Been here many many times and every time is better than the last. All the workers are incredibly friendly and the service is quick and efficient across the board. The food is SPECTACULAR. Don’t let some of these reviews fool you. The food truly is special and well made. A very extensive menu selection has allowed me to try new things every time I come and every time everything is phenomenal. They even will go out of their way to make any special request you can think of when ordering. Pizza is best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of pizza in my life. A true diamond in the rough.

Food blows assham. Sandwiches never fail to disappoint. Chicken California? Trash. Overpacked with lettuce and very greasy tasting chicken. Brooklyn sub? Flavorless grilled chicken with watery roasted red peppers. Literally zero flavor. Best part of the sandwich is the mozzarella cheese. If you want better quality food there’s plenty of much better options. Franks used to be good. Don’t know what happened.

Food was so great I forgot to take a picture !!! The service was just okay but honestly we didn’t come here for the service. Also the real maple syrup is worth the price - delicious AND plentiful (which is high praise coming from me). Overall a perfect pick for a breakfast near Sparta ❤️

Really nice place. Outdoor seating and cool decor. Went for breakfast. 6/28/24 Just had lunch cheesesteak was delicious! Had seafood chowder and fried string beans. Just wonderful!!

Be careful to order sushi or a standard Japanese entree at this Chinese/Japanese restaurant. If not you may be in trouble, as we experienced the non-Japenese entrees can be very bad, and the staff will not agree with you. We ordered the Japanese entree Beef Udon and the non-Japaneae entree baked "Black Bass" at the restaurant, just because it looked attractive on the menu, and our server agreed with our choice. The Udon entree was delicious, and even had very nicely marinated and cooked beef as well as a rich tasty broth. Unfortunately, the "Black Bass" entree was the opposite, as it was not fresh, and not cooked well, with a mushy consistency. When we complained that we found the non-Japanese entree sub-par to the server she told us she would let the manager know. She then told us the manager disagreed with our complaint and would not remove the entree, but would give us a free dessert. We agreed and received the smallest "free" dessert we have ever seen, which was three small soup spoons with a small scoop of ice cream on each spoon. Beware going to this restaurant if you may consider ordering non-Japanese.

A little pricey, but has good sushi. Sashimi lunch special bento box is good. Includes Miso soup, california roll, goyoza, rice, and salad. $18. $26 by the time you are done with tax and tip. Next time had the Teriyaki Salmon box. Very good.

Ordered 3 diff times off menu. What u see is not what u get. All sauces taste the same ie, garlic or Szechuan or Hunan. Vegetables always mixed not what comes with the selection. Hunan shrimp had bocchoi but none in dish. Not going here anymore. Vegetables asked for soft. They are still hard. Very sad. Hard stems.

This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. The price is great and the portions seem generous. The people are always polite and working hard cranking out orders.

This is THE place for drunken noodles - it’s our go to in NJ. Great lunch menu & prices. They have a brown rice option - no extra charge. Love the mango salad & Thai basil (chicken, shrimp & tofu options) my favorites! Great appetizers like satay chicken & spring rolls. Also like the pad Thai & pad see ew. Always fresh and very tasty. Desserts I’ve tried are the mango sticky rice & the carrot cake. Both are delicious. (Photos from various visits)

We were there 10/14/23 I wish we lived closer, the food was delicious! Sweet Chili Red Snapper was delicious. It was pieces of fish (glad it wasn’t a whole fish) that were crispy on the outside and tender inside. The sauce was sweet and spicy delightful combination. I love whole fishes but hate eating them in a restaurant, so much work LOL Volcano Pork Shank (Osso Bucco Style) was a chef special and the pork was tender falling off the bone and spicy! Be careful if you can’t handle the heat, ask them to make it mild lol Thai Iced Tea and Lychee Iced Tea, I’m so happy they offer the Lychee version as it does not use milk (dairy and me are not friends…) but still used the same tea as the Thai Iced Tea, YUM! I ordered a Shrimp Pad See Ew to take home and it was delicious. Pad See Ew is my go to at Thai restaurants, which makes it easy to compare. Even though I ate it the next day, the noodle was not soggy. It was not too sweet nor salty. My only comment is that there was only 4 jumbo shrimp, I would have prefer a bunch of small shrimps so I would be able to get a shrimp in every bite vs eating the shrimp separately from the noodles lol Service was excellent! If we’re in the area will definitely stop in again!

Went here for lunch. They have a lunch menu from 11 - 3. Ordered the Sushi and Sashimi combo which comes with Miso Soup for $20. Added a California roll for $5. It was an excellent meal. The tuna and salmon were very good. The service was fast and efficient. The parking lot is kind of small.

