I travel CHI to MKE several times a week, and can say this location CONSISTENTLY is understaffed, very slow (ie workers aren’t hustling), sometimes isn’t even open when they say they are, and quality is entirely hit or miss. Clearly has a management issue. It’s lunch rush right now with one person at the register and one slowly making orders, that’s it.

Terrible service from the two women who are there, as if they were giving away the food. I do not recommend that you eat at this place.

We recently visited Panda Express and tried their Teriyaki Chicken. It was absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked! The portion was generous, and the sauce added just the right amount of sweetness. Our server, Yulia, was amazing—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her excellent service truly stood out. We will definitely come back to enjoy more delicious meals here!

I came to picked up a family meal that serves 4-5 people, you get 3 entrees and 2 sides for about $35, which is not a bad deal! We pick the Walnut Shrimp, kung pao chicken and orange chicken as our entrees, and for the sides, we pick the noodles and fried rice! Both are great compliments to our entrees! I had to wait about 20 mins before I was out of there, cause all the entrees had to made fresh! I was there around 2 pm and it was pretty busy! The Kung Pao Chicken was really spicy and even more spicy the next day! Leftovers were great!

They didn’t have the meats I wanted but were adamant that it was going to be only a couple minutes. They were very friendly when talking to us so we stayed and waited. For some reason these were the two best tasting meats I’ve had at panda. We go a lot, so this is saying a lot. Might just have been the freshness from coming right off the kitchen, but it was fantastic.

Where's the protein? I didn't order a Vegetarian bowl... Straight broccoli with 3 skimpy pieces of beef. One of those being a rubbery tendon. Absolute rip off.

One of the absolute best Chinese restaurants I’ve ever had the pleasure to eat at. Food is just amazing and the 2 style chicken is great!! Mongolian Beef is also great! Staff is friendly and delivery is so fast! Best Chinese Food in the area!!

Ordered from this establishment through a delivery app. and man was I impressed. Food arrived fast and hot all the way to Hobart. I ordered Fried Scallops and Shrimp Lo Mein with Onion Rice. Everything was cooked well. The noodles were soft and delicious. The Shrimp was soft but not horribly so. The onion rice base was amazing. The fried scallops were crispy outside and tender inside. I can't comment on the physical facility myself since I wasn't there. But food wise this was great and I will order there again.

We love coming here the employees all nice and give you a good amount of food,except for the manager that was on duty tonight 12/16 around 6:45 pm. He pinches the food and makes sure to give you as little as possible. Bruhh it’s not like it’s free we’re paying over 20 bucks for two plates. Every other employee gives you a good amount of food except that guy! Don’t be that guy and give your customers what they pay for. We actually left the line and the food, because of him. Went and got Mexican food instead.🤷🏽‍♂️

We use to love coming here. We went today. Got a table that was so uneven that the water would spill when you moved. The food was nothing like it used to be. The pasta was over cooked and hard. Use paper napkins and only give one when you’re eating pasta. What a disappointment it was. Will never go back there again

Most of the meat was old and had been sitting there for a while. Very hard to chew. I understand it is what it is at a buffet however I paid 31+ dollars for 2 adults and we turned so much food away getting dirty looks when they picked up our plates. ( understandable also but not eating old stale food) again I have no answeres on how to fix the problem. The place appeared dirty and unkempt. Will not return due to all of the above.

Nice place to take a family for $15 a person. They keep clean of tables and the food. Most all the food was good only thing was bad was the mac and cheese. They do use plastic plates if you care about that. They seem to clean the floor around 8:20pm but they make sure the food is replaced.

GROSS! Do not eat here!!! Always wanted to try this place since Hard Rock opened. We took one look at our plates, check please! We actually paid the $32 for 2 dinners we left sitting on the table the same way they brought them. I’ve never seen a boiled, bone-in, jaundice yellow skinned chicken served on a plate. I don’t think that chicken was happy about it either.

