Chai Peking Chinese Restaurant
Horrible food. Order was 30+ minutes late. Chicken was soggy and soaked in a pool of overly sweet gross sauce. Mongolian beef was 80% onions and was tough and flavorless. Lo mein noodles were dry and flavorless. Maybe the worst $70 I've ever spent on food. 0/10 this is not kosher it's embarrassing. I wouldn't eat here if it was free.
Lo Mein was good. Sucks that they close early on Fridays, at lunch time especially. That’s actually annoying so definitely puts a damper on my desire to return.
Fortune Cookie Chinese Restaurant
I'm baffled that this place doesn't have 5 stars. I've been going here for years and I can say without reservation that Fortune Cookie has some of the best Chinese food (This kind of Chinese food most Americans are familiar with) in Atlanta. I've tried many items on the menu and have NEVER been disappointed. My favorite dish is their Mongolian Beef. It's the best I've ever had in my entire life. So delicious! Their hot and sour soup is also the best I've ever had anywhere. Lastly, you HAVE to try their house-made hot mustard sauce. It is the most incredible hot mustard I've had anywhere..ever. Half the reason I go here is for the hot mustard sauce. It'll clear out those sinuses instantly. Make sure you request this! The one "negative" thing I'll add, just for the sake of honestly, is that the dining room can get a bit noisy when the restaurant is busy. But it's worth it.
This is by far one of the best Chinese Restaurants that I have found in the area in a long time. The food is absolutely amazing, it's obvious they put a lot of care into making it delicious and full flavored. The hot and sour soup was actually spicy and thick with all of the expected flavors popping vibrantly from it. The crab rangoon was also excellent, expertly fried crispy, not soggy and high quality breading. The sesame chicken was crispy and obviously fried when I ordered it and not fried in advance sitting to the side to get soggy, and they use the better, darker and sweeter sauce instead of the red vinegary sauce which I dislike. There weren't very many drink options but the Chinese beer they serve is very tasty as well. The staff was very quick and attentive and my food came out really quickly. This is a hidden gem in this shopping center but I highly recommend it.
Extreme Teriyaki Grill Express
The service was great, but the food was disgusting. I immediately caught a headache and became nauseous and could only eat a few bites before I threw in the garbage. I’m questioning if this is real meat or not… I seriously don’t believe so. Please be cautious when dining here.
food and service is good. they give you a lot and it's not expensive. it's enough for 3 servings. plus the cashier was super nice and asked me if i wanted extra sauce and if i needed anything else. to me, that's the real definition of customer service
Chou Lee's
Me and my family has been eating at Chow Lee over 16 years, and within the past year I had to take my food back to get it done over. I only eat pork fried rice, my family eats other dishes needless to say we always spend $65 and more. The pork fried rice never have enough meat if any at all, you may see 2 to 3 pieces on top but after that nothing. Chow Lee goes up on her prices every year and her customers have to take a hike in what we pay, by the way having black faces in the front at the register, doesn’t make it OK you’re still robbing our neighborhood blind, your charging high prices but skimping on the food. Basically my pork fried rice is basically plan fried rice what you’re doing is bad practice then you’re in our neighborhood doing this nonsense. The picture that you see below is pork fried rice that I ordered, but it looks like plain fried rice. It had maybe about four pieces of meat in there, and that was it and the meat that I was eating was basically fat. This was my last time going there the food that is served is not matching up with your prices but of course, you know that already at least your cooks do.
The egg rolls was greasy I said no beef in my lo mein the noodle was spaghetti noodles and they was overcooked. My daughter told me about this place but never again. I should’ve just drove to my favorite spot Mulan Asian 1195 Fairburn Rd suite 100 this the best food ever. This is what I get for not driving there.
Lucky Panda
I called them to place an order for crab Rangoon. They said 10 minutes and when I got there it was just getting finished after 13 minutes which is great, it was nice and fresh. I took it home and it was still hot and fresh. I dipped it in the sauce and it was sooo good. I would definitely recommend and go back. Friendly staff, a nice environment. They had a few customers in waiting for their food. 💯✊🏾 loved it and it was inexpensive
Been coming to this location since around covid times. Consistent, good food. Great staff. They’re next to a wing spot and I prefer their wings over the wing joint. Food always fresh. Recommend and chicken dish, egg rolls, and the egg drop and hot and sour soups.