So amazing and FRESH!! The sashimi is out of this world and the jalapeno yellow tail in ponzu app should not be missed!! The rolls are super creative with lots of variety. What a treat to eat sushi at home during quarantine!! A true gift of the palette 🍣

Update: we went for lunch on a Thursday , and the food was not as impressive. Yes, it was half-priced than the food on weekends, but I did not anticipate such a drop in dish selection and flavor. I would avoid coming here on weekdays. Liked a handful of dishes - sesame chicken, samosa, pani puri water, egg masala, paneer methi malai, curd raita. The other chicken appetizer was bad, the broccoli appetizer had huge chunks of semi-cooked broccoli and tasteless potatoes, daal was ok, biryani was unimpressive, veg noodles were nice. Skipped veg entree, saag aaloo, gulab jamuns. Heard the moong dal halwa had an almost liquid consistency, and was too sweet. Even the naans weren't as good :( Leaving the ratings untouched to reflect the weekend experience. ========================= Excellent buffet! But at a steep price of 27.99 on weekends. Remember to request for Naan some time before you get to main course. Depending on crowd, it can take time. But the wait will be worth it. 60% items were excellent. 20% were good, remaining were ok. Mango or other Lassi is additional $5.00 to buffet. It is not included. Appetizers - samosa and spring rolls were excellent, pani poori was OK. Chicken seekh kebab and malai kebab were ok. Chicken majestic was very good. Gobhi manchurian was crispy but ok tasting. Main course - Excellent paneers - paneer khushbudaar (best), paneer matter - sweeter of the 2. Chicken curry and goat Rogan Josh excellent. Didn't try spinach chicken. Aaloo chhole was ok. Chicken Biryani was OK. Didn't try veg biryani. Sweets - mango rabri was good tasting but was all liquid not semi solid like rabri should be, jalebi and gulag jamun were ok. Gulab jamuns were very soft. Jalebi didn't seem fresh, more like getting one from a pre-packaged box.. and this was at 1pm on Saturday - 1 hr after opening. Daal makhani was good but a little sour for my taste. I don't think the tomatoes were cooked well and that caused the unwanted sourness in the daal. I could see the diced tomatoes in the daal. Overall, it's a good buffet. Total items might be counted as 30 including chutneys but at almost 30/person, I feel it is a good novelty buffet than a frequent dining option for me.

I recently dined at Tandoori flames Restaurant and was delighted by the vibrant ambiance that transported me to Indian authentic taste. The service was impeccable, with knowledgeable staff recommending their specialty dishes. The food was exceptional—rich in flavor and perfectly spiced, especially their Paneer tikka and koya Kaju. The service was impeccable, with knowledgeable staff recommending their specialty dishes.the pricing is very reasonable, the quality and portion sizes justified it. Overall,Tandoori Flames Restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience that I would highly recommend to any Food enthusiast.

Amazing first experience at this Indian restaurant! Much better than Moghul Express that is a few miles ahead. The Chili Chicken and Shrimp Hakka Noodles is so tasty with amazing spices! The cook is amazing at this restaurant all of the food had great tasting flavor overall. The quantity of the food was perfect for the price and it’s much more affordable than Moghul. Very caring, friendly and loving service from the staff serving the food.

We went on a Sunday right after they opened, The buffet was excellent very fresh and a good selection. Chili eggplant was delicious. Goat, lamb and chicken were tasty. Excellent biryani rice. Dal and Nan were just okay. Good service as well.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at an exceptional Indian restaurant that truly exceeded my expectations. Though we only tried a few dishes, each one was memorable, making it clear why this spot has earned its reputation for having some of the best Indian food around. We started with the Chicken Vindaloo, which was a masterpiece. The sauce had the perfect balance of heat and tang, with a complex blend of spices that didn’t overpower the flavor of the tender chicken. The heat was bold, exactly what you’d hope for in a vindaloo, but it didn’t overshadow the subtleties of the dish—it was spicy yet well-rounded, with a depth that made each bite more satisfying than the last. To accompany the vindaloo, we ordered the Garlic Naan. The naan was wonderfully soft and pillowy, with a generous amount of garlic that gave each piece a robust, savory flavor. It was the perfect tool for scooping up the rich sauce from the vindaloo and adding a burst of flavor and texture. Lastly, we tried the Biriyani, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. The rice was fluffy and aromatic, each grain infused with spices that created an intricate tapestry of flavor. The meat was cooked to perfection, blending seamlessly with the saffron, spices, and herbs that gave this biriyani its addictive quality. The portion was generous, yet every bite was as delicious as the first, leaving us more than satisfied but already planning our next visit. In summary, this restaurant is a gem for anyone who loves authentic Indian cuisine. From the vibrant spices to the carefully crafted dishes, it’s clear that each plate is made with passion and expertise. Whether you’re a fan of intense flavors or subtle spice blends, this place has something that will leave you craving more.

