Okay so first off lemme start by saying that the woman at the front desk is always so gracious & appreciative when I come in! I’ve been ordering their general tso bean curd (tofu) for months and every time it slaps!!! If you’re plant-based that’s a great meal to try from them!

My first 2 orders have been ok. Today my food came SPOILED! When I called about it, they sent a replacement and tryed to charge me for it! Even threatened me with the police for 6.25. I will be reporting them to to the health dept.

Very rude and chicken lo mien should never be 14$…. I asked if that was the price and she says I’m too busy I have other customers…I called 30moms later to see where my food was only for her to say they’re not delivering… that’s the first question I asked…. Terrible place 10/10 don’t recommend

I called to make a delivery and the person on the phone hung up and said the location was too far even though I’d just order the week prior. After calling back to confirm that I was too far, they said that I was lying and I couldn’t make an order. I’ve had delivery with them six times and this has never happened. My friend also ordered from here the following week and found hair in her food and when she brought the food to them, they said it was her hair and that she was lying. She proceeded to show them the red hair that match the hair of one of the workers in the restaurant. They were extremely rude and dismissive the whole time. Never again!

Love the food close to my job always fresh Always quick and not salty I think it’s the BEST CHINESE IN THE BRONX …take out only but I’m satisfied. VERY PLEASED I AM their fried Wontons are crispy n fresh always a favorite

This place used to be great but it’s trash now. Wings are tiny. Pork fried rice has no flavor. They must’ve forgot to season it and only had 2 small chunks of pork. Ordered here for years but going to have to get Chinese elsewhere. Shit is wack now.

Horrible Chinese food I ever tasted. I ordered a simple chicken wings and fries and tasted old refried oily fries and chicken wings!!! Disgusting

I decided to try something new and ordered shrimp chow mein combo platter via Uber eats. I’m so disappointed with this and how it look. This is not what I expected to come

I went here because the place down the block is closed on Sundays. They took my order over the phone.. food was fast but anywhere near what bullshit was said about the Shrimp General Taos. CRISPY WHERE? super soggy , Half of the shrimps were out of the breading, just bad. Also ordered Shimp toast , THEY WERE frozen in the middle and not crispy. The chicken wings and fried rice was on point. Also I have to add the lady in the front has a nasty attitude for nothing.. I asked her for a Extra plate and she was demanding 50 cents.. like lady I just payed you 40 dollars, 50 cents is fine.. but here is the kicker.. she didn't want to give me my change back.. I dont care for tipping when it's earned but having an attitude over something so unnecessary is beyond me. Your price is your price that's not a problem. But having a shitty attitude over a plate is nasty work.. I will be taking my business down the block which their food is fire and their employees are much happier.

I've been ordering here for a while for delivery and take-out. The food has been good, no issues. The only thing is when ordering for delivery, you have to be careful with the lady who takes the order. She tries to be slick in overcharging in delivery orders. I've caught her a few times because I always order the same thing minimum twice a week and at times she tells me correct price of $13, other she says $15, one time she said $16 and I stopped her and told her straight out, I ordered this the day before yestetday and it was $13 how is it $16 today the exact same order she says hold on and says yeah $13. A week later I called again, same order and she said $15 I reminded her of my call the week before and she again says yeah $13. I'm not sure if she is a regular employee or family member, but now if I'm not in the area to pick up the food I won't buy there. It's ashame because I really like the food and like I mentioned before I use to order 2-3 a week. The delivery guy already knew me, and when I'd go pick up the food he would say hi. But when you stop trusting a place because they try to overcharge you, then they lose a good customer.

My Husband and I ordered our food via GrubHub. I ordered the small spareribs with pork fried rice and my husband ordered Kung po chicken with brown rice. My My Husband’s order came very cold. And my ribs were burnt to a crisp.. I will never order from this restaurant ever again.

I’m gonna be real honest this is not one of those bot reviews : the food is real good long time since I had good sesame chicken and fried rice was on point! I never had good orange chicken until here.

