Panda Express
Waited 27 min for my to go order . The girl manager in black could have cared less . Was just texting and gabbing away . She was making peoples food in line while there's 7 people waiting for her to start boxing to go food . I finally spoke up after seeing 10 people get their food eat and leave ! Had to hold her hand to make 2 plates and an egg roll . Soooo upset .
Some Panda Express has employees that are all 3rd-stringers. This one is top shelf. The manager runs a right ship. Most of these are ALWAYS out of SuperGreens, but for this location that is rare. Great job!
Great Wall
Amazing food!! Better than Panda Express!! The food is so good! Brought my mom and grandma, they both loved the food. We even got crab Rangoon on the house. They are so welcoming and kind. You have to try this place!!
We tried the sweet and sour chicken, General Tso’s chicken, fried dumplings, and were even treated to crab Rangoon on the house! Everything was hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The portions are huge, the quality is amazing, and the prices can’t be beat. We’re hooked—this is officially our go-to for Chinese food!
China King
Today was my first time ever ordering from China King. You can only order carry out, but I wanted to eat it at home anyway, so that was fine. The place is small, but it's clean and organized, and doesn't need to be big for carry out orders anyway. The lady that took my order was very nice. I got alot of food for a decent price. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken. It came in a fairly good sized container that was filled to the top with alot of chicken and fried rice. It also came with a large container of sweet and sour sauce and a fortune cookie, all for a total of $7.52. It was very delicious and I will be going there again when I'm hungry for Asian food. Also, I love that their lunch hours are from 11 a.m to 4 p.m. Thank you.
Definitely had better Chinese than this. Pork egg roll had no noticeable meat and cabbage tasted old. Have had better egg rolls from frozen food section of grocery store. Chicken lo mein was a similar story. Think places downtown would pride themselves in their food but I guess they just rely on having a good location instead of good food. Tossing this and getting rice king on my way home.
Great Wall Chinese Restaurant
As good as this beef lo Mein looks, it is far from it. It was drenched in oil; I could barely stomach it. The beef was slimy and thin. I was disappointed; I also ordered a pork roll and was underwhelmed. The food was too hot to eat; that oil does something to you. The pork roll had no flavor, just bland. I will never spend my money here again 😓 Napkins trying to get some grease off but no luck after 6 napkins. I gave up and a stomach still empty.
The chicken was soggy and disgusting there were no broccoli pieces the only thing I ate was the rice do not go here
Egg Roll King on Madison Ave.
Ordered shrimp fried rice and wings. And what i paid for i wouldn’t have gave my dog. The shrimp was breaded who breads shrimp fried rice and they was over cooked and rubbery, the rice was mush and the fried wings was dry and wasn’t breaded or crispy. This was by far the worst Chinese food i ever had and would not recommend. The egg rolls they are known for aren’t good either. DONT GO HERE EXPECTING GOOD FOOD!!!!’
Folks were very nice and good came out fast. Good was pretty blah overall unfortunately. Crab Rangoon were very cream cheesey without much other flavor. Egg rolls looked amazing but flavor was pretty bland. Pot stickers were also a bit bland and looked like they’d been sitting around for quite a while (shriveled up). The generals chicken was probably the worst part. It was very different than any generals chicken I’ve ever had. The sauce was very different and I almost thought I got the wrong order but it was correct. Just overall fine. Nothing special.
China King
I’ve been going regularly for a couple years and the owners are always the nicest! Food is always fresh and super hot, dining in definitely makes it taste sooo much better BUT it is a 10/10 no matter how you look at it! Excellent business to support
Great service, even at peak dinner rush. Great serving portions even for the small size, very cheap, and the lady gave us some free almond cookies (so good). Always great food from there!
Dragon House
Should've looked at the reviews before coming here. I had been here years ago and it was okay back then. However, now this place has seriously gone down hill. The dinner buffet price is outrageous considering it's a very small buffet. There are maybe 15-20 items to choose from, but they were always out of most items so you are limited to the lukewarm options they have. This place is very dirty too. We saw a box of lettuce on the floor. In addition, some of the other customers were dirty and digging their hands in the ice cream. This place needs to be checked by the Fishers Health Dept.
