China Sails
Very welcoming and professional walking in the door. Clear and concise got what we wanted and the food was delicious! We ordered a M3 combo and a Yang Chow fried rice. The yang chow had a ton of veggies, meat, really good. The M3 had a ton of more food than I thought it would, the chicken fingers were good and huge. Highly recommend!
Everything was on time. Food was good. Wonton soup was delicious. Peaking raviolis were perfect. Pork fried rice was a bit bland, the extra soy sauce helped.
Royal Garden
Nice old school New England Polynesian Chinese restaurant. Plenty of seating with the bar separated from the general area. Old school Chinese decorative interior that adds to the ambiance. Our server, Jessica was awesome! Out of all the places that I have reviewed, they might have the best orange crispy beef that I have ever had. Everything is made in house. Their egg rolls are old school with a celery base, absolutely delicious! They are very generous with portions and the prices are extremely fair. Unlike most, on a regular PuPu platter you get 4 pieces of beef teriyaki and extra chicken fingers and lots of boneless ribs. I'm excited to go back and try their Peking duck! Definitely worth checking out!
This is my first time having food at the Royal Garden. The vibe is fascinating, and the food is shockingly good. It reminded me of the great Chinese food I had during my childhood.
Deng's Garden Restaurant
You seat yourself if you're eating in. Someone will bring out a menu and ask for a drink menu if you plan on having an adult drink. Food is brought out 10 minutes after ordering. Someone will come back out and check on you. The is delicious and not greasy or saltly and feels light when eat it as to some Chinese restaurant intend to have a heay texture to it and you get fuller quickly. It's peaceful and not so loud and overwhelming. I will be back again when I am in the area. The place is clean and there is a bathroom for use. Also parking is available right on the front.
We hadn’t been to Deng’s in many years as honestly it wasn’t that great the last time we ordered from them. They are now under new management! We went at 5 pm on Friday & we were only ones at the bar which only had 5 seats and 2 in front of the sushi bar. We both got Mai Tai’s which were good, not great but the food was so fresh and very good! The Hot and Sour Soup was the best I’ve had and we loved the General Tao’s Chicken, pork strips, beef teriyaki, Crab Rangoon and Peking Dumplings. We will definitely go back!
Happy Dragon Chinese Restaurant
If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. The food is good tasting, it's the service and staff that absolutely suck!! I went out to dinner here with my friends last week and the woman who sat us only asked how many of us there were and practically threw our menus on the table without saying anything at all and then walked away. Our server was even worse, though. I asked what soda options they had and she said Pepsi products. I asked nicely for a Mountain Dew (that's a Pepsi product, is it not?) and she questioned it and was like "in the bottle?" like yeah I don't really care how it's served I just want my drink. Not to mention she was talking really fast at us and not being patient with us while we were ordering. She had a lot of attitude and didn't come and check on our table to see how we were doing or ask us if we wanted refills or anything like that. When the check came I left a low tip because she did not at all deserve 15 or even 10%. She's lucky I even tipped her anything at all to begin with. She took the check and as she was walking away, turned back and questioned the tip I gave her. She said "it's not even 15%" and I said, "is it supposed to be?" She dramatically sighed and rolled her eyes and literally slid the check across the table back to me. I wanted to leave with my friends right then and there and leave her with my original tip, but she would have probably made another comment about it. I left 15% but only because I felt forced into doing so. This server did not and does not deserve anything at all. I will never EVER dine-in there again. I can't believe some of these other reviews I've seen that are saying how awesome this new management is. If this place is lucky enough, maybe I'll order takeout someday because the food is pretty good. But you'll never catch me setting foot in that place again.
The waitress that worked this Friday night 2/28. Only came to my table 2 times in the 2 hours I was there. She only came by to hand us our drinks, and to throw our food on the table. She proceeded to get mad at me and yell that I needed to tip 15% and I told her no. She proceeded to say why come in if you’re not going to tip. Why should she work if she can’t provide good service? She yelled across the restaurant that every time me and my boyfriend come in we don’t tip. we always tip at LEAST 15%. I yelled to her that it’s optional, I mean yeah of course I tip, but not for her who only came to my table TWO times. I worked in a restaurant I know how it goes. Safe to say don’t go there unless you want bad service.
