My girls and I come here almost every week. It's without a doubt our favorite restaurant on Long Island. Huge shout out to the absolute greatest server I've ever known... Ken Lee! Absolute pleasure always to see Mr. Lee when we make our visit. He's become a great friend and we always enjoy your company Lee! All the servers are kind, attentive and genuinely wonderful people. Edwin the manager is an absolute gentleman. The bartender Ken is awesome and he makes incredible cocktails. This place feels more like family to me than any other restaurant I've ever known. My girls and I love the people here and want to thank all of you for making us feel so welcome every time we visit. Thank you to the management and staff and of course as always the chefs... The food, sushi and hibachi experience... The whole 9 yards.. exceptional! Where the golden buzzer button for reviews? 10 stars!!!!

This is place is a 10 out of 10. The food was so delicious, the drinks are made to perfection and all of the staff were very professional and amazing they treated us like family. I will recommend this place 1000000000x, it was that good. They now have a loyal customer!!

We’ve been getting food here for years & my wife & i love it. the service is excellent & the food is better than any other local place.. & we’ve tried them all. Whenever we opt for a shrimp dish it’s always good, & the soups are great. The Thai iced tea is great as well. 🙏

Wow! This place is great… AND, YOU GET TO SIT DOWN AT A TABLE, SEE A MENU AND ENJOY A DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE! … the food is terrific, service is great, excellent value… it’s all here! The General Tso is over the top great… This is my new “go to”place!!

My favorite sushi place on the island! Fair prices and the only place where sashimi and nigiri don’t have tough pieces in them. Can’t go there often enough

First time take-out. Ordered a large sushi sashimi platter for two and a side of seaweed salad. Service was excellent and the food exceeded our expectations. It was fresh and deliciously prepared. Mount Sinai Sushi will now be our regular haunt!

While looking for a Thai restaurant near Waiting River, Google recommended this restaurant.. They have sushi and Sashimi as well as a full Cinnese restaurant. The servers were friendly and attentive. My steamed vegetables and brown rice were nicely prepared with the sauce on the side as I asked. Everything was clean, including the bathrooms.

I got an order two seconds ago already you know that salmon .. should not be black it smelt so rotten. So I called because I got delivery to my home which they hung up on me because apparently the tip that I had offered even though it’s down the street from me was not, good enough which percentage wise it was. It’s so crazy they told me that I was on the phone for 15/ 20 minutes when I was just explaining to them what was happening meanwhile I have a documentary call log that it was actually lesson four minutes. I knew they always gave attitude but I did like their sushi, but I’ve never seen rotten sushi before my life that was actually black.

Went in last night ordered a beef egg and gravy dish, beef and broccoli, vegetable egg rolls, and fried wonton. Staff was super nice but the food was trash!! Only thing edible were the wontons. Honestly I don’t know what happened to this place it use to be good will never get food from here again 🤮

This is our favorite Chinese takeout in the area. We live in Shoreham and take the extra trip to pick up Far East. We also love that they have added Bobba to the menu.

The food is excellent and no mistakes! This is really a take out operation. There are two tables available to sit and eat but no wait service. The restaurant is always busy which goes to prove the quality of the food. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Great family own local Chinese Food.They are prompt on the phone and orders are cooked to order. Love their extensive menu. The food is delicious flavorful and hot not warm unless I forgot I ordered or arrived later than told. That's why I have an alarm on my phone lol. Thank you ❤️🇺🇸❤️

Unfortunately this restaurant will get 1 star from me. We ordered chow mein and fried rice from here and we were quite disappointed. 1. The meals had little meat in it 2. The chow mein had a pool of oil on the bottom of it 3. The meals did not taste good in term of flavor This is my review and YMMV.

Unfortunately after many years of eating at Chong star our combo came with a part of steel wool in the broccoli . Called the phone number to the restaurant which is now a third party service that is helping.They directed me to their manger that requested us to deliver the food back for replacement. I was told that the chef double checks the food prior it be received but that is clearly not the case. We will not be going back to the restaurant to return the food and was not offered a refund.
