Origin French Thai
Thai food with a twist makes this restaurant a gem! Special thanks to our server May, and the sweetheart manager, Nasha. Amazing food! The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the crab spring rolls, chef special onion soup and delicious dumplings. Entrees were great. If you are used to spicy Thai, you can add more spice upon request. (Entrees here were mild compared to traditional Thai) It was a blessed evening I’ll never forget! We had the grilled salmon and beef pad krapaw.
FINALLY got to try Origin Thai after years of wanting to go and honestly my husband and I were unfortunately disappointed in it. We won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend it. Our tiny table was pushed up against a dirty wall and tables were so tightly packed that the gentleman and I who were sitting back to back kept bumping into each other. The spring roll appetizer was great but the sea scallop appetizer we received had a funky taste to them that made us question quality. Both my husband and I did enjoy our meals of bison steak and Chilean sea bass, but our desserts of banana spring roll and pear tart were HORRIBLE and so ridiculously overpriced for what they were. We both ordered Thai Iced Tea which was mediocre and would have probably been just as happy sticking with water. Service was lackluster and impersonal which really did nothing for the experience. We dropped $175 (tip included) for an anniversary dinner and honestly kept comparing Origin to less costly, more comfortable restaurants nearby that have superb service and better appetizers and desserts.
Lutong Bahay Restaurant
This is one of those places where what you order matters and multiple visits are required to determine their specialty. There is a range as some things are subpar, some acceptable, some the standard good enough and a few shine. Examples: - Subpar: Turon - Acceptable: Tapsilog + BBQ skewer (both arrived lukewarm) - Standard good: Nilaga (lukewarm) - Shining star: Lumpiang shanghai Tapsilog is different in that they serve Worcestershire rice rather than stir fried garlic rice. Egg slightly overcooked. Good news is breakfast is served all day. $7.50 for all options and includes tax. Nilaga is concentrated and a little peppery. Their lumpiang shanghai is fantastic. Freshly fried to order so hot upon arrival. While on the tiny side, the wrapper is beautifully thin and crispy and the filling is wonderfully moist and juicy. Still delicious once it cools down too. Highly recommend ordering this for catering! Small food order area is in the back corner within a larger dimly lit dining area. A nice quiet place to eat in peace.
The food is like the staff, incredible! Authentic Filipino food at a great price! Highly recommended!
Maza Restaurant
I like their BBQ items, they are very good. All kabab and grill items have great taste especially Bihari and mix chicken Kebabs. We have also used MAZA for large catering/parties and food is always fresh and delicious. Fresh nanas make your meals Owner is very Friendly with customers and they also offer LIVe BBQ service which is great. Restaurant service is very good and fast. Their kheer and jelabi is also one of the best
It is a good place to enjoy Pakistani food, but for my expectations, it was a little bit disappointing ( as the biryani wasn't that warm and felt fresh ), the kebabs were really good and the overall serving portion was quite decent of everything. Also, they have an extensive menu with a vast variety of Pakistani food. So, yeah, I would recommend this place but at the same time I also hope that they improve a little bit more.
Best Taste Asian
This was terrible. Ordered on Uber Eats and there was literally no sauce or seasoning on my chow fun. It was totally dry unseasoned vegetables, chicken, and noodles. The pan fried noodles with shrimp had a tiny amount of sweet white sauce (it's supposed to be brown and savory) on a bed of dry noodles (as in they weren't rehydrated dry noodles) and the nooodles that were cooked had no sauce and were the wrong style (supposed to be chewy thicker more like udon). The fried chicken wings were also stale tasting, as though they were fried a long time ago. It was $88 including Uber Eats fees, and most of the food was completely unseasoned, and it looks like they were out of the right sauces and noodles and just sent the order out any way.
Best Taste Asian (ATA) is located in a small strip mall parking lot. Their food, service, and atmosphere are all great and at an affordable price point (3% charge for credit card use). BYOB and place is very clean!
Jumbo Palace Restaurant
very fresh fish. I get Whole ahi fish. It’s 2 order. Chef make appetizers sushi and sashimi.very nice.and special otoro hand roll very delicious
No complaints! It's not my personal favorite Chinese food of all time, but this place is DEFINITELY good! Easy takeout. Will be returning!
