Got home and got the wrong stuff. My husband ordered fried rice with teriyaki chicken and received a chow mein bowl instead. I ordered the chow mein plate with king pao chicken and honey walnut shrimp, paid extra for shrimp just to get broccoli and beef instead. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get peoples ordered right especially for things they pay extra.

I'm in Fremont for work and craving Chinese food closest place around Panda Express on Osgood so I go in and look at the menu and there's brand new steak and shrimp firecracker entree.... Sounds delicious but not sure if it is delicious so I asked about the sauce and I asked if I may try just a little taste of the sauce maybe a green bean something very small I DIDN'T ASK FOR A FREAKING STEAK OR SHRIMP I ASKED FOR A LITTLE PORTION OF A VEGETABLE JUST SO I COULD TASTE THE SAUCE BEFORE I ORDERED... They tell me no they can't let me taste it they don't give out samples. I said okay and if I order it and I don't like it? The clerk just rolled his eyes at me said yeah we could probably trade it for something now why would I want to WASTEmy time ??? I I I mean really I'm supposed to order it have it packaged up pay for it go sit down taste it and decided I like it what a freaking crack worst customer service ever no wonder the place was empty... I walked out..

Haven’t really been on Panda Express for a while, but I decided to come back here to see where it’s at now. Pretty much everything is the same except that the bowl size must have changed. Back in college, they used to be bigger, but now they’re slightly reduced, which is fine. They also constantly change the calories from some of the foods. Dunno why though. I’m still surprised that they’re not that priced heavy compared to most Chinese joints. Maybe because it’s a popular fast food chain, which is probably how they’re still sustaining affordable prices.

It's a very typical Panda Express, often very busy, especially in the evenings around dinner time. Plenty of parking in the shopping mall. For my plate I got half veggies, half chow mein, and then teriyaki chicken no sauce, and broccoli beef.

Very nice Applebees location! The food was very good and fresh! I ordered the whiskey bacon burger and it was top tier. Very filling and I was able to have leftovers. This location was very quiet and clean as well which made eating here more enjoyable.

Arrived at the Fremont, OH restaurant shortly after 11am. I was seated. Waited over 5 minutes for a waitress to take my order. Table was not cleaned well and the pepper shaker was empty. A female walked around with my food only to return to the “kitchen” and then brought it to the table. The waitress never stopped back. I finished my meal no one came. I went to bar and asked for my check. She state your waitress would bring it. After again waiting the bartender brought the check. The receipt had suggested “tips.” There was no service; there is no tip”. I relayed this on the check.

The dim sum portions were all quite generous, and everything tasted great. It’s definitely worth trying a variety of dishes. The only downside was the BBQ pork bun—the dough was a bit tough and could use some improvement. But everything else was absolutely delicious!

I love the fried rice dishes here. Their thin noodle stir fry dishes looked good but it misses the mark for beef chow fun and dim sum for me. Dim sum is okay. Not bad but not great. Beef chow fun was too greasy without good wok chi. The soy sauce flavor was not able to come through. Although not too salty and the beef used is generous and not low quality. Their fried rice has better wok chi and flavor is on point.

Total Score: 3.33 Bathroom: N/A Didn’t use the bathroom Customer Service: 1.5/5 No service basically except serving the food. Overheard their convos in Chinese and apparently they were out of a lot of things and kept on replacing things with other things in door dash orders?? Ambiance: 3/5 Some “fancy” decor (they had a LV statue and some goats??) but the tables were weirdly sticky and why was there nobody here???? Food: 1.5/5 Got the liang pi and it was just okay. Very spicy so only really tasted the chili oil. Veggies/sides/addons were minimal so wasn’t really a cohesive dish. Could have made this at home cuz apparently it wasn’t hand made. Wow: 0/1 Normal Chinese restaurant Total Score = (CS + 2*AM + 5*FOOD + WOW)/0.9

Northwest China Cuisine is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates bold, flavorful Chinese food. The cumin lamb is a standout dish—it’s packed with smoky, spicy goodness. The noodles are made fresh to order, and every dish is perfectly seasoned. I’ve also tried their fried rice and spicy chicken with peanuts, both of which were delicious. The service is excellent—attentive without being intrusive. The restaurant has a cozy vibe, making it perfect for both a casual meal or a special night out. Highly recommend!

The steak and cheese I order was disrespectful to say the least. The sub had a bundle of lettuce & mayo on it. A small handful of meat, i had to dig to find (not much at all). Didn't put any peppers or onions on it. There was only a sprinkled of cheese on the bread. I returned with the food untouched for a refund, or for it to be fixed. I was aggressively met with an attitude when explaining my issues. The man working the front rolled his eyes multiple times when talking to him about the food. Told me it's fine the way it is and that the meat was a lot for the sub (not the case). Asked for it to be fixed or a refund and got someone else to talk to me. An older woman came over and told her my issues. She was unamused and proceeded with hostility. She told me she would not fix it nor will I be getting a refund. "We don't give refunds for our food. I can give you a 10% discount for your next order". If they could hear me out about my issues or fix it. Continue the interaction with attitude and defense. I will never order from again and will spread the world about the disrespectful behavior that was giving to me. Not to mention no one wear gloves or hair nets of any kind. Many reasons to rethink your meal and the quality of it as well.