Jade Leaf Restaurant
Straight to the point comfort Chinese food at its best. We had take out trays for a party and we non stopped munched on each dish non stop for the duration of the celebration. We had pork fried rice which was addicting, the sweet and sour chicken and chicken fingers were on point on flavor and crispy! Not to mention the crab Rangoon wontons which we devoured within the first few minutes. Would definitely come back!
The people are friendly, fast service, and the food is great quality. The pricing is by far the most comparable for the portions.
China House
Didn’t like their food at all
Yummy
Mee King Garden
We spent 82 dollars yesterday on take out food at mee King and it was absolutely horrible. It was so disgusting. The boneless spearribs were so fatty and the chicken wings not cooked enough. The rice was so soggy and just not good at all. I really should of gone back there and told them . I have not gotten food from there in years and it use to be ok. We are very very disappointed.
This is not my first rodeo eating from MeeKing. This is truly our “go to Chinese” locally. I have to say, we hardly do a pick up or sit in. We get it delivered most of the time. Food is the best compare to other spot in the area. Good service, good price.
Brockton Panda
Worst chicken fingers I’ve had in my life. I don’t know if the meat was spoiled , oil was bad or combination of the both. Sesame chicken was mid tier , definitely edible
I paid for veggie fried rice - no veggies in the rice and the rice taste very bland. I paid an extra $3.75 for one fried chicken wing. (Fried is not what i expected) The spring roll taste very gingery and frozen. $26.00 for a combo plate - I am very disappointed. The food is sub-par. Never again.
Chinatown
It’s been a while since I ordered from Chinatown Brockton. It used to be the best around but my order today was terrible! I ordered a combination plate with bbq ribs, fried shrimp and chicken wings. I substituted the pork rice for shrimp fried rice. The ribs were dry and over done and the rice was the worst I’ve had. There was no fresh onions or bean sprouts as I remember and it had no flavor it was just fried rice and some shrimp! Totally disappointed in the quality! Cost me $40+ on Grubhub! Will not be ordering again!
The place was clean but I was surprised to see only three pieces of Sashimi on the $12 order. Same state for the Sushi. Only 6 pieces for Dragon Avocado order of $16. When we asked about the quality and prices, the customer service was very poor and we received a rude response that this is how Japanese’s food are served across America! We all laughed and thought he is joking but he was very serious! I will not go to this restaurant anymore.
Yummy House Brockton
I have yet to visit Yummy House in person, so far it's only been UberEats orders. My last takeout was disappointing, I couldn't finish the food. I will order from them every once in a while because my expectations aren't high for this kind of food. I will never get their fries again though, it had no flavor. Their Beef Teriyaki on a stick is delicious!! - SheCallsMeJuvi (YouTuber)
Rice was very bland tasted like hospital rice, and the lo-mein was very soggy and tasteless, Chicken teriyaki was very chewy to the point my jaw got tired. If there was duck sauce maybe the rice and lo mein couldve been more tasteful or tolerable. The only good thing I'd say about my order was the beef teriyaki and chicken wings.
Beijing House Restaurant
Best Chinese restaurant on the South Shore. Family friendly. Plenty of parking. Clean, well lit, quaint and nicely decorated. Friendly, polite, courteous, professional and attentive staff. Great menu. Ordered the hot and sour soup, Beijing sesame shrimp, Hunan spiced fish fillet and beef with onions and green peppers. Absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. Definitely returning to try other items on the menu. Highly recommend.
We've come a few times over the past two years and it's a great experience everytime. The food is delicious. The service is quick & professional. The drinks are made very good. The fish tank is beautiful. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. It's one of our favorite places to go for a nice night out.
Hull Jade Restaurant
They are very good on estimating the pickup times. The food is good, not the best, but they are so convenient and close!
Very good food. Polite staff. Venmo accepted which is nice.
