Have been here often. The food is usually good. This trip it was extra good. Fresh & hot every thing tasted great. Husband got reg plate orange chicken & chow main I got large plate honey walnut shrimp & orange chicken with chow main. I loved the honey walnut shrimp so much it was my favorite part of everything. Two drinks one a soda & other a mango pomegranate drink which was yum yum!! We got spring rolls, an egg roll, cream cheese wontons, & an apple roll. The egg roll & spring rolls were ok the apple one needed way more filling. But everything else was great. Service that day was good no issues very friendly. We spent $45. All extra good was intended for later as well & we had plenty for what we spent. Restaurant was clean and we're glad to have stopped that day!

Best fast food place in Huntsville. Cheap, fast, delicious, and friendly. Holes in the wall are the best. Very underrated restaurant. Pay $13 or whatever for a Big Mac combo or pay $10 for all this! I just did the math, and while they don't carry soup, a similar amount of food at P Express would run you about $15 and not be nearly as good

"VERY GOOD!" On Tuesday, November 5, 2024, I purchased a carryout meal at New China restaurant in Huntsville, Alabama. I have only been there a few times, and it's been a number of years since my last visit. On this visit, I chose the Mixed Vegetables meal, which comes with Rice. And, I also chose to add beef to it, which can be added at no extra charge. I was very pleased with the taste of my meal choice. And, based on the portion size they give you, it is a GREAT VALUE for your money. Furthermore, the mixed vegetables were fresh, perfectly cooked, and brilliant in their color combination---a "feast for the eyes." The Hibachi Grill - where you fresh pick & cook your shrimp, chicken, pork, beef & egg along with onion, bell pepper, bean sprouts & etc IS MY FAVORITE PART! NOTHING BETTER THAN FRESH COOKED SHRIMP! Wide selection of seafood both fresh and cooked... Many soups, a big salad bar and oh...... the SUSHI 🍣 End your taste bud's theme park ride with 6 ice creams to choose from and a dessert 🍨 bar of cakes or macaroons... I can't say enough good about this New China Buffet! All this for $11.99!!!!!

For a Chinese buffet, it checks the boxes, the food is pretty good, and they continually put fresh stuff out. They're always very pleasant and you don't think about the service too much but it's swift and they're nice folks... when I get carry out it's definitely my go to.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The staff is always so nice and accommodating. The food is fresh and are good sized portions. I love the fact you can choose a cream cheese Rangoon as your side. The honey chicken is top notch! Also, they honor a military discount! The only downside is I wish they had gift cards or gift certificates. I will definitely keep coming back.

Found a piece of metal in the noodles. It looked like a piece from a steel wool sponge. Called the manager and he pretended not to speak much English or understand. We told them they need to probably check their noodles and he offered to comp the meal. He completely missed the point that they need to throw away the noodles so it doesn’t happen to other people. We liked this place but not going back since they did not tale this seriously.

I got the #2 Combo, which comes with two (2) types of chicken, and one (1) side. I got spicy chicken and sesame chicken, with noodles and an egg roll. The chicken was alright. I can see why some people made some bad reviews concerning the food quality— about the chicken being mushy. I had maybe a piece or two that was mushy. Otherwise, the food was good, and as far as customer service quality, I have no complaints. Portion size was good. Drink was pretty good also. (I got a Fanta without ice. They didn’t put any ice, just like I requested!)

Excellent honey chicken. Good fried rice. Sad crab rangoons. Hardly any filling.

Every time I go there for beef and broccoli there is if I’m lucky a couple pieces of beef. I don’t go there that often because of this but today I was kind of in the mood for some beef and broccoli so I said I will try them one more time and just like in the past there was for the most part no beef. With that being said their kung pao chicken was great.

It took them 25 minutes to make broccoli beef. Most of the items I wanted were gone. However I have eaten here many times and this is the first time I had any issues. Usually the food is fresh and hot. Just had a bad day today! The servers are all very welcoming and friendly.

