Had a great dine-in experience at Szechuan Chinese Restaurant! The place is newly renovated—clean, bright, and comfortable. Staff were super friendly, and the food came out fast. I had the Bigger Plate with spicy chicken skewers, yu xiang eggplant, and dry pot ribs—everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The new owner said the steam table will reopen this weekend, which means even faster service for lunch and dinner. Right now they’re in soft opening with 10% off, and it’s not too busy yet—definitely a hidden gem worth checking out before the crowds arrive!

Amazing food and service! We went during the opening week and got a 10% discount. First of all the food was delicious, wasn’t greasy or salty a lot, well flavored and done really well. The dishes are individual and good portions. There are great combinations. There are spicy and non-spicy options. The prices are good. The staff is friendly and respectful. Excellent service. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

Best Chinese in the Tri-State area. Highly recommend. Best eggroll I have ever had. The serving sizes are shareable. Just an overall great place. I’ve been a loyal customer for 20 years!

OMG!!! I've eaten it quite a lot of Chinese restaurants and I have to say this was the worst will never ever eat there again. It was disgusting. Had the beef and broccoli. The beef was probably cat, chewy, crunchy and disgusting. It was gray and like I said do not recommend this to my worst enemy. Do not eat there!!!(

Best Restaurant in CT. Goat pepper fry is the best and the Biriyani is amazing! Hats off to the owner and the chef to keep this place and food the best in the market.

Lovely dining room with mellow lighting. Would be appropriate for dates. Food is the best! So fresh, flavors are original even within the common dishes; korma, masala etc. Dhosa special came out of the kitchen with a pancake 20 in in diameter! Deliciously filled with spiced potatoes and served with 3 chutney/ sauces. Very nice service also.

Amazing Food and service! As a bartender when visiting other restaurants you learn to understand what makes a restaurant truly great. When heading out to eat it's not just about selling food, but providing a great experience. Thai Kit does this very well! Atmosphere: The atmosphere is very welcoming, a small nicely designed space with a clean fresh look to the entire restaurant which leads to the food! Food: The food tastes very fresh and clean, the vegetables taste like they were picked from the garden and freshly cooked! And the meat (I ordered the duck) was cooked to perfection! Service: Loved the service both staff on the main floor were kind and attentive! Always pleasent to see whenever dining out! Overall, I will be coming back again! Cheers to the staff! Thank you!

Amazing Thai Bistro spot right here in Connecticut! Great service as well as delicious food. I ordered masaman curry and it tasted delicious, highly recommend. Lightly dim setting with a bar in the back and dinner tables in front. Only issue I had was that the booth table to the left of the entrance was sunken in and really uncomfortable when sitting. (The booth across from the entrance wall)

Went to lunch with my family, the environment and in the restaurant is very good. service is great and the stuff is very friendly.Ordered some appetizers and sushi, and the ingredients are fresh. The wasabi Edamame is so special, I like it very much. The sushi is also plated very beautifully. The children also love to eat. this place will definitely be in my family's go-to list.

Delicious, fresh, would go back again and again. Wasn’t the biggest fan of the mushroom soup but loved the tempura roll and the tiger roll 🍣

Bucket list item crossed off. All ways wanted to visit a rotating sushi restaurant … and SHUMI, Didn’t disappoint! Tried so many things, each one was fresh and delicious. The variety is amazing and small dishes are a nice partial roll. Wish I lived closer I’d be here every week. Fresh. Tasty. Very kind and accommodating. This place is a gem

Was craving sushi while on my trip back to NY, this is the nearest I can find. The restaurant is cozy and friendly, making it a great place to try yummy sushi and other traditional dishes. Every bite is fresh and tasty, showing how much care the chefs put into making the food. The staff is nice and helpful, making sure you have a fun time eating there. If you want to taste Japan's flavors in a cool restaurant, Shumi is the place to go!

This is the best Indian restaurant which I have ever tasted in Connecticut. They have variety of dishes with many flavors of buffet with desserts . Make sure to visit and give it a try 😋

I love this place and have already gone four times. The interior is nicely decorated and the food is delicious. The Sunday buffet has a nice variety of food, and the weekday special always makes us feel like kings (shown in the picture). I like to order the non-special $22 butter chicken dish because the portion is so generous that it’s enough to feed me for three meals. Lots of vegetarian options, too. Perfect restaurant!

They literally gave me bacon flavored cloudy water with a few bacon bits in it and passed it off as their “baked potato soup”. This happened for BOTH of the soups in my order. It was inedible. And there was a big, fat fly in my salad! I used to love this place. What happened?

Absolutely disgusting. Tastes like nothing. Husband tried and agreed. Cheese is so bad. I used to like Panera, but this is not ok.

Just came here to say the brunch burger was life changing. I’ll be coming back just for that, but my friends loved their meals and the mimosas. The service was a tad slow in the beginning but I’m rounding up on the rating because I think the brunch here is the best in Fairfield and insanely underrated.

The food was good. Service was attentive and friendly. But the serving size of their pigs in a blanket appetizer was pitiful and therefore totally overpriced and cheese sauce that came with it wasn’t actually good. The calamari appetizer was delicious and a welcome Asian take on calamari was a respite from the typical Italian style usually found in CT. However, the Chinese takeout box that came with the calamari was wasteful and took up too much space on the plate: totally unnecessary. The pesto chicken made for a great sandwich and was filling.

I had an exceptionally great time. Dawn was a great host. Her staff very attentive. We were a party of 30 and they didn't skip a beat. Drinks were 🔥 food delicious. Our Hibachi chef did his thing. I'm from Hartford County and I will be making another trip down very soon

I absolutely loved my experience here. The chef was playful and involved us by asking questions. The woman who took our food and drink order was very pleasant and sweet. After our meal, when we went to pay and leave, she talked to us about the different kinds of sake they have. The food was great. I love the archway fish 🐠 tank! Thank you for the lovely experience.

bbq chicken fried rice plate with orange chicken hit the spot! I like a little crunch in the chicken. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t all coating, plenty of meat. I came for the reviews and I have to support 👌🏼orange chicken was spot on. Fried rice was as good as expected. Generous portion. $11.47

My wife and I got the orange chicken. We had to wait because they were making a fresh batch. The orange chicken is overcooked and very crunchy. We received two orders of fried rice. Didn't get the chow mein we orders. I will not be eating here again😡

I stop by Comfort Inn Cordelia stay overnight, I ordered some sesame chicken, Walnut prawns, combination fire rice, Mongolian beef are great food. I would highly recommendations .

First of all this was a second time visiting this restaurant. A coworker placed the Togo order for us both. I requested the walnut shrimp. Pick up was no problem and it was quick. The problem starts when I get back to the office and there's pineapple in my dish. Nowhere on the menu is pineapple listed being in the dish. As someone deathly allergic to pineapple if it was listed I wouldn't have ordered the dish. Now I called to have it remade and the person that answered said okay. I get there with the food not one bite taken and show her the picture of the menu that we ordered from that lists the ingredients. Instead of just giving me the remade correct food, she wants to charge me half price for the correct order. After much back and forth I said I didn't want either and just a refund. I got back $10 of the $12.50 I paid. All in all not pleased that it was made out to be my fault for not stating that I wanted no pineapple.
