp/fish. Bite the bullet, threw out the food I spent money for and delivery, and went to wing wah on old town road up the street. They are great - they just dont deliver - because they are so busy. Owner was so argumentative and took it personally. It’s just dinner. It’s ok. Stuff happens. No, “I’m sorry you didn’t like that, can we make something different?” Look up why steamed plain Chinese chicken smells fishy.