I wish I could give them 10/5 stars. The food was miraculous - best Indian cuisine I’ve ever had! The service was amazing, everyone was SO friendly. They served the food with hot plates and the ambiance was beautiful and squeaky clean. I dont leave many reviews but it was a must for this resturant!

Tried this location because it was in walking distance from the hotel. It was definitely not my favorite food. The service was very nice and I do believe that was the owner that was super kind and very friendly to me while I was there. Their prices are very reasonable, but let’s get into the food. I started with the crab Rangoon and I didn’t like them. Not only did they lack in flavor, but they also seemed a bit oily. Next, I had fried chicken wings and they were just OK. They were fried too hard and I don’t know how long the chicken had been sitting. I also had a shrimp spring roll and it was mostly vegetables and very little shrimp and again it tasted a little oily. For my main entree I had the happy family, which was supposed to be one of the chef’s specialties and it was really lacking in flavor. I did not like the taste of the meat that was Inside… not the chicken, nor the shrimp or the beef. The best part of the entrée was the vegetables. Overall, I was really disappointed and I would not return.

Lin’s Palace is the place to go for authentic Taiwanese cuisine. Mr. Lin and his family are super sweet and aim to please. I recommend ordering off the Taiwanese menu. Love the Taiwanese sausage fried rice, the shrimp spring rolls (amazing), steamed fish, and ask what veggies are fresh. The fish ball soup is great on a cold day.

Very extensive menu! Dined in during our New Jersey trip. Wanted to come back the next day to try other items but was highly disappointed with the slow service, so skipped. It wasn't very crowded and yet the service was very slow. Paneer Balti was the highlight of the dinner along with the cheese naan. Phulkas were good too. The loaded fries did not meet our expectations at all.. there was no salt as well.. requested for ketchup and they were able to provide. The sizzling brownie was one of the best we've had! Was a nice wrap up to the dinner.

I recently dined at this new Indian restaurant Sankalp and it turned out to be an excellent culinary experience, especially if you’re a fan of North Indian and Indo-Chinese food. We went as a group of 10 people with kids in the group as well .. The ambience was warm and inviting, with tasteful decor and new furniture . The service was great—friendly, attentive, and efficient, making the meal all the more enjoyable. The North Indian dishes were a standout. The paneer 65 was perfectly spiced and grilled to perfection, while the vegetarian sizzler was a vibrant medley of flavors. The soups, particularly the chicken corn soup, veg corn soup, and manchow soup were rich, comforting and delicious. The Hakka noodles had the perfect balance of flavors and texture, making it a must-try. The restaurant offers an impressive array of Indo-Chinese dishes each prepared with authenticity and flair. The surprise star on the menu was the paneer pizza, which was not only unique but also filling and packed with flavor. This was a hit with the kids . While their focus seems to shine on North Indian and Indo-Chinese fare, the South Indian dishes were ok not great . The idli was super soft and dosa, though varied in options like kaaram dosa, super paper dosa, spicy capsicum dosa, and masala dosa, lacked the bold flavors expected from South Indian cuisine. However, the variety of dosa choices was impressive, catering to different tastes. The chutney for the dosa was cold making it a ok experience - the South Indian offerings may not be the highlight here Our favorite dish of the day was the anda burji which was an amazing egg gravy with naan and I - the anda burji and paneer pizza made me make it better rated . If South Indian food is changed I will revisit and give it a 4/5 later .. Overall, this restaurant is a fantastic spot for anyone craving rich and satisfying North Indian and Indo-Chinese flavors.

Had a great night at this restaurant. This amazing young hostess, Grace W, made me feel welcomed as she greeted my party with hospitality and genuine care. GIVE THIS GIRL THE RAISE SHE DESERVES!!!

Cool space, the tall sofa like booths give you privacy in an open space. The sushi was so fresh! I only wish you can choose what you want for the Sashimi Platter. I would pay extra to be able to choose the fish I want vs Chef's choice: Tuna; Salmon; Fluke; Yellow Tail & Red Snapper... salmon and tuna are so basic lol. I had to order Eel as a separate order. :( General Tso's Chicken was nice and crispy and tender inside.
