Famous Wok
The food was plentiful and good, and since it is a food court, you can sit anywhere comfortably. It was nice to be able to share a variety of dishes. I liked the noodles with the soup. It's nice to be able to look around the department store.
The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. It's extremely affordable and they move fast to serve.
Lao Sze Chuan Aurora
Our family comes by here often. Recently we have gotten take out from here and they are always willing to make any changes we may need to our food which is very impressive. Food itself is tasty. Some dishes are better than others but I have usually always enjoyed our meals with them. I also like how considerate they are in their take out packaging. Making sure to separate stuff like sauce/fried food as well as soup and noodles. The main issue recently we have faced with the restaurant was that we ordered a beef noodle soup with noodles to go and the noodle quality was not good, there was a weird oily after taste to them. However, their soup broth was very tasty. All in all, a nice, Szechuan option around the area.
This was our first time here and I'm so glad we tried it. Restaurant was comfortable, nice decor, not loud. Wait staff was friendly without being imposing. They have a very cute robot cat that delivers the food. So cute đ. The menu has some tried and true dishes as well as more unique offerings. We started with dumplings, then I had the crispy shrimp and my husband had Tony's chicken. Everything was delicious. We will definitely come here again.
Golden Sea Chop Suey
The egg rolls are not good. At all. Bland and bready with not much peanut butter taste. The Kung pao is tops!!!! The beef and broccoli wasnât good. Beef was too chewy. Service is great! The person front-facing was very cordial and nice. I need a place with par-excellent egg rolls. Itâs that first impression
Here visiting from Southern California. I moved out of Illinois 4 years ago. This place was my go to Chinese spot before I moved. So I had to come back and get some food stuff. I was happy with the meal for sure. You cannot find good Chinese in California where I am.
Kingâs wok aurora (Eola road)
My review is based off of my first and only visit so far. I ordered a large sweet and sour chicken to go. It came with a small box of white rice. The large order of chicken was large indeed. Lots for leftovers. The chicken and rice were hot and tasty. Sweet and sour sauce on point. Service was good. No complaints.
Currently my favorite Chinese restaurant. Go there Friday after work for their Chicken With Chinese Vegetables combo platter. Have never been disappointed in the food and the service is prompt. But the the lady there recognizes me. I'm usually the only eat in customer but they are always busy in the kitchen so I guess they do a lot of carry out that's ordered online or by phone. Decor isn't fancy but hey it's a small place with no waiter or waitress. Just good food.
East China Inn
The food is really phenomenal, perfectly cooked and steamed. I got the chicken with snow peas and water chestnuts and it was wonderful, very generous portion of snow peas. The service is great and we only waited about 10 minutes for our food. Would highly recommend.
One of the best Chinese Restaurants I have ordered from. I work right around the corner so this spot is a perfect lunch getaway. The flavors and freshness of the vegetables coming out of this place are amazing. The egg roles are also very tasty I get 1 with every purchase.
A Tasty Hot Pot
we decided to check this place out when happy lamb had a 2+ hour wait, and weâre glad we did! the staff was really friendly and didnât mind answering any questions we had or providing explanations. they are much more attentive here than happy lambâ asking us if we need anything and how everything was as well as staying on top of refilling waters and asking us if weâd like to order more. all buffet items seemed fresh and good quality too. will definitely be back!
I was very hesitant trying this restaurant out. Took my Family out for late Motherâs Day celebration dinner on a Sunday, with a party of 6. We did the âAll You Can Eatâ and I have to say it was the BEST EXPERIENCE!! Not was just service just great, the food was amazingly delicious. I love how they had the choice of all the types of broth you can have at once. We did the private room which they automatically include gratuity. I highly recommended this place for âHot Potâ!
Tasty Chef
True family run business. We were so impressed watching 3 generations running the business and cooking our food from scratch. The food was amazing. We will be back.
Family run place in food court with Asian take out fare. You can shop in the grocery store and select items to be cooked, $6 per pound. Nice selection and execution of traditional take out. Seasoning can be good but not consistent. Cashier not familiar with menu. Wait time can be excessive. Not the usual 20-25 minutes.
Chi Noodle
Chi noodles, Hong Kong style noodles I cant say itâs the best but its probably best in town! Located inside the park to shop Chinese grocery mall/store we normally get a bowl of egg noodles with ham, red sausage, wonton & beef, second bowl is normally egg noodles as well with two order of red sausage, chicken wings and wonton. The wonton is fresh, not like other frozen LOL! I also like their âshark fin soupâ, not exactly like the ones in HK but hey at least they are available here lol
Located inside the Park to Shop. First time we went, I got the beef bowl with egg noodles and my wife got the seafood. (First photo) We both loved the beef bowl so much that when we came back, we both got beef bowls! (Second photo) We thought about trying one of the other restaurants in the plaza but brisket in beef bowl is just that good. Highly recommend!
Ah Chungâs Kitchen
My husband first tried this restaurant and raved about it. I was skeptical in the beginning. But, he tried so hard to convince me to try this restaurant, so I gave in eventually. Long story short, I tried it and was impressed. I would say this restaurant sells Taiwanese dishes. Service is excellent and food is delicious. Very flavorful. My favorite one is the pork leg, very tender and flavorful. I highly recommend this restaurant. Price: $$ Service: 5 stars Food: 5 stars
Absolutely loved my experience at Ah Chungâs! This family-owned gem serves the most authentic Taiwanese cuisine Iâve had. Every dish tasted like it was made with love and passed down through generations, capturing the rich flavors and textures that make Taiwanese food so special. The ingredients were fresh, the portions were generous. If youâre looking for an unforgettable meal thatâs both comforting and exciting, look no further. You wonât regret dining hereâthis place is the real deal! Highly recommended! Dishes ordered were: honey walnut shrimp, crab Rangoon, beef noodle soup, orange chicken, chao mi Fen, and quin saun nen tofu.
Szechuan House
Overall the food is quite average. We ordered Hot and Sour soup, i will definitely recommend this one, it was appetizing. Of those dishes that was posted below, it costs around $55. Big portion, we can't finish it.
Best Sichuan cuisine in Chicagoland. The Dan Dan noodles are excellent! Try the twice cooked fish fillets! (not your grandma's fish fry) It is here that you can find the REAL Sichuan Sauce, Rick and Morty. Wub.. ...and garlic Tong Hao! :D Update: make note of the tetrahexahedra in the lighting. Cool.
Panda Express
My daughter was in line waiting to place her order and instead she was ignored and other people behind her had their order was taken instead of hers and when i stepped up to see that my daughter was being taken care of they told me to go in the back of the line. i was like my daughter had been waiting they just stared at me. We will never eat at the panda express in the mall ever again.Horrible Customer service and to treat a preteen like that.

Panda Express
Today I tried family meal for 2 elders and 2 kids.. some of the dishes remained. Sesame Honey Breast chicken is good, Honey walnut Shrimp is good and Mushroom chicken is just ok. Cold noodles is not good so make sure you ask them for hot noodles.
Good fast food freshly made. Stopped by to get something better than the normal fast food stuff. The fried rice with beef and broccoli and orange chicken with sweet and sour chicken and super green.