I have never spoken to a ruder person in my life. I called to place an order and the woman who answered had the worst attitude I've ever experienced placing an order. She got through the order with saying 4 words and then proceeded to hang up on me before I could say a word.

First time ever eating here place a pick up order I thought I called the other place in town but apparently I called this place had no choice but to get the food.. the egg rolls were rubbery not even fried. They gave me crab ragoons which I didn't order it .. I didn't even touch them they were rubbery . I ordered sweet n sour chicken and it tasted like fish and gave off this weird smell that stunk up my car . Also ordered chicken fried rice and it looked definitely different but so hungry I I ate that the rest went into the garbage can . Hopefully I don't get food poisoning. Will never make this mistake again . Oh and the place had a very off off oder inside as well . It felt creepy in there .

Nice older place ran my an older couple. Food, service and value were great. Older building so it a bit dated. Only place in Fremont that has Dine in seating.

Came in during soft opening. Tried the chicken congee, it's top notch. Enjoyed the meal so much I ordered noodles to go.

CASH ONLY. I stopped in for soft opening. Wasn't able to order anything as I saw CASH ONLY sign. I had to leave immediately due to that. Most likely won't ever be back. Good luck

We usually have pretty good luck at the different Panda Express locations, but this visit missed the mark for us. Nothing was particularly bad, but service was slow despite there being six or more staff behind the counter, and the food wasn't quite right. We got our usual orange chicken and chow mein bowls and drinks, so we knew what to expect. Perhaps we will try again in a week or two.

Always check your bag in the drive thru for your 3rd item on the bigger plate. Otherwise everything’s great. The Mango Guava is amazing but for 3.20 I would recommend a bigger cup if you’re going to fill it completely up with ice. Zero complaints about the food though! Bravo!

Probably the nicest HK cafe in Fremont. The baked pork chop rice was fantastic and it had egg and hot dog. Milk tea is not bad, could've been stronger. The hot plates looked great at the next table. The vibe is interesting. It's like hip and cool and they even have open mic karaoke at night and a walk of fridge filled with beer. But it also looked like it wasn't maintained in a way? The fridges has other groceries in it so it looked like a mom's and pops hole in the wall instead. And the fun area by the front door looks abandoned. It would be a cool place they tidied up a bit.

Food: The Hainan Chicken is pretty good with portion of chicken (black meat), rice and chicken soup. I’d say the black meat’s meat and skin ratio is not too ideal but acceptable. The Beef in Egg Drop Sauce is very much recommended! It’s a big portion, it’s enough for 2 or even 3 to share! The Hot and Sour Soup is not the traditional flavor, so I wouldn’t recommend to people who are looking for the light texture or Taiwanese style. Service: the staff is nice though they are very busy. We were lucky enough to sit by the service station, so we grabbed our own chopsticks and takeout boxes instead. Ambiance, casual but viby at the same time. It’s very comfortable. We see family and friends groups dining here at the time we were there and they have high chair with round table as well.

I went here at 8:25 pm on a Friday night. They close at 9:00 so I thought I had plenty of time. When I walked in there were 2 people in line in front of me, 2 tables had seated customers and a group of 3 came in behind me. Almost all of their hot pots in the buffet were empty and clean. I believe 5 choices were left 1 was fried rice which there wasn't enough left to choose as a whole serving so they gave me chow mein to make up the difference. There was 4 egg rolls left. The guy in front of me took 2 and I got one. I wanted cream stuffed won tons they didn't have any cooked. I felt bad because of the 3 people behind me only one ordered because they didn't have the things they wanted cooked. When I had asked them if they were making any more food they said no no more tonight. Why not?? It's an open restaurant they should have food available for their customers to be able to order anything on the menu unless they were out of it especially if requested and it's 35 minutes till closing time. They chef was still there and 3 other employees were cleaning up the kitchen. If your business closes at 9 then close at 9 and clean after the store is closed and by all means if customers drive to your business to get something and your chef is still there please cook them what they came for instead of leaving them whatever cold food you have left out in the buffet that looked like it had been there long enough. The way this place handled it makes me not want to return.

This particular Panda Express location is ok, not above average. Ordered 2 items with fried rice and noodle, the serving for entree portion is bad, I had to order more food since I was not given enough portion for my meal. Looks like the serving portion is for kids, not for adult 😟