Kurry Zone
I recently visited this restaurant and had the worst dining experience. We were uncertain whether to choose this place or another reputable Indian restaurant. Unfortunately, we made the wrong choice. We started with the dahi papdi, which was a huge letdown. Following that, we ordered tandoori chicken, chicken noodles, fish tikka, and masala fries. None of these dishes met our expectations; in fact, the fish was served raw, appearing to be cooked directly from the freezer as the exterior seemed deceptively acceptable. The chicken tasted rubbery and unappetizing. Overall, it was a disastrous dinner, and I do not recommend this place at all.
It’s a cozy and wonderful place! EXCELLENT FOOD with generous quantities. Each item including Biryani that we ordered was very delicious and highly satiating! Excellent behavior of the owner and the staff. Have been many restaurants in NJ, but they are not worth their name/hype most times. But this one is a hidden gem! Must visit and Worth doing that multiple times a year!

The portions are very generous, so come with an appetite or be prepared to take some home. The ambiance is inviting and perfect for both family gatherings and professional meals. Savor Restaurant
Had my daughters’ shower at Savor in December. It was perfect. Everything from the first contact with Lisa to discuss menu selections to table arrangement. The restaurant was decorated beautiful for Christmas. The menu selection was great, many options to choose from. Food was delicious, a lot of our guests commented on how this was an amazing shower. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant, you will not be disappointed!
Found Savor through the Resy partnership with AMEX and thought to give it a try with my lovely wife. Food was excellent, prices surprisingly good. It’s BYOB and wine can be found in very close proximity. My wife and I enjoyed the eggplant stack. My wife had the lobster ravioli which was a special and I had the chicken rolatini. Both good but the lobster ravioli was easily the star of the show. Dessert was good as well. We agreed we would absolutely return here and give Savor a solid recommendation
Nirvanis Indian Kitchen
I love Indian food and once I seen this place had Indian pizza I was sold. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and was greeted. The place was spacious! I ordered with the nice manager: Nana pizza chicken tikka vada pav slider (spicy potato fritters on bun) Chicken manchurian with garlic naan shrimp masala chicken hakka noodles Funnel fries The food was excellent! I really loved the makkah noodle the most! I had a great experience all in all!
Probably my favorite Indian spot to date. Nirvanis in Somerset is a gold mine. Fantastic service and absolutely delicious food. The menu is diverse and has so many options ranging from street food to indo chinese food. Highly recommend the Vada Pav sliders as an appetizer. Very spicy and super flavorful. If you have not had it before, it’s a spicy potato fritter served in a soft bun with served with tangy tamarind chutney. The Masala fries are a perfect snack. The veggie hakka noodles on the indo Chinese portion of the menu was great too. Definitely reminiscent of a chinese noodle dish with some Indian spices. Get the naanza, don’t even hesitate. The chicken tikka masala naan pizza is perfectly light, yummy, and with a thin crust. We ended up also trying the maxed chicken kebab which had four different kinds and all were fantastic. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area. I will be back for sure! Now for my standard comments. The location had plenty of open parking, a decent amount of seating indoors, and the interior was kept very clean.
Tea & Noodle
I’m more into Indo-Chinese cuisine and am a vegetarian, so I ordered veggie noodles with egg, and they prepared an incredible dish! My son had the chili beef with rice, which he really enjoyed as well. The flavors were spot-on Indo-Chinese. The prices were very reasonable, too. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Indo-Chinese flavors—just be sure to ask for it spicy. They also offer bubble tea!
Food are delicious and Dinks are awesome. I love the drinks are not too sweet and taste good. The owner is so sweet and friendly. Definitely I will come back and try more on their menu.
N THAI PALACE (HALAL)
The ambience was great this New Year’s Eve. We went at 6 pm and were seated instantly. The staff member who was serving us was nice and took our order quickly, and we had a good time. The food was good, and the spice level was great. I ordered the Singapore noodles and it didn’t disappoint, it was flavorful and looked awesome! We had the sampler for dessert and they all were great! I also got a Thai iced tea that tasted nice and would definitely get it again. This place knows how to present and their food is delicious. You should definitely give it a try, half of the negative reviews are people who didn’t even try the food.
Tried out this Thai restaurant for the first time! Went for some yummy soup and definitely hit the spot! Really enjoyed it and their yummy fried rice which was displayed so cute! Highly recommend everything was great.
