Terrible service, save your money and just by a microwave meal because that would be better. My husband ordered beef lo mein they gave him beef and broccoli. I ordered sweet and sour chicken ,they forgot to put the sauce in. So we drove back to the store to get sauce and they gave us the tiniest container, with no apologies. Food was mediocre at best, Even if it had been better, I just can't get past bad service which left a bad taste in both ours mouths. 1 star because I can't give zero. Won't be back.

I couldn’t believe the bad reviews here so I came to try it myself. Let me tell it did not disappoint as a New Yorker the Chinese here taste top notch. I ordered two meals of fried rice and fried chicken wings and were absolutely amazing and delicious. I love my chicken crispy so I’m glad I got them from here. I will be back for more . It has been a long time since my husband and I have been here and we decided to give them another shot. The food was delicious and served beautifully. However, there were only 3 tables being served in the restaurant and the service was very slow. My husband ordered the hibachi steak and never received it, when he followed up with the waitress, he was then told that they did not have any. I would return again. To others, I would say to be wary of the time sink, but the food is good, especially for the price.

Pretty good sushi. Maybe not best ever but not bad for melbourne FL. Bathrooms are clean. Floors are clean. You have to fill out what you want to eat. I recommend while you are waiting for first order, you fill out ticket while you wait. A lot of the orders got mixed up, but it's OK because we were family and sorted it out. My biggest issue is that 18% gratuity is added automatically to bill. The cost is already expensive. Service was still pretty good and sometimes bot would bring you food which was fun but kept the staff from picking up new order ticket. They have excellent variety on menu.

Got a side order of bourbon chicken, don’t get me wrong it’s good stuff. They charged me 18.06 for a small size takeout box and a cup of soda. Overpriced. I could’ve got a whole pizza for 2 dollars more.

Extremely rude and unreasonable pricing. All I wanted was a side of potatoes but that’s not an option there. I was told that potatoes are considered an entree (just like their meat) dishes. I was about o order after I asked question and was skipped. The persons taking the order just ignored me and went to other people. I will not purchase any food from that place due to their extreme rudeness.

We've been coming to this location for years, even being a town away it's still my preferred location. I called in tonight's order, it was ready within 20 minutes and everything was still hot after being driven across town. The Krab Rangoon are a favorite of mine, perfect amount of filling, crispy, and flavorful. The wonton soup was a bit disappointing tonight, broth was dark but lacked any flavor. I ended up adding some white miso paste to doctor it up, BUT they always pack it full of wontons which are always delicious. Sesame chicken combo was good, chicken was flavorful, rice was not but eaten together it was fine. Chicken Lo Mein was packed full in the container, I would have liked it just a bit saucier. The Fried Donuts were a new item to me and I'm glad we tried them, they were the perfect sweet to top off a yummy meal. Is this a foodie haven? No, you won't find absolutely incredible here. Is this a consistent takeout spot with pretty decent food for a quick dinner when you don't want to cook? Absolutely. Keep in mind with the severely negative reviews, there are multiple locations and not everyone is tedious about this when they post.

I am very disappointed with my meal that I paid 14 dollars for, the chicken taste rubbery and smell like rubber and had too much sauce, egg rolls dry, rice old…. Only if I could give this place 0 star.

Yes, take-out. I ordered Cashew chicken with Wonton soup. The Wontons in the soup are terrible. Not even edible. The cashew chicken is less than fresh and the rice that came with it is AT LEAST a day old. Must do better. This place is in free-fall, but it used to be good. I hope they can muster some effort.

Crab Rangoons were actually empty. Every single one. Chicken LoMein was spaghetti noodles (like the ones you buy in a box at Walmart), with a lot of oil added. Also got chicken Teriyaki on a stick. Came in a bag in a puddle of red juice. No.1 Chinese is right down the road. Better ingredients, better taste, better service.

I don’t get why this place has such a low rating. I’ve been here over a dozen times and the food is always fresh, hot and delicious. The service is good and the portions are large.

Work in the area and frequent the mall for lunch, I am typical here once a week. Until today. Past 3 times I have been shorted on food, today I literally watched the cook take half the chicken for my order and give it to the customer before me whom asked for extra chicken. This is beyond acceptable, and proves to me that I have Indeed been ripped off by this place. Staff also refused the refund and insisted I take extra rather than complain. I will not give this place another dime, until I get repayed for stolen food.

