Idk why this place has a 3 star rating. This is hands down the best Chinese food I've ever put in my mouth. Everything else has been blan and no flavour compared to this place. On top the atmosphere is amazing šŸ‘ . We will be coming to this place to eat from now on it is well worth the drive, time, and money spent. You get tons of food and it all tastes great!

If I could leave a ZERO rating I would. I don't care how good the food is, if the customer service is lacking I'm not coming back. I waited over 5 minutes before she came over to take my order even after looking over to me several times and not acknowledging my presence. The lady was very rude insisting I pay cash only, if I paid by credit card it's a $25 minimum. The nerve of this rude lady, she was very demanding on me leaving a tip. Just taking my order doesn't constitute me leaving a tip. She then said to me next time that I don't dine in and take order to go only. I should've left her a tip, the tip of my shoes in her behind. I would not recommend anyone to eat here nor will I ever return back. I would gladly take my money elsewhere and be greeted much more welcoming.

Excellent restaurant. The gentlemen, although they do not speak English very well, are very attentive and the food is very tasty. the most similar Chinese rice to Venezuelan Chinese rice. It's not the best photo but the food was really good.

Worst Chinese Restaurant EVER! The Food is TASTELESS! Most Asian food is full of flavor. You won’t get that here. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had!! They are very dismissive of the customer. They are only about the dollar.. The staff does not speak a word of English, therefore when I requested fried rice with no veggies only egg, I was presented with plain rice. I ordered pepper steak, my tray was full of peppers & onions with very little steak. I ordered fried noodles & literally got @ 10 sticks in a bag that would generally go on a salad. I tried to explain my order, the staff didn’t understand & called someone. This person spoke English. I explained the situation & told him it’s hard to communicate my order with the staff when they don’t speak English & if he could come to the restaurant. He stated that their restaurant has customers so there is no need to speak English & he is at another shop & cannot come. Waste of money. And I’m still hungry 😔

I was seated quickly, and the service was just the right amount of interruptions... not intrusive or neglectful. The hot pot was very good, but I should have gotten beef; the chicken was a bit rubbery even after short cook times but not their fault - definitely my inexperience. The soju was really good as well.

We got the ā€œmala bitesā€ which was ingredients into a broth. Unfortunately, the meat for beef and lamb were super dry and tough. The soup was all oil and no flavor, which made us get stomachaches after. The potatoes and lotus root were also undercooked and hard. $60 for nothing good, would not come here again

This was my first time ordering food from this restaurant. The general tsos chicken was old, reheated, and recooked. It tasted rubbery with too much breading. The curry chicken was good but had more vegetables than chicken. The service was good and fast. I gave three stars for the curry chicken. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this restaurant and I will not order from them again.

Me and my fiancĆ© had ordered the General Tso’s Chicken, spring rolls, shrimp fried rice and the cream cheese Rangoon’s and they were all really good. I really enjoy the fact that they were super fast as well! My food came hot and fast. I also had asked for extra sauce and the woman on the phone made sure to put extra sauces for me in my delivery bag, which was great customer service. I will definitely be ordering when I’m craving Chinese food againšŸ˜‹šŸ„¢šŸ„”

I definitely will not be returning here. Portions are small for the price. On 2 of my orders I had more veggies then meat on my plate, no more than 8 thin pieces of chicken and the carrots were so hard we couldn't eat it if we wanted to. The "egg rolls" taste like they were frozen then cooked, the inside was mushy. The orange chicken was inedible, it was either dried out old chicken reheated or just severely over cooked. It could have at least been delicious but everything was very bland. Almost $50 worth of food thrown out. The one star I'm forced to give is for the good customer service, no complaints there, she was very kind.

The service was good but the orange chicken was stiff and chewy and it only tasted like orange chicken because of the orange slice. The shrimp was very light and the coating was half done. The fried rice didn’t have the vegetables in it. This was our first time purchasing food and spent $41 and I’m very disappointed, we trashed it all so it’s a no for a return visit.šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø

Over charged me for food I never received and didn’t asked for. When asked for a refund since I paid for food I never even wanted, was told I couldn’t get a refund and said it’s part of policy? When asked for a supervisor number they just gave me customer service number…never coming here again

Never ordering again online. Asked for broccoli beef…. They forgot the meat šŸ˜’šŸ˜’

You know, during CoVID, they couldn't keep the string bean chicken in stock. Well, it's there every time. Dishes were full and hot. We have discovered if we order the 3 entree extra plate and split it, it's cheaper than a bowl or a kid plate. First time to have the pepper chicken. It was so good. Hubs had the fried rice and Beijing Beef. We live where there is a Panda void, so to be in town and find a GOOD Panda is such a treat!

