I’ve eaten here a few times as it’s down the road from my work. Decent food. Had the fried pork dumplings and the Won Ton soup. Only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is the pricing. I think it’s a little bit expensive compared to other Chinese food restaurants and also the pricing on a the actual menu is higher then what’s listed virtually everywhere on the internet.

I uploaded these two pics as a comparison. 6 months ago the food was delicious and great. Now the general tsos chicken is all bread and no chicken. They cheapened their food and expect you to pay more. It’s sad bc this was only Chinese place I trusted not anymore. Would rate this place 0 if I could.

So the food was subpar at best. I saw the reviews and still wanted to try it for myself. The Tso chicken and orange chicken were both in nice sauces, on par with what you’d expect from an Americanized Chinese restaurant. However, the sides were absolutely deplorable. Noodles tasted weird with an interesting after taste and the rice also had a weird taste. Texture wise everything was fine. Rice and noddles were cooked to perfection in that regard. The cream cheese wonton could have had more filling and less dough. The filling was very scarce. Here are my ratings: General Tso chicken 7.5/10 Orange chicken 7.5/10 Wonton 6.5/10 Rice 2/10 Noodles 4/10 Overall I rate this place a 5.5/10. I paid $16.75 for everything.

Delicious Ramen. About $16 after tax. I had the Ebiko Seafood Ramen and it was tasty, hot, and ready in 10 mins. Definitely recommend the Ramen side of the menu.

The food was pretty good until I found a hair in it and that was it for me, I called the restaurant back and they refunded me but that was about it. I didn't see anyone wearing a mask or hair nets so I won't be ordering from here again

Just tried to order 3 meals for lunch. Long time customer. Owner or whom ever answered the phone to take order was very disrespectful. He said seems like we’re going in circles here and didn’t seem like he had any patience. He could have filled me in on a lunch combo that was similar to what I was asking for. With the price of things today. I just wanted to order 3 lunch meals. So I just told him no problem I’ll order from a different Chinese restaurant. No troubles thank you for your time.

This place should be ashamed for the food they sell. Horrible Horrible food, food is dry crabragoon are horrible. Never again.

I don't think I've ever left a review on here but this food was atrocious. All the sauces were extremely watered-down, barely any flavor to anything. The chicken looked so unappetizing, the beef was grey. I've never been this disappointed and disgusted by a meal I genuinely can't believe this.

A ton of options. Very fresh food. $13 for lunch buffet. Super friendly and attentive staff. Includes hibachi grill and simple sushi options. I will return. Very good.

I ordered on uber eats they told me to either cancel the order or order somethung else I tried to cancel the order and instead of providing me with a refund they took 17.94 from me for two eggrolls screw this place don’t go here.

I don't Understand why this place has a little bit of likes because there food is so good and the Customer service is great too and delivery person is so kind and very Professional . I ordered shrimp lomain with boneless spare ribs and my ribs were mixed with rice like it was reused. Manager didn't want to remake it because she felt like it was fine. Poor service. Why do I have to debate over something I paid for!

Horrible food. Unpleasant service. The only thing that was okay was the location and fast service. But those two things alone will never get me to go back. The fish was over cooked on the outside. Undercooked on the inside. No flavor. It was worse than a no name brand of microwavable fish from Aldi's. The half chicken was under cooked. I asked for fried hard/well. No flavor. Complete disappointment. This is the 3rd time trying different things over the last year. All 3 were extremely bad experiences. Won't give them a 4th try.

The food is delicious and the lady in the front is very nice . The food is always cooked to perfection I highly recommend this place if you are in the New Haven area.

China Wok never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The General Tso’s Chicken is crispy and delicious, and the Hot and sour soup packs the perfect amount of spice. Portions are generous, service is quick, and prices are reasonable. A must-try for anyone craving great Chinese food!

So today 10/24/24. I ordered online like I usually do. I put my card information in and submitted my order but somehow there was an error and the order didn’t go through but a hold was still placed on my debit card. I go to the restaurant to see if I can get an explanation as to why this happened. The young girl that works at the front had poor customer service skills and poor professionalism. I asked to speak to the manager or owner all restaurant have a manager and an owner. For some reason the girl found it funny that I asked to speak to a manager. She said the manager wasn’t there. Than the delivery guy came inside and she smiling at him and kept saying who is the manager like she’s making a joke out of it. The delivery guy explained to me about the transaction pending and it should fall off in 3-5 days if it doesn’t come back to the restaurant to get my refund. My question is why the girl couldn’t have just said that. She have a nasty attitude. She was so rude and unprofessional. I order online all the time from the same website for years and she try to tell me that wasn’t there website. And kept laughing like something was funny. I would never order or step foot in that restaurant again. The public is why you’re in business. Learn how to treat your customers with respect.

Solid, affordable food! We fed a family of 5 for $30 and had leftovers, can't say that about many places!!

This is one of the only Panda Expresses in CT. Its always been good every time Ive gone.

They don't offer soy sauce unless you ask for it but they did give us tap water at no charge with a purchase of a meal when we asked for it. Food is okay.

Food is a little skimpy here. They put too much black pepper so it takes away from the flavor.

The only thing to order here is the teriyaki chicken. It is simply the best food I have ever had in my life. The simpleness of veggies, rice, and chicken with mouth watering teriyaki sauce is making me drool right now. And it has been around for a very long time that my own father ate it when he was a kid. They treat everyone greatly and make it easy to talk to them and I am telling you right now, if you don’t get extra teriyaki sauce, you will regret it. Go to the mall and stroll to the food court and your eyes will spot the best food in America in my solid opinion.