Ordered take out. The General Tso's chicken texture was mushy, like they left it in the sauce to long. Also the sauce was thin and lacking flavor. In the order, I asked to substitute lomein for rice. They gave me vegetable lomein which was good, but not what I was expecting. As a result kind of pricey. Goofy - the fortune cooky was stale, not that it matters.

Admittedly scared off by some reviews but decided to try and we're not disappointed. A very solid American Chinese style takeout even with a pretty good stock kick of heat without me asking for xtra. There's only one authentic Chinese in central Florida but it's 50min from the house so this one being 8min from the house we will definitely return.

This place is awesome. I was hesitant with the low score, but it's close and I wanted to support a local business. This is top tier fast Chinese food. Always delicious and fresh. I went through most of the one star reviewers to read their complaints and surprise, typical boomer complaints. One review says they didn't smile enough... Seriously? Get over yourselves. Rate the food! Which is amazing by the way.

Well where do i start...I would not eat here again. It was very dirty behind the counter does not look like they clean at all. They auto charged a $5 tip onto my already $60 dinner for carryout and would not remove it even tho i was paying in cash. I do not mind leaving a tip but i don't like you auto adding it after i checked out then say you "cant remove it" Just charge me $5 less. Tipping has gotten out of hand. i don't mind tipping a server for bringing me food drinks and clearing the table but for walk up takeout i don't like tipping that's what the $60 food bill was for. THEN i ordered a dinner combo it was 12.99 for the pork fried rice and dinner and egg roll i asked if i could get egg friend rice sub they charged a dollar for it. on their menu egg fried rice is 6.89 and pork is 7.19 so why would you charge a $1 to sub down... then the egg fried rice was just egg no veggies no nothing like every other takeout joint... the pork fried rice in the other dishes had peas carrots and onion along with the pork i got charged a dollar to take all that out and crack an egg in it...there customer service is really lacking. food was sup to be ready at 6 pm made a pick up time an hour and half before getting it.. had to wait another 15 min for it to be ready... whats the point of making a pickup time if its not ready at said pick up time... i know all in all each one is not a bad thing and can be over looked .. but when you add up the auto tip when paying cash they cant remove...the dollar more for a less expensive item had they called me i would have just taken the pork fired rice to not being ready... DON'T COME HERE GO TO CHINA KING OFF WICKHAM ROAD 1000x times better. Save your money

if there was a way to rate my experience at this applebees it would 10 stars. Gina was our lovely server and my friend and i loved her, but let me tell you, Joe is also wonderful and told us about a beautiful dessert we had. It was scrumptious. Gina and Joe best servers ever. We will be back for sure

This was one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. Vic (Victor) was probably the best server I've ever had, and I was a server for most of my working life, so I am pretty picky about servers. He anticipated our needs ahead of time, was incredibly friendly, remembered everything we asked for, and just totally went above and beyond. We were on vacation from California and my son is autistic and Applebee's is his favorite restaurant so naturally we choose Applebee's for dinner. Thank you for Vic, for making our night special, we truly appreciate it!

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent; the staff is friendly and attentive. Grandson wanted to eat here hot his BDAY. He had a great time. Our server was great and even though it was very crowded, plenty of food options were available and constantly replenished.

Edited to add: After a full refund. Was informed they went light on lettuce because they don't have much 😂 no one wears a name tag, and no one answers the phone. I truly hope the owner cares enough to make serious changes to this ghetto establishment. Never have I seen something like this before from tropical smoothie. This is not how I expected my flatbread today. Hard bread, soggy lettuce (barely), and the tomatoes.. it's all skin wth. Someone needs some training.

They edited my review this place sucks!! The manager was cooking and messed up an order and blamed the New General manager. This lady had a terrible attitude and was clearly riding her trainee. It was totally unprofessional.. I came back two days later and this lady was arguing with a customer. When I left I told him about the previous incident with the New Manager. Who was also a black man. We both agree not to come back. I told the New General manager that he gave me the best customer service that I had since coming there. His response was thanks and that he needed that for his confidence. And I'm a white woman.. Yesterday, I returned and I asked where was the new General Manager Leon or was it Deon. The front counter person said it's Deon and he's no longer with us. I felt bad because he was such a great guy who looked good doing his job!! How dare them to edit my post... I never said that this place was amazing, especially after waiting 40 minutes for a quesadilla and a smoothie!!! That's not amazing.. That sucks!!!