I thought when you’re in the food industry, you wear gloves. The girl handed me my cup with her hand inside of the cup. Disgusting! Food was good as usual but watching them touch their clothes, their faces, scratching their arms, cleaning the counters then touching food is just nasty. Put some gloves on.

The guy who took our order seemed a little uninformed about some basic questions. If it wasn't printed on the menu it wasn't going to happen. I like to try and probe to find off the menu items. The menu was very Americanized but the flavors and food were still pretty good. I would bring my white family. I would not bring my Chinese family. When I asked for scallion pancake, he tried to sell me moo shu because it comes with pancakes lool. If you know you know.

First time visiting and I would go back. We ordered the chicken fried rice with egg rolls and orange chicken with spring rolls. The food was pretty good. I didn't care for the spring rolls but they weren't terrible, just not what I am used to.

Hands down best Chinese takeout of Arlington. Doesn't have that weird sanitizer taste. Portions are great, egg rolls are delicious. Also reasonably priced. Spicy beef and broccoli is my go-to.

At first I was skeptical because of the rating. I'm very picky with my Chinese food and this is the 2nd time I order from here. I ordered the chicken rice noodles (HUGE) and the 6piece chicken with fried rice. Delicious!!! I gave it a 4 star ONLY because the 6piece chicken with fried rice was drummets and not the whole wing/drumstick. Other than that, it's very good.

We were greeted as we walked in. It seemed everyone was in a good mood šŸ˜‰ I ordered the 2 entree plate with orange chicken and beijing beef with a side of grilled teriyaki chicken. Everything was hot, fresh and good.šŸ‘

This is the best Panda Express I’ve ever been to! Service and food is top quality, I was in and out in less than five minutes! Both morning/night crew goes above and beyond. I definitely recommend this place 🤩

Quality of the food was surprisingly good and higher than my expectations! Ordered the family style Meat OK meal for two and there was plenty, plus leftovers for two people. Hope this becomes a permanent location - best Chinese and overall Asian restaurant in Pentagon Row in my opinion. Food is authentic and delicious, and cute branding is a plus. Update: Tried Lucky Danger a few more times since they’ve opened (3-4 times), and the quality seems to get worse each time. Getting burnt food seems to be a frequent occurrence, online ordering/timing seems to be very off, and some things like crab rangoons look like someone’s taken a lazy shortcut. See pics. Disappointing. They have potential but need quality control. One time pointed out our order of scallion pancakes was burnt, and they apologized and offered to remake the food but it was burnt yet again. Stopped giving the place chances.

Ordered veggie lo mein, drenched in sauce, had a burnt taste to it. It also had these weird little bits in it, couldn’t figure out what they were. While I was waiting for my order, I noticed a huge tub of raw chicken sitting out. Good thing I don’t eat chicken. Wouldn’t come here again!

Food was amazing! It was super busy, but they were still very nice. I would recommend coming here, I think it is the only Panda Express around. I got the plate, with mushroom chicken, orange chicken, chow mein and rice. No complaints.

The food is good but the service is awful especially if you order online. The staff has a habit of ignoring anything that was preordered and only worry about the people in line. I've spent nearly 45 minutes for food I ordered 2 hours before. Getting more and more frustrated watching everyone who just walked in get their food. so stay away from online ordering. Some of the staff are very nice and courteous but there are a couple that are horribly rude especially if you ask them about the status of your food. I had an employee there snap at me and said I had an attitude because I was frustrated I had been standing there being ignored for 45 minutes. Delivery apps are the same way they ignore those orders too. I've heard many customers and drivers get frustrated and even some left and didn't even get their order because it can be that bad. There are a lot of hard working people there but unfortunately they either don't have a standard procedure or they do and just don't follow it. I've never had a problem at panda except for this store. It's a pretty busy store but that's still no excuse to treat customers that way.