I had Lo Mein with shrimp. The food came all burning hot, which is great. The only thing is that I would want to have more shrimp in that food. It was only a few very small ones. They only have pork dumplings, so I suggest adding other options. I paid around $20 with a tip. It's an open kitchen, and it was spotlessly clean.

The food was pretty good. We called ahead for our large group so they would be prepared but they still only gave us one waitress and it took a while to get the food out. We were on a time crunch so it did affect our schedule. When the food did come out everyone in the group said it was excellent.

First things first, I don’t do reviews (especially bad ones) so the fact that I’m even making this is absurd to me. Ordered meatloaf dinner, chop steak dinner both came with chicken noodle soup. Meatloaf dinner was nowhere near as described over the phone the meat was dry and over cooked (actually charred on the ends) it came with the most unflavorful mashed potatoes ever even paired with the gravy had 0 flavor. Not to mention EVERYTHING was doused in (nasty) brown gravy to the point that it was leaking out of its container. It also came with unseasoned (not even salt) corn instead of peas (I was told it came with peas over the phone) The chop steak was once again, dry and over cooked yet the “sautéed onions” on top are practically raw. What the actual hell is going on in this restaurant I need to know Becuase the math ain’t mathing. After the 2 dinners were deemed garbage we had 2 little cups of soup left over. We had high hopes considering this should be a staple in any family restaurant. Nope! it tastes as if it’s been in the pot for days. GARBAGE! I’ve never had a restaurant that I spent 40 bucks on and wasn’t able to eat a single thing except the saltine crackers that came with the soup. It should not be that way but if I to call their restaurant all I would hear is, “well maybe you just don’t like the kind of food we serve” maybe your service standards as well as your ingredient quality and your cooks too all need to be reevaluated or more care needs to be put into takeout orders Becuase this is unacceptable as well as insane.

It's the Hard Rock so the decorations are usually nice. But it's open area of a casino so could still smell a bit of the smoke from the game floor. And they had this caramel cheesecake but was only available in their promo deal. That was annoying.

I have been to over 75 HRC. This one is inside the casino. It is all the way in the back. The staff was friendly and professional. The menu is the same as all the other HRC. Service was good and fast based on what I ordered. The food tasted good. Lots of good memorabilia at this location. If I lived in the area, I would visit more often.

Decent, simple, alright Chinese food. We ordered white rice and plain fried rice. My first time having Chinese rice actually plain with no veggies. Also ordered low main and some orange chicken. It wasn’t fantastic but definitely fulfilled the crave for Chinese. I would give it a try but I’m sure it’s not for everyone. Also gave us 4 free warm cookies which were excellent and a whole bunch of sauces and fortune cookies! :)

Terrible!! My first and last time coming here. All I ordered was fried wonton and potstickers.. The worst I've ever had it's was burnt taste like it was cooked in old grease, barely anything inside. It made my stomach hurt. I just threw it in the garbage where it belongs.

Stopped in for a quick dinner. The wait was about 15 minutes on a Friday evening. Once we sat down, the server took our dinks oder. There are plenty of plates at different food locations. The food was hot and tasty, There were plenty of food items to choose from. They were constantly wiping down and making sure the area was clean.. 18 and older only buffet.

My wife and I had dinner here last night, 11/8/24. We decided to redeem our Monthly Buffet Credit. It was a lovely experience! Our server was so sweet and gave us the right amount of attention as was never bothersome. Any plates that we finished were whisked away quickly! Tony over on the grill did a fantastic job making me a lovely medium rare ribeye and made sure I had all the fixins! While things were cooking up, Tony had the best attitude of anyone in that buffet! I throughly enjoyed his singing, cracking jokes, and the slick moon walk that he hit while my steak finished up. Happily will return again!

Always really really good! When I want a good meal, fresh and lots of it I visit Panda Express!

$37 Family meal , not even filled to the top one was bearly halfway full. Disappointed in service at the location. Asked for soy sause and lady gave me 4 packets for a family meal. Better off getting real Chinese food in the area
