Authentic Chinese restaurant near Penn Station. Food has a good variety to choose from and is very affordable. Will def be back!

Omg I wish I lived near this restaurant. I couldn't believe what was on the menu for gf. All soy is tamari based. I had a wonderful noodle dish. I was so excited and it was so hard to choose. We wandered over from New Jersey side and it was well worth it. It will be my go-to in NYC from now on. My son had the not gf Philly steak sandwhich and fries and holy cow. Plus we had a veggie at the table and they added tofu to a random dish with no extra charge. Fantastic. Staff were wonderful. Great location!!

I had some good sushi and great service at the bar! It was a little tough to find but I’m glad I did. I’ll be back!

Food 8/10 Slightly on the salty side, but everything was thoroughly enjoyable. Every single dish was very largely portioned. The fried rice was a classic, brought me right back to childhood. The salted pork chops were the highlight of my meal though, perfectly tender yet chewy. Simply seasoned with salt and pepper, golden around the edges. Water spinach came in very long strands, but I do typically enjoy it a bit more chopped up. Cooked well though with garlic, and as my favorite vegetable, I ate it right up. Atmosphere 8/10 Large underground space, filled with a mix of tourists and locals. You know it’s a spot that’s been around considering the decor and the booths. Service 8/10 Very solid service, speedy and efficient.

As a Chinese , really ashamed of what they are doing, honest and trust are the fundamentals of this country, it's ok to add 20% tips, but sales tax shouldn't be tipped. I bet I am the only one figured this out. I am a math teacher, that is what I am teaching my students everyday. They shouldn't price gauging if you are a tourist also. Charge what whatever is on the menus. Food, some dishes are pretty good, but others are just so-so. BTW, celebrity says good, doesn't mean it is good, they were paid to do so. Just ask Oprah Winfrey.

Excellent place for XLBs (crab flavor) and we really enjoyed the scallion pancakes. Service is fast and attentive, food is hot and fresh (fun to see the dumplings madd). We didnt eat much since it was a quick stop for us, but the tourists around us enjoyed the Chinese American dishes. Enjoy!

Delicious food for a very affordable price in comparison with other Chinese restaurants. Everything is delicious, dumplings with the fine dough, delicious shredded port with garlic sauce, baby bok choy with garlic. Second time here - to have lunch.

We just came back from this place. Food and service are all the best in my experience. My farvorite is 酒香土豆牛腩. The garlic shrimp in the picture is also delicious. Highly recommended when you are around and want to find a place to eat. You might need to reserve a table during busy time. BTW, the free sour spicy cabbage at the start is better than many places.

I went there yesterday and it was amazing! Great food and service. I felt taken care of. I ordered the sautéed eggplant with garlic sauce, (amazing!) and the Ma-la boiled beef! Man completely worth it! Absolutely everything was cooked to perfection. The spices and flavors were out of this world! This is perfect for a date night! The restaurant itself deserves an award for its decor. It’s beautiful inside and the seats are very comfortable. That’s a good thing because you’re going to be very full after eating here! Yes, you must go and enjoy because it’s amazing!

Quick and friendly serive and an insanely varied menu. I had the duck dumplings, which by the way, are not widely available. Whether you're just a little peckish or you want a full meal, you're sure to find something here. It's a small spot, but the seating is comfortable. Definitely an option for a quick bite. There's also outside seating in the courtyard across the street.

Fantastic food without having to go out china town. Had the wonton noodle soup which was good, light broth and super thin noodles. All the dim super was excellent as well!
