This is pick up only - there’s no seating for dining in. Ho Ho was sold and bought again a couple of years ago, and it sure has changed for the better! The food is fresh, delicious and affordable! The service is attentive and efficient. I highly recommend Ho Ho for a good Chinese take out that won’t break the bank. Thank you Ho Ho🙏

Look, I can't debate with the comments on these reviews when it comes to Chinese American strip mall food. As a Chinese/Vietnamese immigrant family, we also don't really even get things like sesame chicken, pork fried rice, etc. I write this review for one reason only, should you want to try it. For probably a decade, we have called the restaurant for pick-up, and we ask for the following: "Can we can jumbo shrimp with soft tofu, no vegetables, brown sauce, extra spicy?". Once they hear this they SHOULD know what you are talking about (our family started this), as we have ordered this many times in the last decade. Oh, and the "extra spicy" is never much spiciness at all, so don't worry. It just adds flavor. If folks try it, let me know how it works out.

We went here years ago and were not overwhelmed then. Today the dinner experience was quite similar. Restaurants that have massive menus, encompassing multiple cuisines, that attempt to appeal to a wide swath of Americans tend to be only mediocre on food taste and quality. Our meals today exemplifies this thought. Good (or at least acceptable), not great in any respect. Although waitstaff persons are doing their best to keep up, the service lacked throughout. The drinks were served after the main dish was served and only after prompting the waiter of our libation deficit. The final bill took over 20 minutes to appear at our table. Not acceptable. Not sure why so many people line up to go here. The one positive aspect was sitting on the outdoor patio right on the lake.

We hired out the back room for a professional trade event, and it was great! Very attentive service and a BBQ style buffet that made everyone happy 😊. 2 servers met each guest with a drink request just as the host committee showed. Great social. Would love to come back outside when warmer!

Had my daughter bridal shower and it was amazing! I got calls and texts for days about how fabulous the food was. The food was all excellent and plentiful. Everyone raved about their meals and took home leftovers. The service was amazing. Lisa, the owner, did an incredible job making sure everyone was well taken care of. It was an amazing day! If you are looking for a special event space check them out!!

Dante’s is a quaint, authentic Italian restaurant. I had a very satisfying meal and lovely experience overall. For appetizers, I really enjoyed the polpetti parm and the rice balls. The polpetti parm consisted of stuffed meatballs with cheese in a special sauce. I also ordered the fried rice balls, which also tasted very good. For my entree, I ordered the traditional chicken parmigiana over spaghetti, which was tender and well-prepared. Needless to say I left very full! The waiter was also funny, the prices weren’t bad, and the atmosphere was pleasant. This is the place to go for a good Italian dinner.

I ordered shrimp and lobster sauce, they gave it to me half eaten amongst other food. The service is horrendous. They will only give you one soy sauce, two green mustard and one duck sauce, no matter what you order. This past time I requested additional sauce and the woman/owner got mad at me. She went as far as to reach into my bag toss the sauces on the counter and ask me in a loud, obnoxious way if this was enough after I requested more. Not to mention that the place is filthy !!!

Really good food. The only tribe I have is the boneless spare ribs get burned all the time and ruins the flavor. Besides thst I have always been happy with the food. Quick to complete the orders. Friendly. Inside isn't great to eat at unless you like this kind of scene. I won't knock it too much because we are all different. It's great in it's own way. But ultimately I recommend this place.

Mr. Crabby’s Seafood House & Sports Bar is an absolute gem! The seafood is incredibly fresh and expertly prepared, offering a delightful variety of flavors that cater to all tastes. The sports bar atmosphere is lively and fun, perfect for catching a game with friends while enjoying delicious food. The service is outstanding, with a friendly and attentive staff that makes you feel right at home. The menu is extensive, ensuring there's something for everyone, and the portions are generous. Whether you're craving classic seafood dishes or looking to try something new, Mr. Crabby’s never disappoints. Overall, the combination of top-notch food, excellent service, and a vibrant atmosphere makes Mr. Crabby’s Seafood House & Sports Bar a must-visit destination. Highly recommended!

The food was excellent. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, my 2 complaints I have from keeping my review a 5 star. The menu for dinner is limited and does not have certain items that lunch has. For example i saw on the website there is a "crabby fried platter" (sampler) which I wanted to try, fried jump shrimp w/fries, and a few others, I honestly think by not offering you miss out on potential revenue. i was prepared to have an experience for my date night! I found that none of those are available. I was a bit disappointed but the waitress suggested the ayce snowcrabs and I ordered a ayce for myself but the waitress mistaken for a single order of snow crabs. She wasn't super clear on what to do. I even asked if we could just convert my order from 1 dish to the ayce, and she said no. Not to spoil date night/mood, I just had her place the ayce into my bill. I was a but annoyed that the ayce they only bring out half a crab and take like 10mins to bring it out. I strongly recommend that you order it right away! So I had 2 crab charges plus the ayce. I paid extra, which I will write off as a learning experience. I still want to try those other dishes, but I am working till 5 pm daily, and I am not likely to be available to order these dishes. The likelihood i would return for a dinner experience is slim. Overall, if you like crabs 🦀 highly recommend giving it a try. The calamari was amazing. The bar seems to be a fun place to interact. i noticed the staff more active.

