I ordered 5 egg drop soup. He only charged me for one then had to charge me again for the other 4 then when I get home I find out I didn't even get spoons or napkins and I didn't even get egg drop soup. I got wonton soup. I wasn't going to waste gas going back so instead I'm here writing this review. If you visit here, maybe remember to ask for napkins and spoons and verify your order before you leave. 👍

We’ve grabbed food from twice. First time, the orange chicken was overcooked and stringy/not edible. Tried the bourbon chicken last night, it was not only too hard to eat, but had bones all in it. This place is actually disgusting and I’m surprised it’s not closed down. I’ll never order from here again. Shame on this place for serving people stuff like this for the prices they charge.

I got house fried rice. There was one shrimp one piece of lobster and the rice was hard and old. I threw it all up a fourth of the way through and was sick on the stomach all day. Today what did make it to my intestines has me in the bathroom. HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!!!

This use to be on of the best Chinese food places in the city. I have not been i awhile so I decided I would go because they always had the best shrimp fried rice. Needless to say I placed and ordered for shrimp fried rice and bbq rib tips and fried chicken. They said 20 mins. I gave them 25. I get there it's not ready. On big deal... An additional 20 mins my order was ready. I get home and me and my family are extremely disappointed!! The ribs are dry they taste old! The rice was old! The fried chicken tastes like it was cooked in old burn grease! I don't usually do reviews but after this experience I had to! DONT NOT EAT HERE! TOLD WAIST OF MONEY AND TIME! HORRIBLE FOOD!

Add this to your list of restaurants in Twinsburg to not bother visiting. I was going to order for me and the kids on Grubhub. But I decided since I had to go to the gas station to call and place my order for pick up. I called and ordered exactly what is advertised on Grubhub and they also advertised on DoorDash as well. This is the pu pu platter for two. I have ordered this many times, including recently but again, usually just do delivery. When I got this home to serve my children, I notice a box full of unidentified pieces of something. I called to let them know that they did not get my order correct. Instead of trying to fix the issue, the woman on the phone argued with me, told me that they have not served the pu pu platter For over a year, basically tried to tell me just to eat it because the “sweet and sour chicken is the same chicken and the strips just smaller,”then when I told her the pu pu matter was was on Grubhub, she told it was not and I was looking at a menu from a year ago. I told her I was currently looking at the menu, then she tried to tell me if I ordered from grub hub that I would have got what I ordered. It gets better. She then tried to tell me they didn’t even have the items for the platter I ordered. I went to their actual menu and noticed 1.) true enough in their website they don’t have a pu pu platted and 2.) they have the items listed for what is advertised on door dash and grub hub. If they knew of this discrepancy they should have said something when I ordered on the phone from their online app advertised menus. Regardless, 10 minutes arguing on the phone and no resolution to my problem. Not to mention, the combo plates we ordered were the tiniest portions we have ever received. They really could have just said “ok, we will credit you back half of the appetizer size you did not get half of what you ordered, but instead they decided to argue with a paying, and tipping customer mind you, about something they clearly did wrong. Below is what I received versus the two advertised menus. Neither app says this is available through app order only nor does their website specify certain items are only available via app.

I've order from this Restaurant several times and the food is always fresh. The staff is very friendly and prices are great.
