P.F. Chang's
Located in the mall right down the street from Tahiti Village resort. The atmosphere was chill and laid back. Food came in a timely manner. Our server AMERICA was courteous and attentive. It is always convenient for an afternoon snack. Thank you, guys . Blessings 🙌
It’s a nice place to eat. I love the atmosphere, but I am not fond of their food. The food are salty, coffee was served cold. I think I only enjoyed the seaweed salad , signature lo mein, and soda. I don’t think I am coming back here again. The services was great though!! That’s why I gave 4 stars.
Yum Cha Restaurant
Overall, this spot has potential! While the service can vary from minimal to average, this time we were pleasantly surprised by a very sweet lady who seemed to be the manager. I appreciate that they offer a wide variety of vegetarian dim sum, which is a nice change from the usual offerings at dim sum restaurants. Everything we ordered was quite good, but one downside was that they used paper plates. Here’s what we tried: - Shu Mai - Pork Spare Ribs - Crispy Taro Pancake - Baked BBQ Pork Bun - Beef Rice Noodle - Golden Sand Lava Custard Bun Most items were typical and nothing overly extraordinary, except for the Golden Sand Lava Custard Bun. It was absolutely delicious! Although it’s not something I would typically order, our sweet server highly recommended it, and I'm so glad we listened. It was a standout dish that I can't stop raving about!
I’m going to be honest, although their service was great, their food was hit and miss. I loved their Shumai and shrimp noodle roll (which I’m usually very picky about). The sauce was perfect amount of sweetness. But when I took a bite of their shrimp dumpling, it was very dry. Their tofu skin roll was drenched in sauce and something didn’t go well together. The last thing would be the radish cake, I could not finish it even though I was hungry. Sadly, I won’t be coming here again. Others may have had a better experience and maybe I came at a wrong time, I’m not sure. But it was very cheap for the amount of food we got. I guess it depends on what you value.
LucKi Thai Bistro
We LOVE the pad see ew! So flavorful and addictive. It is quite a small portion for $18. We had more greens than noodles and I prefer the opposite. Otherwise, great customer service and would get again for a special meal night! The photo is our to-go order.
The parking spaces for the restaurant could be tight. It seems parking is limited in the shopping center. The decor of the restaurant is nice. It even has a liquor bar. The service was very good. The pork eggrolls was good but small. The beef pad thai was good. The Thai tea was very good
SOJO Ramen
OMG, I found a gem on the wall! In this area for a long weekend. and we’ve been looking around for a decent Asian food restaurant, and decided to try this one. But this one is way beyond our expectation. The food is so delicious! The servers is very sweet, soon as we walked in we’ve been greet right away……And environment is so cozy. ohh, and it’s not pricey at all, love this place, highly recommended.
In 2020, I was very sick! We went to this place and I pumped my body full of ramen and hot herbal tea. It literally saved me….This time I got to visit them when I was well! Such great food!!
Mang Felix Kitchen Rainbow
Absolutely Delicious! A mixture of Vietnamese and Filipino food is really amazing. We believe this is probably the best Filipino restaurant in Las Vegas !!! From the moment we arrived, to the warm and friendly greeting . Service was impeccable! Very friendly and attentive staff and the food came out very fast too. Definitely a TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE!!! Very inviting and clean restaurant , it’s very comfortable and spacious inside. The food is delicious and perfectly balanced flavors of each dish. They use the highest quality ingredients along with the proper spices and texture of the food is beautiful. They make this delicious food from the scratch every day and you can taste the freshness in every bite. Food is so tastefully delicious and presentation is a lovely sight! We have tried a several different dishes and we highly recommend : Vietnamese Vermicelli bowls and Mang Felix soy Chicken! The menu is very big and they have so many options for both Filipino and Vietnamese cuisines. Overall: we had a memorable experience, especially for a simple , but very impressive local Filipino- Vietnamese restaurant . We were very pleased with our visit and we highly recommend it! It is a MUST VISIT!!!
5 stars tonight for taking my special request via DD. Much appreciated! Love ordering here for pick up or delivery when I’m craving Filipino food. I haven’t eaten inside but it’s always been lively.
Amazing Thai 2
Really enjoyed our lunch special. Was delicious and my yellow curry was spiced just right at a "2". Okay, so I'm a lightweight and I might have pushed a 4 heat rank, but didn't want to chance it. I do prefer taste over pain. Sis had the orange chicken and cleaned her plate. And only an hour ago under anesthesia she said she was dreaming about a cheeseburger. Haha. We also were given a nice bookmark souvenir from our gracious server.
