We are from Cali and wanted some PF Changs! We had phenomenal service Mr. Veto was such a gentleman and helped us order. The food was so delicious! Thanks Veto for giving us an amazing experience eating and enjoying our evening in Chicago! We hope to see you again next trip to Chicago.

Best Indian food in Chicago. We had buffet lunch here and it was absolutely delicious. A must have for all foodies. I also tasted indo-chineese feom Bombay Chopsticks and it definitely is one of my favorite place. Kudos to all the staffs at Bombay Chopsticks.

I was happy to discover a nice indian restaurant in downtown chicago, serving “indo chinese”, but my experience was disappointing I ordered - 1. honey chilli potatoes- they were just frozen fries tossed in a mediocre sweet chily sauce 2. Bombay chopsticks hakka noodles- super bland, but okay 3. Chicken manchurian with gravy- super bland and had no flavor at all. The chicken pieces were as if just boiled chicken chunks. I would not come here expecting real indo chinese.

I came with high expectations, having heard that this is a well-established spot. I was really looking forward to it, but the food tasted quite average. The seafood tofu casserole was packed with ingredients but was not that impressed with the taste. The old hen soup was okay, and the stir-fried pea shoots were standard, though a bit salty. While the food was ordinary, I really enjoyed the ambiance and decoration at this restaurant. Also, their waitresses were very warm and friendly.

To get to the restaurant from Michigan Ave, you enter a small lobby and take an elevator up. The Lao Szechuan at this location is different from the one in Chinatown. The dried chili chicken here isn’t as crispy or spicy, though the flavor is still good. It could use more peppercorns and heat. In today’s inflated world, the lunch special was a great deal at $13, which included a soda, the chicken, rice, and a spring roll. I’ll definitely return when I have cravings. The service was quick—about 10 minutes, which wasn’t bad at all. I ate half and reheated the rest in the air fryer the next day, and it tasted just as good!

During my recent visit, I was impressed by the team's dedication to providing excellent customer service. The staff's attentiveness and friendly demeanor contributed to a pleasant dining experience. Their commitment to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring efficient service was evident throughout my visit. It's clear that the team's dedication to excellence plays a significant role in creating the positive environment at this location. Plus the food was 🔥

This is a simple and good little Panda Express at the 4th floor of the Shops at Northbridge and just outside Nordstrom into the food court. The customer service here is great and friendly.. the food is what you would expect from any Panda Express. At this pricepoint its a great place to go eat when you are short on time. Only $12 for a plate of food! Amazing! There are many places to sit and eat here and they also offer trays.

SO GOOD. I tried this place my first night in Chicago and went back (delivery) for lunch and dinner the next day too. The sesame bowl could have done with more sauce, but otherwise everything was so good. Local corn is a great addition. I had a BYOB with the cashew sauce, and a golden curry bowl as well. They left off the onions as requested when placing my online order. Can't wait to come back and have it again

They have a lot of vegan friendly options which made it appealing and easy for me to build my own bowl. Their bowls follow a similar structure of brown rice as a grain, choice of protein, then topped with veggies and some type of Asian inspired sauce such as a tahini-sesame dressing or their chili oil. I enjoyed the two tofu bowls that we had here although I found them to be overly saucy and oily. I would suggest requesting to go light on both if you are able. Their tofu was good and I appreciated the many veggie options. Plus their fried plantains were also a nice side to accompany the bowls. Service here was really friendly and helpful, and even when you dine in, your bowls will be served in takeout containers. This is helpful if you aren't able to finish your food in one sitting but seems wasteful when you toss it out right afterwards.

Shanghai Terrace

Fried rice and Fried noodle is the best, peking duck and lobster is on par, dim sum and soup is a bit disappointing, doesn't taste like freshly made in the day. Free mooncake and birthday cake is great, better than most desert I ever had in other restaurants, flavorful but not too sweet and too heavy. I would like to come back again for the fried rice/noodle, desert , maybe veggies next time.

An article in the New York Times said Shanghai Terrace was one of the best restaurants in Chicago. Sadly, I disagree. I had golden shrimp, lobster, and chicken dumplings, steamed pork dumplings (soup dumplings), Szechuan string beans, and the the Seabass with traditional szechuan sauce. It was not bad but not great. The fish seemed to covered in a thick hoisin sauce. It felt like Chinese food for North Americans. The terrace was lovely, especially for late summer. And it was pricey.
