I ordered take out while traveling to Oakland on business. The food was fresh and very tasty with ample portions. One word of advice, if you enjoy noodles for your soup or sauce for your egg rolls make sure to request them. They were not included in my bag. Neither were fortune cookies. The atmosphere was no frills, simple and clean. I noticed that there seemed to be a good variety of food on the buffet. The restaurant was moderately busy at 6 pm on a Tuesday in early March.

Fantastic service, exceptional food, wonderful atmosphere. My drink didn’t even get below 3/4 of a cup. Coconut shrimp, General Tso’s, Crab Rangoons, and Lo Mein were all top notch. For the price, it is unbeatable!

I was told by a co-worker to try their food because it was some good food but pricey. I was pleased with the mango sushi 🍣 which I was a little confused on why when I ordered it she didn’t seem familiar with what I was ordering. I had to point out what on the menu what I was ordering but it was delicious 🤤 I’m a little confused 🤔 my chow mien look the way it did but it was ok 👍 not bad! I will try them again because I love the sushi 🍣 so far.

This place steals and sells your debit card info. I was just suspicious of them at first because that’s never happened to me before until after I started ordering from here online. About a month after I started ordering from here my account got hacked, all the money was drained, I had to get a new card, switch all my bills to it, and it took over a month to get all the charges back. The first time the people had my email address, address, and phone number which is all the info that the online acct has. They used all of my real for their orders and I was able to get all the addresses that the thousands of dollars worth of stuff went to. I said I’ll only order from there over the phone after that thinking maybe their website was hacked. My fiancée started ordering from there with his card while I was waiting for my new card. Guess what? His card number got sold too. Had to go through all the same stuff with his card. I got my new card and called there to order over the phone a couple times. My fiancée used a different card to order from there a couple of times in the past too. I never used my new card for any shopping or online orders. Only bills and Asian boy. Guess what? BOTH OF OUR CARD NUMBERS WERE SOLD AGAIN. The only common thread for us and any of this has been ordering from Asian Boy. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU PAY THEM IN CASH. UPDATE: I see the owner’s response to this and it doesn’t make any sense. I never said they had my DOB. They had my email address, name, delivery address, phone number, and card info when I was using the website to order. All things that are on the online acct. As soon as I got a new card and only ordered from here over the phone, they only used my name, delivery address, and card number which is all info used when you order over the phone. The other ironic thing is they never had my actual billing address for the card which is different. They were using my delivery address as the billing address which made me question my bank why any of the transactions went through, but that’s a different complaint for a different review. So I know it wasn’t from any place I used these cards for online shopping because you have to give them the billing address with the card info. There’s another review on here that also says they started getting a lot of fraud on their card after ordering here. So use your card here if you want to, but it’s at your own risk.

The service was overall great! The young man at the front was very kind when I was trying to choose what I wanted. The food tastes great and I will definitely be back.

Awesome spot. Orders are always done fast. So many good options to choose from and they have great specials. Also, sign up for their rewards program. It gives good discounts and coupons.

Green hulk roll was very good, jalapeño added a nice crunch and heat. Daughter enjoyed the Philly roll and miso soup. The kids shrimp lo mein looked amazing, daughter said it was yummy. The chicken Pad Thai was good, but nothing I would go there specifically for. Prices are as to be expected and comparable to other like places. Service was friendly and food arrived quick.

I had the general t’so chicken, the sauce was very soupy it spilled all over the bag like I was carrying a soup. The taste was good but the sogginess on the chicken made the dish disappointing. Egg roll was yummy!

I wouldn’t order if it’s the only place to eat on earth the chicken wings taste nasty and I order 6 steak and cheese egg roll and they gave me egg roll fill with onions and the guy tried to explain the price and that they couldn’t afford the steak. There customer service was bad tbh. They just don’t care

I eat here a lot and the food is delicious. My last order was a combination egg foo yung no pork, and it was absolutely amazing. It wasn’t burnt egg tasting or greasy! I was totally impressed with the ingredients, they tasted fresh. The young lady at the window is always polite and friendly to me, in person and on the phone. I enjoy eating here!

U should only get fried chicken or friend shrimp from here in my opinion. I stopped going here because it’s always dudes rolling weed inside the joint, hustling in and out side the joint. 2024 and dudes still going hand to hand is crazy, it’s also usually 1-2 dudes outside begging for change. Horrible location. DC and PG need a no loitering law.

I ordered through GrubHub. This restaurant delivers their own food. AND it is ongoingly late! Not 5 or 10 minutes... 45 min - 1 hour late. Today I tried lunch, a slower time, rather than a Saturday. True to form... LATE! Was due by 130 and it arrived at 218. I called them at 140 and they said 5 minutes.. yup thats the message every time. and they are less than 2 miles from my home. Today we ordered Chicken with Chinese vegetable combo ( friend rice and veggie egg roll) and egg drop soup. Yeah no. The eggroll had shrimp in it, and I had to take a benedryl for allergy! The "Chicken" was 4 little strands of Chicken in a sea of onion with 3 slices of carrot and 4 peapods. thats it... oh wait we just found a piece of mushroom. It was oversaled and, other than salt, tasteless. The friend rice was dry and flavorless. The eggdrop soup was actually good. AND they did not put in any noodles in the bag to top the soup... duh. They did include 2 fortune cookies. They do NOT follow delivery directions. We specifically stated leave at door, text do not call. AND, they rang and rang and rang the bell and banged on the door until we answered.... why ??? it interrupted the convo I was on the middle of on Zoom! Totally not being responsible or professional. Overall, this was a horrible experience. AND the final straw....this is the last time we will try this place. We try to support neighborhood businesses, and this one is OFF THE LIST.