I have eaten lunch at this restaurant for a few times. The food was very good and the price was quite reasonable. The thing that bothered me was that the waitress and the cook talked very loud incessantly in the kitchen while they were preparing my food almost very time I went there. It gets annoying and disturbing when you went there for a nice lunch, and you have to tolerate them talking so loud in the kitchen.
Chin Chin Las Vegas
It's inside the New York New York casino. Asian inspired food. The shrimp toast is the best one in the menu. Everything else is delicious from what I tried. The server always refilling my drinks. Food was quick for a steady night. Makes you feel like your really in New York. The vibe felt great.
Unfortunately this place didn't take the cake, as they say. Place was convenient and I did like it was open late. But and it's a big BUT, the food was not good. I love Chinese food and we were staving, so that's make a low bar. BUT evening we had a mediocre to bad. My girl didn't even eat passed a couple bites... and she was starving! You're a Chinese restaurant, how do you mess up rice! We tried multiple things and literally everything was not good. I'm normally not this critical but it has to be said. Maybe during the day they have a different Chef for a different menu, but I don't think I'll ever be eating here again. No, I will never be here again.
Goong Korean BBQ Restaurant
visiting Vegas and we wanted a good meal. While driving around we do Goong. #1 - 10 stars for being dog friendly. My 2 dogs are service dogs. Always quiet and behave. I told them they will be on the chair but not floor since they are very clean dogs. Cleaner than other humans. They welcomed both of them. To me that's a big big deal. I would literally walk out of a restaurant if they look down on them. 2) food - extremely delicious. From the side dishes to the main dishes of marinated meats, soups etc.. we all loved it. The flavor wasn't too much.. they were just flavored and seasoned just right. We were really stuffed. 3) service- impeccable. From the hosts who seated us and to the gentleman who made sure we were happy and our needs taken care of. Hands down the next service ever.. he was extremely friendly and on top of things. 4) ambiance - clean and inviting. Very comfy feeling. These are 4 keys that would definitely make us want to return, recommend and rehash this memorable experience. So if you haven't tried Goong Bbq on Rainbow, Vegas.. time to check it out and not miss out. Great job and thank you
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Goong Korean BBQ, a jewel in the culinary landscape of Las Vegas that seamlessly blends tradition and modern elegance. Founded in April 2016 by owner David Shim, Goong Korean BBQ is dedicated to redefining the Korean barbecue experience by emphasizing the exquisite flavors of premium meats and providing impeccable service. Located near the Spring Valley area, the interior of Goong Korean BBQ is a stunning fusion of contemporary sophistication and traditional Korean design, expertly brought to life by the award-winning designer Jinwoo Hwang. As soon as you enter, you are enveloped in an atmosphere that exudes modern refinement while paying homage to Korean heritage with its meticulously designed space, clean lines, and a subtle color palette that reflects both opulence and tradition. At Goong Korean BBQ, diners can choose from a variety of seating options. They can opt for the traditional Korean seating on a raised platform with mats, which offers a more intimate and authentic experience. Alternatively, they can enjoy the comfort of modern chairs or booths. This diverse arrangement of seating options creates a serene environment, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the exceptional food and the shared dining experience. During my visit, I had the pleasure of experiencing the Goong Premium Selection, a thoughtfully curated assortment that showcased the restaurant's dedication to quality. The Angus Beef Brisket was a standout, delivering a mouthwatering, buttery flavor perfectly complemented by the subtle smokiness from grilling. The Japchae, featuring glossy glass noodles with a delightful blend of sweetness and earthy tones from mushrooms and vegetables, was elevated by adding fresh garlic and jalapeño, while the steamed egg provided a comforting contrast. The Angus Beef Brisket, a standout from the Goong Premium Selection, was a true testament to the restaurant's dedication to quality. It delivered a mouthwatering, buttery flavor that was perfectly complemented by the subtle smokiness from grilling. The LA Beef Short Ribs, another highlight, were both tender and flavorful, showcasing the culinary expertise and premium ingredients that set Goong Korean BBQ apart. In conclusion, Goong Korean BBQ isn't just a restaurant; it's a destination for aficionados of fine Korean cuisine who appreciate the artistry and meticulous attention to detail. The stunning design, exemplary service, and an unwavering commitment to the finest ingredients make Goong Korean BBQ a standout in Las Vegas's vibrant dining scene. It's a place where the tradition of Korean barbecue is passionately celebrated and elevated, offering a dining experience that is as soul-satisfying as it is palate-pleasing.
Din Tai Fung
My husband and I decided to make dinner reservations to try this restaurant. It's located in Aria close to the casino floor and easy to locate. Once we were seated, our server made some recommendations for us to try. We did end up trying a lot of different dishes and all of them were fantastic. My favorite were the soup dumplings. We also decided to try the dessert ones as well and we're filled with chocolate. This were way better than we both anticipated. When we go back to Las Vegas, we will definitely be coming back. We highly recommend this amazing restaurant.
