Ordered the two combo meal for my daughter, orange chicken and pepper steak...only like two pieces of steak and mostly vegetables...this is despicable....I'm very generous with my ratings, you guys who follow me, but this is some baloney...I'm not doing business here again.

The employees of this place are minorities that are racist towards black people. I left the restaurant. After waiting in line for a long time. When I was up next to be served, I was blatantly skipped. Then was asked what I was doing in the line. When I said I was up next to order, I was ignored and they continued taking the order of the person behind me. Been visiting for years and never had anything like this occur. Never coming back again.

My favorite Chinese dish is fried mandarin chicken, I absolutely love it. I noticed that a lot of restaurants aren't cooking it like they used to and are cutting up the chicken into little pieces and then frying them. It's hard to find the original style, so I'm overjoyed when I do. China kitchen's Mandarin chicken was šŸ‘Œ Delish.

This not almond chicken what is this. First it looks disgusting and the chicken don’t even feel or look real. The food smells as soon as you open it and the rice taste funny. The service was good but food a zero. I would not recommend this China Kitchen. This what happens when people tries to do Chinese but fails.

Have a lot of options for dim sum, but the dishes that are served on the white plates are never hot. They need to figure out a way to make sure the food stays warm enough till it gets passed to the table. Other than that, it’s not that bad! Service is pretty good, and the push carts come around often. My favorite dim sum options are the pork hock, shumai, roasted pork, roasted duck, and Chinese broccoli Highly suggest coming around 11 am on Sundays to beat the crowd!

$25 per person is kinda expensive for me, but you will spend around that in most restaurants. The service and food was incredible. They also have an hibachi cook to prepare meat for you. The desert is much better than what they used to serve. We will definitely return in the near future.

No, No, No, just all around this place feels and has a cheap vibe. Plastic spoons and forks. Styrofoam plates. I’m just also thinking on what they maybe skimping on with the food. I’m Good. Never again. Wifey had stomach issues after dinner. They had the nerve to also rush us out. Never ever again. Panda king is way better.

It is what it is.. The food is not bad at all. Everything I tried had a good flavor. The place was clean and smelled fine. It is an old building and you can see the wear from age. But the food to price is fine. If you are looking for a high end location this may not be for you. If you want some good food at a low price. Here is you spot.

Clean. Friendly. Loved all the plants in the restaurant. The egg rolls were great & not too greasy. Pork lo main was good. I’d get it again. Fried rice was rlly good with whole shrimpies. JalapeƱo chicken I’ve never ordered anywhere before but it wasn’t too spicy at all… not gonna order again probably

The Owners Are Always So Friendly, Kind, And Professional Each Time I Go There To Order My Food. I Have A Close Personal Friendship With Them. The Food Is Excellent Because It's Always So Fresh!!!!!!!

Ordered chicken chow mein and relieved slime instead. Nasty and gross slimy food. The rice was good, so I picked the few pieces of chicken out and ate the rice with it. The nasty slime is in the garbage where they should've left it.

Exceptional value from the money. Portions are very large and usually give us three meals for the price on one! The food is flavorful without being overly spicy.

Large Chinese buffet, we stopped as a large group on the way back from the Bogue. Everyone was starving and they had a good enough variety that everyone could find something they liked, or to go 'eww' at. I'm guessing Sundays they go all out for seafood. The snow crab was the only thing missing. I was disappointed that they were in no rush to make more sushi after the kids cleared it out. Didn't appear to be that much when we arrived and after 30min they had not restocked. Everything else was rotated or freshly cooked. They've been open for +10yrs so it was definitely good, especially the salt and pepper head on shrimp. But at $25, they're a little stingy with the sushi.

After 15 years, I recently revisited the Mandarin House Chinese Buffet for dinner at 5 PM, and it brought back many memories. The selection remains robust with standard Chinese buffet offerings like General Tso's Chicken, Beef with Broccoli, and other familiar favorites. However, what truly sets this buffet apart is its impressive seafood selection, including boiled crawfish, boiled crabs, sautƩed crabs, fried crabs, and raw oysters. One aspect that stood out during my visit was the attentive management. A floor manager is always present in the food area, ensuring the warmers are consistently stocked with fresh dishes. All the food was hot and fresh at this time. While the food quality and variety are commendable, the restaurant's ambiance could use some improvement. The tables and chairs are old, and the place feels a bit outdated. Despite this, Mandarin House provides excellent value for its price. For anyone who appreciates the variety and knows how to enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet, this place is worth every penny. A word of advice: for the best experience, I recommend going during peak meal times. If you visit after meal times, there is a chance the food may have been sitting for a while. It's a buffet, after all, and they are not going to throw food out just because it's been sitting.

It was my first time getting Panda Express (I think) and classic, photos look great but then the food is blah. I went through the drive through, got the ā€œbetterā€ steak bowl. One piece of broccoli and it tasted bitter and kind of bad. The meat was grizzle… just very disappointing. I don’t know that I will go back there.

This location has the beyond chicken (plant based) so I’ve come a few times. Every time I’ve come the food has been fresh, the staff is polite and friendly, and the restaurant is clean. I’ll keep coming back as long as they still have beyond chicken.

One of my favorite places. Never got a dinner plate before but wow! What a portion for the price! Always delicious and quick!

The food was good the delivery driver was the most rude peraon i have ever met in my life. Accused me of not really living in the house i was at. Said i will never get my food again. So IF I ever order from here again, it will ONLY be IF i am able to pick it up. And i do apologize for rating you low bc the food was good. The ONLY reason I'm giving ANY stars is bc the food was good. And is wasn't door dash it was someone from the store delivering the food and you should know the ones who deliver your food also affects your business. It really blew my mind. All bc someone didnt get to the door quick enough, I guess

Update 12/2024- Youngs is hit or miss. Had a good meal in 11/24 and then a horrible one 12 /24. Not sure i will chance it again. Shrimp is Gulf Shrimp (not chinese frozen shrimp), egg rolls are overstuffed (not frozen and small) and even the rice with the meals has Shrimp pork and chicken (not just egg fried rice like other places) Look no further, this is the place if you want good chinese food.

Food was delicious. Service fantastic. Great price.

I was skeptical on trying this place because of all the negatives reviews. I've tasted pretty much all around the nola area and we'll this maybe have been my least favorite but it was good. Well this is pretty much everything we had. The egg roll was probably the best out of it all. Lomein had me questioning if I had covid cause it had no taste šŸ˜‚ The sweet and sour sauce was watery but ok. The chicken wasn't tossed but def can taste the grease. Uhh the rice was ok could of been a bit softer or maybe it was a day old 🄓 Sushi was good.

Lowest quality Asian "cuisine" I have ever had in my life. Miso soup is completely clear and more broth than soup. Sushi was lathered with sauce to hide an Itty bitty price of shrimp and just thrown in a container with zero care. Just all around not impressed and will not order from here again.