Atmosphere is a dumb question for this restaurant. Very friendly staff. Never had a problem. Thankfully has wonderful general tso and fried wontons. Most of the bad reviews have to do with a poor delivery experience, not necessarily the food. For the best experience - i recommend sticking to the classic dishes, pre ordering online, and picking up.

My fried rice was salty af, diabeates in a plate. I could not finish it. On top of that,it did not taste fresh. And no smell of newely cooked food in there is very sus. This place used to be so good. It was my family’s go-to carryout. It has gone wayyyyy downhill. I would skip this place. Do not bother.

As of today 12/03/2023, I ordered over $50 worth of food. All of the food was old!!!! I have been coming to this place for years and have always supported them. But this...you refried greasy, overcooked eggrolls?? How dare you??? You did not cook the beef lo mein. Also, tell us all how old the GRAVY is????? You should not be serving gravy that is going through coagulation. You are serving old rancid gravy. I refused to even put any of this into my body, or my families. This will not happen again. I hope you all learn from this. Pictures of the food they served me and the food where it belonged before it was served to the public. Report this place the next time they do this so they know it's real. I'll never step foot in this location ever again. Over a decade of supporting this business and you disrespect the very people who keep those doors open?? Stop supporting these places when they don't even care about your moneys worth or your health. Never, ever, again.

This was my second time ordering carryout from here. Honestly the food is pretty decent and the service has been pleasant every time I came here; However this establishment needs serious renovations! On this last trip there was an odd odor almost like a mildew stale scent as we waited for our order. The food as I mentioned was decent. I ordered shrimp egg food young ( the gravy is mediocre ) they didn't make my dish spicy as requested instead they threw some hot chili sauce on the top. My Mother-in-law had the General TOS Chicken combination platter in which she was more than pleased because she got an egg roll with her meal. Overall I've tried a few Chinese Takeout spots here in the Oxon Hill MD area and I actually thought this place was one of the better establishments to dine even though it appears that the decor hasn't been updated in 20+ years but service is good, the food is decent But the buildings smell is very concerning to say the least.

I went there she did not greet me and I spent $70 on the Chinese food and it was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend to eat if who’s there if you wanna be wasting your money.

I ordered some fries, it took more than 10 mins just for me to get my small fries. Soon as i got my fries they were very much cold! Although they were good, is very much bad service for me.

I had to get the police involved due to the hostility and aggression of the staff after my order was made uncorrectly, I had called the restaurant and complained about my sandwhich that was made wrong(turkey was ice cold, missing topics) and so the lady at the phone asked me to comeback to replace the toppings, then hastily said she would refund me. I asked her numerous times if she wanted me to bring in the incorrect sandwhich and she said “no just come in” which I did and upon arrival she said she cannot refund me without the original sandwhich. I want back home and realized the sandwhich had been buried in the trash because I did not belive it to safe for consumption. I called the restaurant and let them know that I had already disposed of the rancit sandwhich and they told me I was looking for money. During ALL of this I never once asked for my money back. When I spoke with the police officer who met me later at the restaurant he claimed that numerous complaints about rudeness and quality come through to his police line. I had to be escorted by an officer in order to find a resolution. It is extremely cruel and inhumane to make an incorrect order and assume a customer is “money seeking” due to seeking a resolution. I not once asked for a refund nor any money, I was not raised that way however to be accused as such caused significant distress. I am working with law enforcement and the state of Maryland to ensure they cannot continue to attack consumers this way. I am so overwhelmed by the situation, they didn’t resolve my situation until law enforcement was present. PLEASE GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANYONE ELSE, that is what the officer told me himself. I am so sick and disgusting by everyone in this restaurant and hopefully my complaints to the state are will stop the restaurant from continuing to financially and mentally abuse containers. There is no ethics or customer service here, please avoid.

I haven't been here in forever. I ordered 4pcs of wings and a large shrimp with broccoli. Absolutely delicious. I also got a Modelo beer. Came here today 4/12/22 since it's been a while when they shut down due to COVID-19. Still got yummy 😋 food. Nice to return to

First time customer. Was under the weather so I thought a nice wanton soup would help. No idea who they got the recipe from but this is not wanton soup. It was thick like dumplings, minuscule piece of something resembling meat. Horrible…

Rude, food tastes like they bought it from the frozen section next door at the whole foods. General tso’s chicken tasted more like chicken in bbq sauce. Im guessing location is the only thing keeping them afloat since they have a lot of construction workers come in at linch time.
