I ordered online from China kitchen for delivery. When I received my food and receipt I was charged $12 in fees for $35 of food. I called to ask why and they told me they use a third party. It does not show this on their website- if restaurants use a third party they usually say they use Uber or another service. The website does not even direct you to a third party site- you remain on their site. The people I spoke to at the restaurant just kept saying call the third party place. I don’t even know who the third party is. China Kitchen said if I called them directly vs using online they would have sent their own driver. I feel this is very shady. The receipt is even from China Kitchen and not a third party: I paid $6.99 in delivery along with $4.83 in fees. Plus tax and tip. China Kitchen had the third party call me back- they are based out of Atlanta. They told me they use Uber for deliveries and that the $4.83 fee was for processing my credit card. Again- no mention of this anywhere on their website. China Kitchen leads you to believe they use their own driver and instead they are using Uber and charging $12 for that service. The food is also mediocre at best and was mostly rice. Both meals pictured below are sitting on top of rice.

The lady at checkout is always very friendly and kind. The food is great. I have been coming here since 2012. Good food, great staff, clean kitchen.

I ordered a $28 quantity of food I had to wait like 15 minutes which is probably average.... But I asked for you pork fried rice to be extra fried and when I got was a yellow rice to look like Hispanic yellow rice! When I called to complain about the lack of the rights being extra fried I was told to bring it back so I can waste more time to get it done correctly. I'm not going to say that this is a bad place to eat but make sure you get how you want your food cooked. I have included two photos of the exact YELLOW rice that I was given. Oh my FNG! I went to eat the rice just now and it is cold like out of the refrigerator! It doesn't even seem like they stir fry the rice before giving it to me. I went to this restaurant just to try something different from my local neighborhood Chinese shop.... And I'm never going back!

I was SO disappointed in my shrimp fried rice! I had eaten here before on a visit a few years earlier and it was good but the rice 6 and tea was a huge let down. The chicken wings were the only good thing.

Yesterday, I ordered shrimp lo mein and steamed dumplings for take out. After eating both, I started to feel extremely sick. The food was old and not fresh. While I am writing this review, my stomach is hurting and I feel horrible. I have food poisoning and I know that I have it because I’ve had food poisoning before. This restaurant is nasty, the owner is disgusting and they do not take accountability for the food they cook and serve their customers. Instead of owning up to their bad food, the owner decided to make up 2 one star reviews and posted them on my boyfriend’s Google business page after he posted a one star review about the food. We know the reviews are fake because my boyfriend does not have any record of those 2 clients, That shows how childish and dumb the owner is. I will never eat from this restaurant again and will definitely be reporting them to the health department because no one should have to suffer the way that my boyfriend and I are suffering now. Also, their horrible food handling and practices need to be known to everyone that orders or is thinking of ordering from this restaurant. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!! You will thank me later.

So the owner decides to serve me and my girlfriend old recooked shrimp lo mein and we got really sick with food poisoning and extremely sharp stomach pains. The pork dumplings were not fresh and we're old as well and in fact it is 3:06 a.m. in the morning right now and literally could not sleep because of the sharp stomach pains. So because of me leaving this one star review earlier in which I'm updating it now, the owner decides to retaliate by making two fake accounts on Google and leaving two one-star reviews for my business. It's very immature, very Petty and distasteful that instead of you making the situation right, you go and attack my business at the fact that I left you a one-star review for you serving me old food. Do not come to this establishment because you will get sick if they are not getting orders and the food is not moving. Also I would not be surprised what you do to people's food if they do not tip since this is the behavior and the way you act if you get a one-star review. I will be getting the health department involved for the Flies you have in your establishment and taking legal action for the fake reviews which is called libel. Update 11/14/2023 went to the urgent care and confirmed I did have food poisoning with an inflamed appendix. Take my advice, when you let Chinese food sit out and then recook it, it can cause serious illness which it did to me from them being careless with peoples health.

I don’t know why there is no one eating in the restaurant but the food was good! The server was good! Server gave me water even though it wasn’t in my order because sometimes they are very by themselves at the corner but this restaurant deserves people to eat in there. If you are reading this please do stop by! Food description! The wonton was really crispy and the drunken noodles (Thai food) was good being cooked by Chinese person. I wonder what it would taste like if I also got Chinese food instead? Do stop by if you can!