Absolutely delightful! Din Tai Fung has been on my bucket list for years, so I was super excited when I saw that they had a location in Vegas. We didn't have a reservation, so we ended up with a ~30 minute wait for lunch, which was the perfect opportunity to wander around the casino and squander our time / dollars on the penny slots. When our table was called, we first went into a secondary waiting area inside the restaurant for another ~10-15 minutes, which was located right next to the kitchen. They had giant windows that let us see the chefs at work, and we were nearly drooling by the time we were lead to our table to get some xiao long bao of our own. Once we were seated, our server kindly walked us through the menu, circling his recommendations and marking items that contained allergens / otherwise restricted food items for the folks at our table. We ordered quite a spread, including the cucumber salad, cod dumplings, several orders of the spicy wontons, green beans, shrimp fried rice, and, of course, the xiao long bao. The food came out super quickly, but we got a few minutes to enjoy our drinks before the plates arrived; most of us tried out the lychee martini, which was fruity, sweet, and quite strong, and one of my friends got their yuzu margarita. Of the two, I'd recommend the martini, so long as you don't mind a sweeter, fruitier cocktail -- it was absolutely gorgeous, with a whole lychee and edible flower inside, and tasted fantastic. The first dish to arrive was the classic Din Tai Fung cucumber salad, which was super refreshing! The cucumber was remarkably crunchy and crisp, and the dressing was sweet, salty, spicy, and sour all at the same time. It's such a simple dish, but they did a fantastic job -- it was the perfect way to prepare our palates for the main show! The rest of the dishes came out as they were prepared, starting with the cod dumplings and green beans. The cod dumplings were fantastic, and not something that I had seen at many other Chinese restaurants, and the green beans, which have always been one of my favorite restaurant veggies, where executed perfectly. The vegetarian spicy wontons were gorgeous (and helpfully marked with a green wrapper), and I am genuinely obsessed with the spicy, savory chili oil they were served in! The fried rice, while overpriced, was super tasty and a great break from the dumplings as we transitioned between different steamer baskets. And, while I sadly could not partake in the pork xiao long bao, I heard nothing but rave reviews from the other folks at my table. All in all, Din Tai Fung was such a treat, and it absolutely lived up to all my expectations! I have heard from a few folks that it's even better at some of their other locations (e.g., California, New York), but I honestly struggle to see how they could make the experience even better than this.
MURA Japanese BBQ & Shabu
I had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was good and of excellent quality. The menu had a great variety of options, and everything we tried was amazing. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal. I’d also like to give a special mention to Su, one of the servers. She was very friendly and attentive, and she made sure we had everything we needed during our visit. Her exceptional service truly stood out and made the experience even better. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back!
Craving sushi? How about BBQ? Want some shabu shabu too? MURA has all three! Excellent concept satisfying all three all you can eat cravings without sacrificing quality. While there isn’t full on nigiri, their sushi offerings definitely hits the spot. They have a self-serve salad and hot pot sides bar AND a snow cone maker machine. Their meat quality is where this place shines. Delicious! Our server was Sean and he was the most attentive server we ever had at a BBQ place. He sets the standard for service at a BBQ restaurant, constantly checked up on us and got everything we needed. With the variety of food, the services, and quality, we will definitely be back. Thank you for the amazing service Sean!
Hakkasan Restaurant Las Vegas
Truly one of the best dining experiences ever. Had the dragon tasting menu. Although pricy it was well worth it. Multiple appetizers and entree options brought to the table and all were excellent. I will not go to any other Chinese option in Vegas from now on. The dessert course was a true spectacle and we splurged big time with Louis XIII cognac and the presentation was truly amazing. (Not sure the cognac itself was worth the price but the glassware and the experience certainly were). The setting was beautiful and the service was fantastic. Highly recommend. Saw many other people's food choices and all looked great.
The entry is beautiful, with a flowered walkway. The ambiance is cool. On the starters. The crispy beef is not crispy enough. Crispy beef just needs to be - crispy. The calamari get an OK. Tasty, but too thick. The steak tartare, another OK. The Peking Duck is presented really well. It is presented well. It is decent. I am a hard marker on Peking duck after eating it many times in Beijing. This one is decent. The service is not great. Nice but not very attentive. All in this restaurant is an ‘OK’
Foods 2 Go
Classic hole in the wall. Great potions. They have this chili oil sauce made in house that is absolutely delicious. The pork is so juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. I'm thinking its pork belly. You dip it in that chili sauce, Lord have mercy...
To my surprise, the roast duck is awesomely tasty. Wonton soup is good but skip lunch box Went it again. By far it’s roasted duck is the best in town.
