Some plates are ok but not all !! there was no sesame seeds with the sesame chicken and it had a sour tomato taste 🤮. Be careful look @ what you order before ordering.

Hood staple they been around since the eighties, my whole family's eating from this place at some point i haven't had them in a while, but they were really good back in the days

Service is clean and quick when not packed to the brim with people. It can be a bit difficult to order custom orders since only the son speaks English well enough to understand what you want quickly. The parent's which are the regular workforce understand the orders on their menu, but have trouble understanding anything that strides a little from the norm. Fair price on their meals for today's economy and the food is rather delicious as far as take out restaurant's go. I recommend the Happy Family, it may be a tad overpriced and drowned in sauce, but only someone who cares deeply for presentation and proper sauce portions would complain. For the rest of us, not practicing our culinary arts on take-out restaurants and being pretentious snobs, it's rather delicious!

Great take out restaurant. Always call to order ahead. Very busy on weekends. Prices recently went up by $1 on most combo orders. They are closed on Mondays.

Best Chinese around here. Too bad they only deliver sometimes. (Don't like to use the delivery apps too often or at all)

It's a nice place to get a ton of Chinese delicacies. The lunch special menu is filled with so many nice options to make your day bright. Personally I went for 4 wings with chicken fried rice and I loved it.

This place reminds me of Fallujah. Like Fallujah in 2009. It’s an actual warzone. If the “B,” on the window doesn’t scare you off, or the rats scouring the bombed out parking lot for scraps, or the empty liquor bottles you have to trek through to make it to the actual store, the cardboard taped to the partially collapsed window panels might do it. Wear Kevlar when you get your egg rolls, people. This place should be condemned. Killer chicken though. 5 stars. Also the dude picks up the phone with the funniest line I’ve ever heard in my life. Call. You’ll see.

I’ve been going to Jimmy’s since I was a child (literally) and this is the only Chinese food restaurant I fully trust 😭. Jimmy and his staff are the sweetest. The customer service is A1! And the food has never disappointed me for all the years I’ve been ordering from them. Love this place!

So I called the store, made an order over the phone with honey chicken wings, vegetable fried rice, shrimp, and broccoli with garlic sauce, they delivered my order I gave them a tip. I touched the food about an hour later to realize there is no shrimp. I call the store back spoke to some manager. They agreed to remake my food and do a swap five minutes later another Manager calls me telling me no we can’t make the swap. We could just give you five shrimp. How is that gonna work? Just think about other people mind you this is the only Chinese food that I eat around the block so therefore it was more like and screw me even though it was their mistake just something for you to think about food for thought when they treat you how they treated me do we really need to give them our business? It was totally their fault. How do you miss the shrimp and shrimp and broccoli. Please help me understand these people. You know how we can make them understand not ordering from them no more let them understand that our money counts

I always eat in this Chinese restaurant. It is in my neighborhood right around the corner but the quality of the food is average. Sometimes the food taste good and sometimes the food tastes terrible. Like tonight, I ordered chicken brocoli white rice with white sauce but I could not eat it because the sauce was watery and it did not taste good.

They are the worst with taking order. They send wrong orders and don’t take accountability with their mistakes. They do not realize it’s the neighborhood customers keeping their business going! Food could be better too not all that great Workers are nasty & rude!!!

Very nice Chinese food! John is so cool, he is so nice! I loved their fried rice! Their chicken wings were so good 😩😩😩😩😩. Love this place 🥰🥰🥰🥰! Their lemonade was also so good and refreshing 🥡🥢😋😋😋🫶🏻

John was very nice, they give you a lot of food for under 10$! They have kool-aid and drinks for my thirsty kid, he loved it. Highly recommend, best food in the soundview!!!

Only drove 75 miles and it was worth it, we milled the food in the car, it was just like home, thank you so much for bringing back all the memories of take outs on a Friday night from Walkinstown or Clondalkin, a long way from home, we ordered 2, 3 in 1 trays and extra curry sauce and prawn crackers and chicken balls and spicebag chicken balls and 2 cans of rock shandy, portion sizes is big, and the food is amazing. Run don’t walk here, food porn as in the pic below.

The Mexican food was not appetizing at all. Ordered a chicken quesadilla, and it came in a bed of lettuce, one small tortilla folded in half with a few fatty pieces of chicken and rest was cheese. Lemonade was not a lemonade, it was very sweet with with I dont k ow what it. Churros was actually a deep fried waffle with cinnamon flavor. Guacamole was very salty. Basically, it was not worth what I paid for.

IF YOU HAVE A PEANUT ALLERGY, PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE ! THEY LIED ABOUT WHAT THEY COOK WITH. My family ordered from here, and we're told they do not cook with peanuts. I had 3 bites before my allergic reaction started. I went to the hospital and had to be taken in as an in-patient due to the severity of my allergy.

Food was definitely good and filling, but I’ve definitely had better around other parts of the city. You definitely won’t be disappointed though

Been eating here for years. Their Chinese food is usually tasty never had a problem with it, But Recently I order shrimp lo mein and had food poisoning for two days and felt awful another three days. I was vomiting on the toilet, had the chills was freezing, had a terrible never ending migraine and it exaggerated my fibromyalgia 100 fold my whole body hurt. In one vomit moment I pucked so hard there was blood in it. Don’t think I’ll be eating there again. You take your life in your own hands if you eat here. You cared more about making a buck then to have repeat customers. You just lost one. Here’s a tasty picture: I just finished vomiting while on the toilet.

My favorite chinese restaurant in the neighborhood. The food is so so good. The staff is super friendly and funny aswell. Definitely recommend!

Good food prepared in timely manner, I live like a 5 minute walk away, so delivery is always quick. It'd be nice if they added chairs and tables though, I've seen smaller places with them. :/

If I could give 0 stars I would. The rice was horrible, gummy, and no flavor. The shrimp in the lo mein was undercooked. The chicken……. Don’t get me started, they fried the babies because they were SO SMALL!!!!!!! The sweet and sour sauce was jello with NO FLAVOR!!!!! I decided to give this restaurant a try because it had 4.2 stars and I highly REGRET IT!!! $60 in the trash. This was dinner for my family and it was horrible. 0 STARS and I will never be going there again.

I vouch for their crispy chicken wings and their vegetable fried rice, that joint is ON POINT! The fried chicken has a great crisp and flavor to it without it being drenched in oil. And their vegetable fried rice is equally delicious because again it is not oily, has flavor and the vegetables are fresh. If you get this, you won’t be disappointed👌🏼 it’s the only thing I’ve ordered from this place and I’ve been happy with it every time. Also the place is clean so that is always appreciated.
