Second time dine in here and both experience were very good. Everything is so delicious! We love the big selection of Mexican food and today’s steak tastes like what we had in a steakhouse. The servers are very attentive and friendly. We would definitely come back in the future.

(11/11/24) Once again, enjoyed a great meal during the annual Veteran's Day dinner. I appreciate the kindness and motivation of the staff. Thank you again for providing an enjoyable evening. Enjoyed a Veteran's Day dinner at a later date (4/8/21). Restaurant is set up as per state regulations. I appreciate this place doing a Veteran's Day dinner despite they're losses due to COVID. So long as you don't mind using a plastic glove to serve yourself, Golden Corral is what it used to be. I must also mention the how dedicated and motivated the staff is. You never see them group together. They are always on the move.

Ordered the cajun shrimp combo, sides: fried rice and egg roll. Regretted it instantly. They do not devein their shrimp and the egg roll was stale.

In this better location, the food is only good when it is first made in the morning. By 1pm or starts to taste old. 🤔 also they use a lot of cheap inflammatory seed oils. These are not genuine avocado oil, so you are gunna get TONS of massive head and body inflammation the next day!!! There are 2 locations here, and I'm rating the much better one that is closer to the ice skating rink. Don't go to the other one because they really suck. Only go to the one near the ice skating rink!!! Anyway... This place is rated 3.7, but I think it is a 4.3. The price makes it a 3 star, however... The food tastes great. Vegetables are perfectly seasoned. It is too expensive for foodcourt food, however. Gotta lower them prices just a tad for it to be in the ranks to be considered as food court food

I live nearby and really want a decent Chinese takeout place in the neighborhood, but, this isn’t it. Ordered House Chow Fun and Pot Stickers. The Pot Stickers were very doughy, not delicate, reminiscent of frozen and re cooked, but large enough to be a meal in themselves. The Chow Fun was a mish mash of mushy beef, chicken and shrimp that had no texture or distinct flavor of any of the ingredients. Very, very disappointing. Maybe other choices are better prepared, maybe not.

I was skeptical to order from here, based on reading all of the poor reviews. Our food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the pork egg rolls, beef teriyaki sticks, chicken egg fu young, and chicken with cashews. The pork egg roll took me back to my childhood, when I had Chinese food with my grandparents in Chicago. The secret is the peanut butter-and they are so good! Our food was fresh and hot and we had plenty of left overs!

Chicken is fatty and very weird like onion rings some parts but grissle almost all fat! .. fries are yummy.. contonese noodles are like noodles left out overnight and akward and horrifying.. I am missing white rice for the sweet and sour chicken.. even the lomein noodles are a let down and taste overcooked ...I have been calling I get no answer.. my kids and I are very disappointed 😞 that's $30 that is could have gotten anything else.

I have been going to golden dragon for 20 years. They’ve changed owners and recipes several times in the years. We have ordered online (on their website) for several years now. The reason we keep coming is the sweet and sour sauce, it’s a comfort food for me. This is the second time they’ve forgotten it. All I wanted is a replacement. I was willing to drive the 30 minutes again to get the replacement as this is a staple to the meal. I was told they cannot do anything about an online order without their manager. They told me 2 days ago (day of order) that the manager was going to call me back. Called again yesterday, was told the same thing. Called again today and was in the area and was told their manager was not in the building and they would call me back again today. I was in the area and just wanted the sauce so that we can finish our $60 worth of food. I had to order it again and was told that they’d call me back. Still have not heard back. This is terrible service, last time this happened they just replaced the sauce. That’s all I wanted. My husband no longer wants to eat here.

I ordered potstickers and got something that was not a potstickers. I have ordered several pot stickers from this place and when I called she kept saying she put potstickers in my order. I told her yes but they were not potstickers. See photo. It’s a egg roll type filling and way to crunchy.