I just love the atmosphere of this buffet. My husband and I had a nice peaceful booth by the fish aquarium display. The service was excellent, the sushi delicious. All the food was fresh and tasty. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety for lunch. Will definitely be back for dinner.

The best place on 20 to Eat the services Great. The taste is amazing it's always good it's always clean it's always very nice. If you have any problems, they're happy to help you in any way and do anything and everything to help you.. Mama said the dessert table was off the chain... She said and then some...

The food here is excellent, and they do a great job refreshing the buffet. The staff is very friendly and quick. They keep the place clean, but it could use a refresh/remodel (Their sign outside needs new lights installed).

The waiter was very nice. I ordered from the menu because I don't eat much at once and wanted to have some left overs to take home. I took the whole meal home, and guess it will be thrown away. I ordered my fave, sesame chicken. The chicken was tough and hard, the broccoli was tough...I don't care much for rice but it was about all I could eat. I have eaten there many times over the yrs but recent times haven't been as nice an experience. I dont think I will go back, and I am disappointed by that thought.

Ordered Mongolian beef and there was virtually no meat in it! What meat that was in definitely wasn’t steak. It was almost entirely onions and bambo shoots. Also the egg rolls I ordered were overcooked and dry. Won’t be ordering from there again.

Pick up lunch for two for under $20. Main course + white rice. Very nice lunch with left overs for dinner. Very nice couple who owns the restaurant. Easy pick up. Large menu (see attached photo). Very tasty and unique blend of standard Chinese foods. Have no idea what is with the negative reviews. Will be returning in the future!

Okay, yes, Panda Express is a fast food Chinese restaurant, so maybe you shouldn't expect much. However, I am comparing this to other Panda Express restaurants that I have been to, and it was terrible both with quality and quantity. It has been some time since I've been to one, so maybe they've all gone downhill. Idk. The noodles were like something out of a top ramen packet, and the fire roasted chicken was little more than nuggets of breading, and the amount given was barely more than a tablespoon and mostly just pineapple. I took the chicken and the pineapple out and laid them side by side on the lid next to my fork so that you could get a good view of just how rediculous the portion was. The honey walnut shrimp was still tasty as I remembered it being, and the portion was good too, but that is probably because you have to pay extra for that entree. I would not recommend you go to this place until they improve.

Drive thru experience: ordered family meal which includes 2 sides and 3 mains. From order to receiving food, it was a 17 minute wait. Portion size for each was good, spice/heat level was great, food was hot. Flavor was what you'd expect for chain restaurant. Very salty. It's been open for years, but this was our first visit. We hesitated to try it because of several negative reviews on Google Maps. Would recommend family meal, portion sizes were good, and it was nice to try several dishes. Price was average, considering what we pay at China King.

Staff told my brother that he could not have his epilepsy service dog around in the restaurant. We didn’t make a fuss or argue, we just got our food and left quickly but our family will definitely not be returning. Pretty sure their requests were illegal according to the Americans with Disabilities Act. Food was less than OK, you definitely get what you’d expect from a buffet like that.

HEALTH INSPECTOR ASAP !!! I went to pick up an order to go , the rice didn’t smell right but I didn’t think much of it, got home and it smelled rank, like if it was reused from yesterday, took a bite and it was slimy and immediately spit it out almost gagging. Someone can and will get seriously ill!!!

I have looked for Chinese food that is as good as what I eat in Florida and I was thrilled to discover the food at China King is as good if not better than what I eat in FL! Really, outstanding flavor and freshness. The portions are huge and the service great. Unbelievable pricing too. We have had the orange chicken, honey chicken, Kung Po chicken, General Tso chicken, crab Rangoon, and egg rolls. All fantastic.

The owners are very nice, hospitable people. This is some of the best hot and sour soup I have tried. I also recommend the cashew chicken, Mongolian beef, and the Mai fun entrees (Singapore style). The prices are fair and the quality of the food is always on par.
