The delivery driver is disrespectful, snatch people money out from their hands they never given me my ice tea then going charge me five r the ice tea I will be making a complaint

I live in the neighborhood, never watched them cook before but this time I as I ordered witnessed this man in the kitchen grabbing food out of pots with no gloves …. Then she upped to price on something I get every time, even though the menu is right there and I read the pricing to her. She the tried to quickly switch up and say I asked for extra broccoli which I never do. So this was my last time going there , that was enough for me. You not gonna be unsanitary in my face AND up then price on me like I’m a new customer.

Everything about it is GREAT 👍 The good the service the vibe everything the food is so delicious for it's price so worth it I recommend this place

Wish i can give them a zero. Idk how they still open. Food is old, smells bad. Meat old smells like idk what.even the rice is nasty.smells like old closet. Makes me wanna throw up. Close this place down. They lost there touch many years ago. Save your money ppl n go anywhere else.

I don’t even know how they get 3.5 stars on google, they are scamming people, I ordered 2 orders of chicken wings with fried rice and a order beef mix vegetables with 3 soups, they charged me 50 bucks on that, however at this time money don’t worth anything I understand their price change but the chickens taste weird and funny, all the meats are black, beef are made just like rubber, how are the quality of the food can match the price like that? I called them back and the laddie are very rude first thing she told me no refund no exchange, not even feel sorry or guilt , 1 star is even too much for the people like them

I have order from this restaurant in the past they fell off the first time when I was pregnant in 2023 while in the hospital back then the sesame chicken was bomb their chicken and broccoli wasn’t too my liking. It seems like the food quality has gotten worse. After placing an order tonight and being given frozen left over cabbage in my shrimp roll like it had been frozen for more than two months tasting of rubbery old wet cabbage.not to mention they don’t deliver to your door I am highly disappointed I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

I would confidently give this place an 8/10. The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is top-notch. My order was handled perfectly, though I made sure to confirm it by repeating it back over the phone. Everything went smoothly, and I highly recommend calling ahead for pick-up. It ensures they have more time to prepare your food fresh, which makes a noticeable difference. Would also highly recommend the Shrimp Chow Fun with rice noodles. I ordered a seafood combination that come with shrimp lobster king crab meat scallops for $18 I called and asked if the crab meat was real king crab meat or imitation crab meat they said it was real king crab meat so I ordered it and got imitation crab meat pin size lobster pieces about 3 exactly how plate for the onions five broccoli pieces and nothing else I called them back to speak to the manager only for them to tell me it’s real king crab meat mixed with flour to keep it for falling apart no refund no exchange. No nothing just lies and scams this is ridiculous. please do not order from this Chinese restaurant big time scammers

definitely lost me as a customer..asked for bbq sauce on my wontons and tell you now they dont put toppings on food..you have to order any sauce on the side and pay extra. These people are the most penny pinching people Ive ever met..their food is definitely not the same anymore, definitely not good anymore and charge way too much. Not to mention the lady always has a nasty attitude

I ordered Pork fried rice with sesame chicken, The porkfried rice didn't tastes bad, because it didn't have any flavor. The sesame chicken, it was ok. But I've had better. I will never order from this place again. Like another reviewer said, you need to fire everyone and get new cooks.

I go here every week. The no delivery doesn't bother me because the foods really good. And the walking is needed for the food you will eat.

If there was a chance to put -o stars I would… When you order your food the lady that answers the phone first of all acts like she can not hear you on the phone and rush you off the phone before you can find out how much it is or if you want to add something else Also, you have to keep reminding them add sauce and utensil. Always messing our order and missing food feel sorry for the delivery guy That always have to come back I order large shrimp with broccoli, half of chicken with tostones, shrimp lo mein, large shrimp with broccoli, small house special fried rice nothing special about it adding every of their mother i spend almost 50 dollar as you can see a mother plate of Broccoli and 6 pieces shrimp and they add on what they want. It’s sad that people pay all this money for their food but don’t get what they ask for they send what they want never ordering from there again and in top of that my son and i got food poison. I call her to tell her but she had the audacity to call me back and said I didn't order from there like really been ordering from there almost 6 years, she didn't even offer a credit not again. This is the worst Chinese food I've ever had. I asked for mushrooms and beef. It's swimming in the sauce. I got so much sauce. It looks like soup chicken noodle soup is disgusting. It has no flavor. It was a waste of money. If I were you, I would not take the risk in order from this place. China Star on Jerome is way better more flavor and they follow instructions. Complete waste of money. I'm glad I didn't spend a lot the worst. The worst the worst. If I can give him zero I would. And the attitude of the lady who took my order was ratchet so no wonder the food tastes terrible.... DON'T DOIT TRUST ME!!!!

Food is fresh and tasty every time. However there is one lady that probably shouldn’t be dealing with customers. She always has an attitude and the other lady is ALWAYS trying to over compensate for her. She does a good job at it so the one with the attitude hasn’t ran me off just yet

This restaurant use to be okay, but best in the area for sure, they will cough over your food and not care, all you could do is pray you don’t get sick, now it’s ran by these younger people and the food went from 3 stars to literally 1, like I need that old lady back the food is undercooked and oily ( like you can use the extra oil to fry their undercooked chicken wings). Bring back the old lady and old chefs cause wth 🤦🏾‍♀️

The food is not authentic in the Chinese sense at all. The sauces were way too sweet and thick. There were no depth in the flavours. Can tell that not much effort was put into preparing the food.

I made an order on doordash to be delivered to my house . And they did not want to give the DoorDasher o my food because they kept saying that they don’t have DoorDash, but Uber eats Which doesn’t make sense because why would the restaurant authorize DoorDasher to pick up food. She laughed on the phone and said she didnt have my food and I called prior before the DoorDasher picked up my food to make sure my food is ready to be picked up. And now I have to wait to see if I can get my money back because of their negligence

A horrible place, bad service and spoiled products. I ordered a lunch with pork and it was damaged, I mentioned if I could change it with another order and the woman who serves me came out even angrier. If they have that attitude and bad service, it is better for them to dedicate themselves to something else.
