Dragon King Chinese Kitchen
The lunch deals are great! Hot and Sour Soup: An excellent, complex blend of flavors that perfectly balanced heat and tang. Pan-Fried Gyoza: Fluffy, flavorful, and savory with every bite. Chicken in Hot Pepper Sauce: While milder than expected, the dish delivered with its crisp vegetables and rich, delicious sauce. I will back for sure to try more !
The food from dragon king was pretty bad. The beef skewers were 100% dry and completely cold when we received them, literally less moist than beef jerky. They also had some weird discoloration on one of them. The chicken pad Thai had very little chicken in it compared to most places and was not very full. The Mongolian beef was almost half full of sauce and very wet. The orange chicken was the best dish and was overly sweet and not very tasty. The fried rice has no vegetables or flavor We paid almost $70 for the order and are extremely disappointed. We live less than 5 minutes away and will never be ordering here again
Overseas 101
I had lunch here, in restaurant. The service was great honestly. The server was quick and friendly l. Our food came out really fast and everything was really fresh. I got the fried rice combo meal. It came with wantons, and which was great. It also came with spring rolls. They were warm and crispy but not to my taste. We got the dumplings also which were good but very light. Overall great experience!
Hands down the best Chinese food I have ever had!! Went safe with my usual chicken low mein and WOW the flavor was AMAZING!!!! Service was so quick and staff is very friendly! Will be making this a regular stop when we are in town!
First Wok
I’ve been in the Springs for almost 3 years and can’t believe I’m just finding this gem. A neighbor referred me and we’re never going anywhere else. Called to order takeout. The customer services was top tier from the phone to pickup. Everything was fresh and made exactly to order. We ordered Combo Lo Mein, Orange Chicken (Xtra spicy) and Beef & Broccoli. The portions are generous and this was easily shareable. I also appreciate they offer wonton soup with the dinner combos and the cup sizes are fantastic. Highly recommend. 10/10
Just moved to the area and was looking for my new favorite Chinese place. Found it on the first try! This place is amazing. The staff was friendly and fast. The food came out quickly. The food was delicious. I got the beef and broccoli and can confidently say it's better than any beef and broccoli I got in the Denver area. They also have meat wontons!!!
China One
One of the better Chinese restaurants in the area, for sure! The ingredients were fresh and both our entrees were cooked perfectly. The Mongolian beef was remarkable, beef was so good with a right amount of smokey-grilled taste. The shrimp Kung Pao was equally good with large fresh tender shrimps! Definitely going back to try their bejing beef and moo shoo because the menu does a good job of tantalizing!!
Very good food. We went here on friend recommendation. Raj was very helpful understanding our dietary requirements and the chef prepared delicious curries for us. Would definitely recommend everyone to go here for dinner or try a toGo.
China Gourmet
Was looking for Chinese food n my regular spot is closed so I gave them a try. It’s fresh n made to order. The employees were quiet but nice. Fast service!! Ordered to go. I would come back again!! Even got a lucky fortune cookie with two!!! They are located in a tough neighborhood so you just mind your own business & you are good to go.
Ordered lunch togo so can't say much about atmosphere. Boneless BBQ pork is flavorful but a bit dry hence some pieces are tough unfortunately. If they make it less dry, I might consider trying it again. Pork fried rice is decent. Eggroll is just like other typical Chinese restaurants.
Rong Cheng Chinese Restaurant
We love this place! The food is amazing and it is very affordable. The staff have been friendly every time we have come in. Food comes out quick AND it's delicious. I do wish the general tso chicken was spicy, but the flavor is still good. Our favorite thing is the pu pu platter, which is a great sampler of everything.
Have come here several times and the food is very good, good portion sizes. The egg drop soup has no veggies in it, which is a big plus. The wonton are phenomenal, handmade and wrapped in a unique way so the filling stays inside it. One of the best chicken in garlic sauce dishes I've had. This is the sesame chicken, NOT on a bed of those icky white dry noodles for a fantastic change!
New Panda 2
First time ordering take out from here. The food was really good. The orange chicken was delicious as was the moo shu pork. Will definitely eat here again.
This is my new, favorite Chinese-American restaurant in the Springs. The food is simply divine and the portions are just right. We had lunch and ordered quite the feast. The Combination Pad Thai was spicy, flavorful and packed with protein. The Shrimp Fried Rice was full of jumbo, juicy shrimp and what can I say about the Shrimp with Snow Peas? It was freaking delicious. Service was friendly and swift, with our items being brought out as soon as they were ready. Everything was plated neatly and presented in front of us with great care. You must try the Egg Drop or the Wonton Soup. The Egg Drop was silky and packed with Umami (I know that's Japanese but it was so darn good), while the Wonton Soup had big, tender dumplings with just the right amount of "chew". The food truly is the star here and it showed with each and every bite. We were impressed and definitely will visit again. The interior is just so relaxing and comfortable you'll want to dine in, as the food is best when it's hot and fresh. You'll enter hungry but you'll leave completely satisfied. Five full stars for an excellent first impression.
Saigon Grill (Chinese & Vietnamese Cuisine)
Havent been here for couple years and i guess ownership changed. Worst pho i ever had. Barely any pieces of meats and tendon tasted old like they took out old prepped pack and boiled right before the order. Msg soup base, it is an insult to call this pho in asia. Were out of bean sprouts and didnt add anything either
Ordered food to go. The wings and crab cheese wontons were good. The pho wasn’t very good. Main broth was very salty and the sliced chicken had a weird texture.
Shangri-La Restaurant
Ordered the sesame beef with hot and sour soup—both were excellent. Water service was consistent, and Conall checked in frequently. Great value overall, plus I appreciated the QR code receipt and the military discount.
That would be my favorite Chinese / Cantonese cuisine! Definitely Cantonese restaurant, it is pretty difficult to find a restaurant taste more like my hometown in this town. Highly recommend!!!!!!👍
Pei Wei Asian Kitchen
Pei Wei's is one of my favorite casual dining spots. Quick service and always good food. Salmon Poke Bowl was good.
This is a really good place!!! Price is good for the amount of food you get! Friendly service and fast to order!!!
China Village
friendly greeting! we love choices! when Linda mentioned I may omit a veggie from the veggie plate 😋 Linda is quick in taking our order & bringing our order. we recommend the pu pu platter for fun! it arrives with its own mini grill. we also recommend sauteed wonderful chicken & green jade shrimp, thank you taxi service for recommending this gem that has been in Colorado Springs for 43 years. we'll definitely be back. China Village we're a bit fussy please dust the lights next to the tables & inside the bathroom, the walls are dusty. ❤️ the upgraded bathroom sinks, etc. wishing you busy prosperous years ahead
I was sadly disappointed, I had high hopes after the soup which was very good, my eggroll was under cooked and my chicken was overcooked also my fried rice was stale and overcooked
Lanshing Cafe
This place is absolutely disgusting! Would not recommend! My food was greasy, cold, semi burnt and tasted like garbage. No flavor and the chicken looked like worms. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. When I told server the issue, instead of offering another plate or a solution she came back and said you’re still paying for it. Every bite tasted like you were chewing wet great and burn over cooked noodles. If I could give negative stars I would! Absolutely garbage! DONT COME HERE!!
Szechuan style food that actually uses a good amount of Szechuan peppercorns? Yes please! The flounder was amazing and the menu rewards you for exploring outside the usual offerings. Plus they actually make their own egg tarts rather than releasing from frozen! Great little mom & pop shop I'll be back to sooner rather than later.