Went at 815 on Saturday night. No one in there eating. We pay and go to get food. There was literally nothing other then green beans out. They did yell back to have food made. However We asked for a refund as we did not want to wait. The lady argues for 5 mins until giving a refund. Will not be back
Panda Express
Pretty standard Panda Express. Stopped by here around 9 on a Thursday night while traveling and food was still pretty fresh. Staff was nice and gave out large portion sizes. Place was very clean and nice. Food was standard for Panda Express.
My mother has never had Panda Express. I on the other hand always go to the one in Castleton. When we arrived the girls were professional. Place was clean. I had to wait 8-10 minutes because my choices weren’t available. The food is sweet. I like sweet so it’s no problem for me but some of my friends don’t like sweet at all. American customers really like this place.
First Wok II
Not sure if they were just short staffed but my food wasn't ready until 20 min after what was advised. The store looked like they just moved in with boxes piled up in the waiting area with open food items..the Chicken&Broccoli itself was OK at best. The Dumplings were pretty good and the guy checking people out was a sweet heart despite angry customers.
Excellent food. Didn’t take a long time to be ready. Staff is nice and will keep you informed of what they’re doing. Got the general tso, pork lo mein, orange chicken, pot stickers, chicken fried rice, all were delicious .
Panda Express
This is only my second time eating at a Panda Express, first time at this location. I stopped in at 4pm. I was greeted when I walked in, but as soon as I inquired about a lot of the food being old and almost emptied one worked just said “oh yea its that time of the day you know”..so I got the few items that looked decent and one was the honey walnut shrimp which was the only item that was actually hot and fresh. I had two rice balls I couldn’t even break apart with my fork because of how long it had sat out. The real issue is the fact that I was the only colored person in there besides my accompanying friend, they immediately got fresh rice as soon as my plate was done as well as one of the other two items in inquired about in the beginning. I felt personally offended because when the next few customers who were Caucasian received nice hot and fresh food. While I sat and ate old rice, beef and chicken. I will not come to this location again.
Ordered the small bowl with white rice and the new bourbon chicken. The rice was nice and fluffy and the chicken was crisp with a nice kick of heat from the collab with Hot Ones. Staff was efficient and friendly.
P.F. Chang's
Honestly, best deal for your buck. We had so much food and leftovers. Everything tasted delicious. I will definitely go back.
This location was top tier. I enjoyed lunch here with my husband. The food, atmosphere and service was amazing. Miss Lisa took great care of us. She recommended lunch options that were really good ! Mr.Connie the senior manager is a great professional leader. He made sure our experience was pleasing. We will definitely be consistent customers.
Panda Express
Just want to thank Panda Express for never delivering my orders on time or giving me decent portions till I decided to cook even if tired after work! I made my own version of their dish and it tastes so amazing! Took less time than those 1hr 30min waits for one plate to be delivered! Thank you guys for the inspiration! Turning lemons into lemonade! 🍋
No over the counter samples is whack. Granted it was kind of busy when i went around noon but they made it sound like they don’t do it at all. I wanted to try the new bourbon chicken. Anyway besides that. I got a bigger plate half noodles and half super greens. Noodles were super dry! My entrees were teriyaki chicken (they didn’t even cut) just gave me a big fatty chicken thigh. I had to pick it up and bite into pieces of it. The beef and broccoli had mushy beef, broccoli was good and my orange chicken surprisingly had some spice but was good too. I got an egg roll and spring roll which the egg roll was the highlight of the meal. Update. Came back for redemption. How do you not have teriyaki sauce for the chicken teriyaki at noon?!? Service was slow for all the food to be done. I asked for a bigger plate too and did not get it. I’m glad cause there was no sauce for the chicken 😭😭