I have been ordering from this place since I was 11 years old.. and I am now in my 40s.. but I will say since the original owner has stepped down the service and food is not good or consistently positive for while.. this location is 5 minutes from my home and consistently if u order something to be delivered it takes over a hour… they have up charged their food by 15-20% (which most business fraudulently have done after Covid) … I keep it simple when ordering now because of the food not being consistent; Fried wings with fried rice or french fries… (they have the best batter on Burke Ave)

That was annoying. Tried making an order for delivery. Lady picked up the phone said "herro" and when I tried to ask to place an order for delivery she said 'hold on.' Ok. So I hold on. She kept picking the phone back up to say "herro" to just tell me to "hold on" this happened for 2 minutes. When that was finally over she asked for my address. When I tried giving her my address she interrupted me to tell me my phone number. Yes, correct. And the whole time I tried explaining to the lady that our bell is broken to please call us when the guy is here she kept screaming the word ADDRESS at me. Like, you literally INTERRUPTED ME in the middle of me telling you my address BC YOU ASKED FOR IT and now that I'm trying to explain something to you, instead of listening you're going to keep screaming the word at me. Then when I give up to tell you my address you're still screaming the word address at me. The food is not that good to be dealing with allat. CLICK. Goodbye.

Screw this place and the people who owns this restaurant. These people should be closed and sued. Today I found rat droppings in a order of fried rice. And the "yellow" rice has black spots all over it ,even the onions and I damn well know that's not black pepper that's disgusting. I threw the whole plate out. Keep your gutter oil food.

I went tonight with my husband for the first time. Unfortunately I will never go again.There was barely any food and the food they did have looked and tasted old, the stuffed clams and the fish were about the only two things we enjoyed. The chicken taste like the fish with led us to believe they use the same oil to fry their seafood and chicken and the chicken looked really fell which is usually what happens when you re use oil multiple times. We ate because we wanted to give it a chance n not jump to judging.i went to get some soup and there was nothing but celery sticks in broth I asked the gentlemen and he basically was trying to get me to eat the other one which i didn’t want at all. The waitress was nice though. It’s sad because if their food standards were better they would be a hit because although very small compared to even merryland buffet is pretty in there. What got me highly upset was the false advertisement it says really big “over 200” (meal choices) if there was anything over 30 it was a lot. The seafood was the only thing to look edible and somewhat fresh

I really don't understand the low rating. This is close to Bay Plaza Mall, a bit of a walk but it's well worth it. We went on a weekend and they serve lobster to you on the table. Lots of seafood choices, beef spare ribs which could be pricey if you order in other restaurants. You can also do take out and they will weigh and reasonably charged as well.Staff are also very nice!

I ordered food and they took my payment using a card. There is a 15 minimum for cc. I payed $29 bucks. Forgot to order 2 items. An egg roll and a water. They wouldn’t take my card because that was only 5 bucks no matter what I said. They could’ve just stapled my original receipt to the 5 bucks one to prove I payed the minimum but they refused. Food is ok but service sucks!! They lost a good customer.

The service here is terrible and food is mediocre. They really try to squeeze a buck out of you. There strictly about there 15 dollar minimum and then they still charge on top of that to use your card which is absurd. They but so many restrictions as of you can combine this and that you gotta order a side . This place is only to order a small order of french fries and leave. Recommend better chipotle or the Chinese buffet across the street

It’s your standard neighborhood, no-frills Chinese food restaurant. The food is consistently good, exactly what you want when you’re in the mood for some classic Chinese dishes. I recommend ordering directly through their website. The delivery is fast and delivery fees are incredibly reasonable.

Customer service was terrible. The lady who answered the phone clearly didn’t understand that the food place does delivery. As a result, she proceeded to yell at me when I attempted to correct her, and even started using profanities against me. If you’re going to order for delivery, I recommend ordering from a different place, because the lady who takes the calls is exceedingly disrespectful.

Used to be great! I haven’t ordered Chinese food in a while and decided to try some spare ribs tips with rice. I don’t live far yet it took over an hour as well as once I pushed the ribs over I noticed the bowl was 95% rice.

As I ordered from this place I found a cockroach within my chicken wings. never again buy from here.