Denville Diner 0

My partner and I came here based off of the good reviews. It was busy upon entering. The apple pie French toast was a 7/10. It had light tough of apple but nothing crazy. The egg and hashbrowns were your typical breakfast nothing special. The hot chocolate was okay. As you got closer to finishing it tasted more watery. The breakfast quesadilla was also all right. The salsa had a bit kick but it was pretty decent overall, I probably would not come back here again as I have been to Better diners, especially for the price that we paid. The staff was very generous and kind. The food was not the best though

This was my first time at the Denville Diner. Stepping into this restaurant I was instantly impressed by the patriotism on display in the form of a very large American flag displayed on the wall. The Denville Diner is a “bruncheonette”, they close at 3:00pm so as long as you get there before 3:00 they will seat you. The staff and servers are so welcoming and friendly you will feel right at home. I ordered the crispy chicken BLT on a roll with Freedom fries and it was the perfect lunch.

Sangeetha Indian Veg Restaurants 0

Sangeetha veg restaurant is a very nostalgic experience for me since I used to be a regular at their first Chennai location in nungambakkam from 1999/2000. I visited on a Sunday around 2pm for lunch with a friend and to our surprise it wasn't full and had plenty of tables. We ordered the south Indian combo and coffee. The food was of good quality , the dosa and vada were really well made and tasty. The sambar was good but not the same taste as I am used to and the three chutneys weren't as tasty too. The pongal and idly were not as expected but I m assume its because we ordered it during lunch time , hoping it's more tasty in the mornings. It's definitely a good choice for south Indian veg food but given the competition around , there is definitely room to improve.

First time entering this place and I love this restaurant brand than others in India. And looks like they keep up the same pace here in US. Recently launched and the food quality is so good for the regular Indian items. Indo-Chinese there needs to be a little improvement but the taste is good. I loved the barota and kuruma as well as the ghee podi idly. Also the medhu vada was one of the best in town. All other restaurants have degraded the taste. I hope the quality stays the same in the coming years as that’s most important if you want people to come back.

We had a great time at Thai Nam Phet. The restaurant has a huge parking space and outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. There is a large vegetarian selection at thi place. The staff is very friendly and the ambience is also great. We do recommend it to someone who wants to try good thai food.

Had dinner here for the first time tonight and it was delicious! Everything tasted fresh and each dish had distinct and vibrant flavors. Our server was also so kind and helpful while navigating the menu. The mango sticky rice is also a must. We got it to go, but it was delightful once we got home. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu.

After a long while of passing by this place I decided to stop in one evening and I have no regrets. Very cozy atmosphere. I sat at the bar, the bartender Carol was very polite and friendly. She was on top of service despite it being busy. The drinks were all really good, especially her espresso martini (highly recommend). I had the shrimp tacos and the voodoo pasta, both were exceptional… I’ll definitely be coming back for more of Carols espresso martini and certainly want to try the other dishes because they looked great and smelled amazing when the servers were walking by with them. Definitely worth a try if you’ve never been

Went over tonight with my son who entered the Star-Wars trivia game. Had a good time. Short rib tacos were huge, filling and delicious. For dessert I got the key lime cheesecake, very good as well.

Place sucks and is always a disappointment. Came in and 2 people were waiting for their orders and I waited 5 minutes before I was acknowledged and then 2 gentleman came in and he took their order to which I responded hey what about me? I told him my number he goes yeah you called it’s not ready. Okay fine but how would he know that looking at me with no interaction. Then I get home and they give/charge me 2 appetizers instead of 1 and I end up paying 35$ for a single shitty meal. Save your money and go to china thai up the road.

A door dash order got mixed up but Nick just personally delivered the correct order himself! That is excellent customer service and always is greatly appreciated! Thank you for being kind and helping us out tonight! We always order from China House and enjoy our meal, but when people go above and beyond it should be recognized!

Poke Cafe 0

I’m trying to eat healthier of late as a result of recent cardiac issues. Someone told me about Poke Cafe. Tonight we tried it and we are both glad we did. The food is tasty and maximizes it’s “clean” attributes. I am a big eater and found my spicy salmon bowl was all I needed to eat for dinner. Yes, there are raw seafood items on the menu, but the vast majority of the dishes are cooked protein(s) together with rice and vegetables. For picky eaters, you can design your own dish. This restaurant will be a keeper for us. Because Americans have eaten too much fat and calorie-laden food, I’m referring to this cuisine as our food of the future. Maybe you should too. (FYI-Poke is a traditional Hawaiian dish made from the leftover seafood the fishermen caught that day mixed with sauces and modest embellishments-It is loved by Hawaiians everywhere) FYI-Closed Mondays.

I just got a poke bowl here for the first and the staff was so nice and welcoming!! I’m typing this as I eat my bowl and I can say this is the best poke I’ve ever had! Definitely will be coming back again real soon.

I honestly fell in love with this Asian restaurant after a whole year moving into this area. I was really having a hard time on finding good Asian restaurants and all of them have awful reviews or disgusting discoveries. I'm happy to say this place given me hope and reminded me of an previous restaurant I went to all the time for quick eats or cheap options. I never had a problem coming here and it's always fresh whenever you come in for take out. I had no idea they had other options of Asian dishes until the bento box took me by surprise. It was so rich in flavor and tasted absolutely delicious. It's by far the best restaurant for the money and quality. You'll definitely change your mind when you order from here and expect amazing food. I'll always be back more!

Our favorite sushi/Asian takeout in the area. It’s so nice to have a good Asian place so close to where we live. My husband and I love their sushi and the items off their Chinese menu. They’re always super friendly when we go to pick it up. Highly recommend!