Wonton, egg rolls, Orange beef was good, beef sticks so so but the Beef Lomein was a joke, almost all rice and hardly any lomein.

Great food for decent price

can't say I've ever had a bad experience here with picking up hot food. but the sushi unfortunately tasted very refrigerated, dining in. It did all seem fresh though, just couldn't shake the taste of a fridge from it. Service is trying very hard and gets the job done, but I believe this location needs to hire more people to handle the phones, tables, and pickups. It's a bit much for just one person. They're always working extra hard

Oh koi, why have you done me so wrong. Hair in my food one time and a fly in my chicken with broccoli this time. Looks like I won’t be ordering from here anymore.

Food is just okay. The people who deliver always seem to have an attitude and they alway cheat my out of something. For example the last time I ordered i got cheese wantons and I was suppose to get 10 but they only gave me 7. Also they cheat you out of money because they didnt update their menu and prices are high so watch out for what you pay for.

Our server Anthony is definitely an excellent member of this team! From his greeting until the time of bringing the bill was everything on point, even when I let him know that my meat was cold (Mongolian beef) he didn’t make us feel bad or anything like, right away take the the issue in a really professional manner!!! I am glad that we got him today, he was our cherry for a nice mami/daughter day !! Keep up the amazing work Anthony aka Primo!!!!

Wrong specific location in Google. Directed us to the back of the mall, and need to walk 5 min back to the entrance inside the mall. It is an American style Chinese restaurant. The types of food are too less compared to this big space. And no vegetables dishes. The drinks are too sweet that you have to add ice. And the good thing is they can refill for free. Only within 5 tables were on service during the weekday for lunch, but more than 30 tables there. Do not recommend taking Chinese elderly there since they don’t get used to the food.

Came here two weeks ago to get dinner with some friends. One of the best Szechuan places in the area. Food: I ordered the Dan Dan noodles and triple pepper chicken. They were the perfect blend of spicy and flavorful. I like how even though the dishes are cooked in chili oil, they seem "leaner" with the oil compared to other places. Aesthetic: huge Chinese restaurant with standard Chinese design. Place was busy! Service: our service was very good, staying on top of everything and always asking if we needed anything.

We picked this for lunch as part of our Willowbrook mall day trip. It’s only couple minutes from the mall, can even walk, about 10 minutes on foot. The restaurant looks very nice with a huge fish tank right at the entrance, and a well decorated ceiling. They have a large menu with all sorts of Szechuan dishes. We got the ox tripe and tongue, nicely made cold appetizer. Shrimp dumplings were average, didn’t seem like it was freshly made. But pecking duck was such a good dish. Really tender duck with crispy skin outside. Came with some baos, and delicious pecking sauce. We consumed the whole duck just making our own baos. The beef noodles dish was also excellent, with tender beef and good noodles. The service was top notch. Food came put real fast, didn’t have to wait too long. Better to pay via cash cause credit cards have a 3% processing fee. Overall it’s a really good Szechuan style Asian restaurant.

Been coming here for a long time. Never had a complaint. Foods always hot and fresh. Not many places have coconut chicken. They have it here.

The best Chinese food comes out of places like this. Sesame chicken is solid, they work very hard in there! Definitely coming back.

I found this spot on my search for lunch. I called in my order and picked it up about 12:45. When I arrived I had to park illegally because parking in the area is terrible. I walked in and told the lady I was there for pick up. I went to pay and they said cash only and I almost went crazy because they should of told me that over the phone. She then said it's a $2 fee for cards and I paid it because I had several items. I paid and left. When I got a chance I ate my tallarin saltado with only vegetables. The meal was Chinese with a Peruvian flare. I will say the meal was good. It didn't give me the Peruvian vibe but it was good. All in all I had an ok experience.

Five stars 🇵🇪🇨🇳🥢🥠🥡 Very good Peruvian - style Chinese food. The Lomo & chaufa is not as "authentic" as the Peruvian places ... more chinese taste to it. But very good still

It's my favorite place to order Lomo Saltado and Chaufa. The Salsa Verde is 10 out of 10. I frequent this location and consider them like family!

Parking was frustrating but the food was comforting 😊 Try chicken ginger soup ( different but the broth definitely balanced fried rice)