This is the WORST pad Thai and boba I've ever ordered. I ordered through UberEATS and on there it's called "asian fusion". The "pad Thai" is in a broth and the chicken is chewy, it looks to have onion in it, which isn't even an ingredient for padthai!? The boba in the bubble tea is hard, too, under cooked. I have avoidant restrictive food intake disorder, and will not be able to eat this. 😩

I've been a loyal customer for two decades, but the quality of both the food and the customer service has steadily declined. It's reached the point where any complaints about my order are met with indifference. They seem to have a "take it or leave it" attitude, even though I've already paid for the meal. This most recent experience was the worst yet. I ordered the Thai yellow curry shrimp, and it was inedible. Every bite was gritty, like chewing sand, and I even found a small pebble in my food. This is unacceptable, and I won't be ordering from them again.

I haven't eaten here for along time. Our waitress recommended us some new dishes to try, so we ordered the salt and pepper shrimp along with our usual of sweet and sour chicken. My wife and children loved the salt and pepper shrimp! The service was prettty good aswell, our waitress had a nice attitude through out.

This location recently changed gyros meat supplier. It's now pale and disappointing. I visit from out of state and have always made a point to get to Sammies. I will try another place for gyros. Milkshake was sour. Cheese sauce tasted like water. Cheap mozz sticks. Fries still great. They added gambling and lowered food quality. How exciting

I've probably eaten here about 20 times since they've opened. 1. I have never had any mistakes or poorly made food with my orders. 2. The young lady who works up front is always nice. Takes my order perfect, With no hassles. Quick, easy in & out lunch that always hits the spot.

The food here was delicious! Portion was great! Crab Rangoon were PACKED with cream cheese & so yummy! Got the sweet & sour chicken with chicken fried rice & was not disappointed again. I will definitely go back!

Use to be the best place around. Service and food declining. I placed an online order and got a notification it was ready for pick up. Go to the window and was told it would a another half hour. I don't mind waiting when they are busy but part of running a business is managing your customers expectations. Had they not said the order was ready I would understand, but this is ridiculous!

Stopped on my way home from work. I ordered the shrimp chow mein (vegetables, NOT noodles) and it is delicious. Great Chinese takeout and the food was not oily or greasy at all. Great customer service, friendly and polite.

The child working their was very friendly and helpful. And the food was very tasty. I would come back as soon as I am back in town.

The food here is very delicious and flavorful. The spring rolls and shrimp fried rice with a little bit of spiciness is my favorite. The egg rolls and rice are to die for. Also, the young lady who greeted me and took my order had a phenomenal attitude and helped me out a lot. I highly recommend for people to come here and try their amazing food.

This is best as a carry out because it’s small inside but you can dine inside. The good news, the food was delicious! We live in Cedar Lake and needed to find a good Chinese restaurant, glad we tried China King, we loved everything we ordered and gladly return!

First time trying this restaurant, it is now my favorite! The food is amazing! I was going to my usual place, not anymore! This is my new favorite! The egg rolls look over cooked, they are perfect! The shrimp is big, and delicious! In the picture, is only half of what you get with a large Shrimp and Chinese vegetables! It is enough to eat over two days!

Absolutely, Abysmally horrid. Below are what I ordered versus what I got. Also featured is the rind from some sort of fruit in with my food. Canned/Bottled drinks only, no music, very dark atmosphere, random junk laying around.

These photos are yet my SECOND time goin back to get my food because the first batch was in fact PINK ! I ask them I was not rude would I have to get the chicken again or could I get something for the same pricing the guy told me I had to get chicken I did not want that because just as I thought my chicken is still pink inside . The cook (Who made my food) got an attitude because I did not want the food the service sucks the employees and their attitudes suck and soon as I find a number for a corporate I will be reporting the establishment ! It’s entirely to cold in there to work inside those conditions you guys already over tax for the food but I can’t even get COOKED AND DONE CHICKEN TO EAT ! Worst $18.22 I’ve ever spent in my life and will never do it again

They fell off bad. Everything is an up-charge, Including the regular sauce that suppose to come with the food... yep they charging you extra. And to top it all off, the quality of food has diminished. I will never patronize this establishment again. Tired of giving away my hard earned money to foreigners who don't appreciate it. ICE
