Great service at the window. however, I got home and tried to eat my chicken sandwich a literally could not even bite through the chicken. It was RAW. Never tasted raw chicken before today and could have done without that experience. I’m shooketh. I can’t stop staring at this raw chicken breast.

My first time a this location. Very good chicken sandwich. Fast service and clean place, including the bathrooms. Very clean.

Poor cashier...nonverbal rude..didn't even respond to my questions. 211 ...won't go again to that store will post on Facebook and community Facebook not to go here even for Chinese food. ..Tom thumb across road is awesome. Very friendly and helpful

This location could really use some improvements! The bathrooms are not clean. And the place just looks run down.

After working on a hot day I stop by because I like Panda Express. After I place my order I saw behind the counter they had some new drink offerings so I asked the girl if I could have it she says no you can't. I said why she said no you can't have it. No explanation I said is it extra I have plenty of money I'm paying with an American Express gold card so if it's an extra dollar or whatever then no problem. She says no you can't have it with no explanation and she hands me my cup and points at the other drinks and walks off. This is after I stood there and watch them serve five drive-thru orders without even acknowledging I was standing at the counter trying to make an in store order.. Why offer a new drink that a customer cannot purchase? And why is your staff not trained to explain why someone cannot purchase something that's sitting right there in front of them.

Service is a -1000 Literally every time I come here to the nine mile location.. it’s always something. No white rice… no Sesame chicken, no this no that… now this. Why is the drive thru closed this time of day 430 pm. Not to mention the rude girl with the blonde tip dreads Donna🤮 She was so rude I just want a refund at this point because it’s getting ridiculous. Now the tall young guy he was nice he was very respectful. Give DONNA her walking papers🚶🏾‍♀️she hate her job

Yums: A Festive Feast Yums Chinese Restaurant made our Christmas Day special. The food was delicious, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere cozy. It's a great place for a memorable meal.

Takeout was so cheap for lunch! Everything was delicious. I wish it was spicier. Got exactly what we ordered. The lunch special is $5.75 and it comes with a drink. This place is a guilty pleasure and we have always enjoyed the food. Take out and fast service.

Food comes in a great plate portion, I always come here for a quick lunch if I don’t feel like going to the galley. It’s very quick and easy to get food and get out.

Tried to order a dish…. Said they were out but would only take 5 minutes if I wanted to wait. 10 minutes later the dish they were working on was done however it wast what I was waiting for. Add 10 more minutes and the item I was waiting for just started cooking. Horribly misleading. Walked out on them. Oh and my friend had a fortune cookie missing the fortune……

This is not a buffet. They do have seating inside, but they are best for getting takeout. Give this place a chance Pro: Great value. $30 for the family special that has 4 dishes and rice. Mongolian beef has a smoky flavor. All dishes were good. Orange chicken General Tso Beef and broccoli Mongolian Beef Con: There is some old buffet equipment sitting in the dining room that is not being used. The surroundings are a bit dated

Stay far far away from their cashew chicken. Very disappointing. No effort. Lets toss some celery in some glaze and throw some cashews on top and call it cashew chicken. Celery was huge chunks which made it overpowering and cashews werent even cooked with the rest. They were LITERALLY just placed as a topping. Removed it and that was half the order.

Might not be the fanciest place in town, but they work hard, have good customer service, and the food isn't bad. Not many places would even answer the phone right at closing time, let alone after, but they did for me right at 10:01 and served me about 20 minutes past closing. I like their crab rangoons. If I had one piece of advice to do better, I would say clean up the inside a bit more, get some new booths if possible, replace the dirty curtain to the back with maybe something that doesn't gather as much dirt, and print out some new food posters that aren't as faded in color. While people like me aren't as concerned about looks as they are food quality/quantity, a lot of other people are picky about that kind of stuff.

I recently dined at Chef King, an authentic Chinese restaurant, and while the initial impression was positive with a seemingly clean dining area, I was quite disappointed by the restroom facilities. Upon using the restroom, I was taken aback by its cleanliness, or lack thereof, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the restaurant's back of house area. While this may not be a significant issue for those just grabbing takeout, it certainly impacted my dining experience. Cleanliness and hygiene are important factors in the restaurant industry, and a poorly maintained restroom can be a red flag for the overall cleanliness standards of the establishment. I hope that Chef King addresses these concerns and takes steps to improve their restroom facilities and overall cleanliness to provide a better dining experience for their customers. It's important for restaurants to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene to ensure the health and satisfaction of their patrons.

Placed an order. Spent $42 and the food took over 40 minutes just to make. No apology no explanation to why it took so long. The floors are slippery. Random cloth towels left in the lobby. All the tables are dirty. Won’t be back, rather go somewhere else. Wing don’t take 40 minutes to cook. Worst establishment I been in for a while. The owner should be real proud how terrible this store is.

I went in today to do a takeout. It took them a hour & half to give me my order as well as everyone else. I get they need to handle the “door dash order also” but the least they could have did was greeted us and tell us their handling the online order first. My friend was there yesterday and said she also waited an hour and half for her food! It’s a new lady working there her name is Kristy she was so sweet and trying her best taking peoples order and getting it ready. It was her first day starting and the other lady her name is PRECIOUS she was being so rude to Kristy . You can tell she was nervous on her first day. Kristy kept an apologizing to me as she was taking my order I was trying to reassure her it was okay. That Precious lady should get fired because that’s not how you should treat your employees especially the newly hired ones who’s just learning as they go or treat them like that at all. The atmosphere was not welcoming from none of the ladies there. The customer service was terrible reassuring your customers that it’s going to be a minute to get our orders would be nice. We was all standing there waiting to be helped as no one was letting us know anything until they was ready to assist us. Again if it wasn’t for Kristy stoping taking time out to take our order we would have been standing there looking clueless as she was also trying to figure out how to take the order on the computer. Again the ladies in the back “cooking area” was no help .. being rude … ignoring the people that wanted to order… wasn’t letting us know anything… Kristy was getting the orders ready as some of the ladies was just in the back talking and getting they selves something to drink which they could of been taking the lobby orders … in all seriousness this place could use better people who can do their job and be nicer to their fellow employees and more welcoming . Especially that PRECIOUS LADY she definitely need to be fired right along with the other ladies in the back the “BIG FAT ONES” the food was not how I wanted it as I made sure to get my order read back to me so they know how to make it properly. It wasn’t well done like I asked or season. I will not be back to this wing stop again. They need to do better and get better employees but keep KRISTY!!!

I ordered Sesame Chicken with pork fried rice. It was not good, very hard chicken pieces, dry and only a few sesame seeds. Wish I would’ve went somewhere else! Not happy with the food at all!

Will never go back! After eating the Beef with broccoli I was almost immediately sick. Spent 6 hours in the ER. Couldn’t stop vomiting and had the worst stomach cramps and aches.

Good bang for the buck. Saw people complaining about the veggies, they are perfect! Carrots, water chestnuts, spring peas, bamboo shoots and more all cooked perfectly al dente! Nice portions, good service. Not top tier, but I'll return.

We were so disappointed in the food here. We ordered a pepperoni Stromboli and a pepperoni, sausage a bacon Stromboli with a drink. $19. The Strombolis were burnt on the bottom and taste old. Will not be back.

For over $5 a slice, the pizza, actually being the size you're paying for, matters. The flavor is just mehhh... it needs improvement. The sauce lacks balance, and cheese tastes nothing like mozzarella. Definitely not fresh, either.