Hong Kong City Chinese Restaurant
I really enjoy the Chinese food from this location. I reminds me of the ones back home and although it lacks the luster and flair of a high end Chinese restaurant the food here is not to be taken for granted. It’s always better to get take out since the establishment is extreme small and although it does I wouldn’t recommend eating on site. The menu is pretty standard for what you would expect out of a Chinese food place and basically when you’ve seen one you sort of have seen them all but the difference is the food is actually good! I always order pork fried rice with whole wings and I’ll either add in an egg roll or wontons. The whole wings are a good size, a good portion of rice, and food make and packaged with care. Your never missing anything , forks spoons napkins, which believe it or not seem trivial to complain about until you actually need one to eat your food lol. You can taste the quality. One thing that irks me about eating anything fried is cooking the food in old oil. You can not only sometimes see it visibly with the color of your food but worst of all taste it. Not here!! Kudos!
This place is amazing. The food is cooked fresh to order. The prices are good and not pricey. I spent under $20 for two people
China King
Really solid Chinese food. I got the lunch special with hot and sour soup, shrimp lo mein, and fried rice. All of the food was piping hot when I got home. The hot and sour soup was tasty but definitely not the best I’ve had. Shrimp lo mein had a good texture and flavor with a mix of veggies. The fried rice was the yellow kind which I tend to not love but the flavor was good.
The first time we tried this place it was good. I advise you to pick up your food in person so you can check it. Do not door dash. Every time we door dash something it's never right. This time my food was burnt and they forgot my sweet and sour sauce. I called and told them and they asked me if I wanted to pick it up. That defeats the purpose of a doordash. I'll probably not order here again. Plus they burned my wife's egg foo young.
Pyng Ho Chinese restaurant
The normal Chinese Restaurant I go to was closed...and I am open to new experiences. I should have known something was fishy because it was Friday evening and only 10 patrons were in the restaurant. We ordered shrimp fried rice and seafood noodles, and shrimp dumplings. The shrimp dumplings were good. But the scallops and other seafood had a sour, stale , old taste. We will not go there again.
Terrible don't eat here. The food remind you of 2000 Chinese, when it all went bad. The restaurant hasn't been renovated or deep cleaned since then either. Don't get me wrong they have a 95/A but the decor is dated and depressing. Yt people Chinese, cause no way. It's bland and tasteless. I'm not 100% sure the vegetables aren't plastic and they didn't bother to de-vein the shrimp.
China Buffet
Pretty much exactly what you’d expect and want from a shopping center Chinese buffet. The plates are bussed frequently, the food is regularly topped up. A few of the dishes were too salty. I was very distressed by the lack of pricing on this page so here!
Best food ever-time! They have variety of items and a ton of options for vegetarian and non vegetarian. They also have some healthy options. There’s something for everyone. Great for groups or dining also. It is a family friendly restaurant. The food is always served hot and fresh. The staff is amazing, the restaurant is neat and they greet you every time. The service is fast. There is ample of parking and the restaurant is located inside the plaza alongside Kroger. Highly recommend trying them if you’re in the area.
PS-Asian Restaurant
We got the beef Fried Kway Theo and Steamed Pompano. The first was umami and generous in the sliced beef. The second my wife loved! It was tangy and full of leafy vegetables with large pieces of sliced ginger. We’ll be back.
Food was yummy, definitely more of a takeout place than sit down. The Burmese rice noodle was served cold, which was a bit surprising, but still yummy. Has a small kick to it, white people beware. I see another review where there’s a lunch buffet, might try that out next time. Black pepper beef was good, definitely great for the price. Cash recommended
BURGER WIN
We ordered many dishes but their texture and the chicken noodle dish were also very good services The dishes if the rice is very inedible and does not smell like delicious food as if the dish has been burnt and the rice is not fresh. It's really unfortunate but this is the last time I will order dishes related to rice! His pad Thai was also very tasteless and it smelled like cranberries and the food seemed to be spoiled, a real shame.
My go to for something quick and amazing every time. The owners are just as wonderful as the food. I can't recommend this place enough!
Magic Wok Chinese Food Restaurant
