Le Fleur Rouge
Le Fleur Rouge is a stunning gem in Brooklyn that masterfully blends French and Chinese cuisine with a distinct Shanghainese influence. From the moment you walk in, the beautiful interior sets the tone with a modern inviting elegance. Cocktails here are not just drinks. They are experiences with clean and balanced perfection both in taste and presentation. Pair em up with their friendly and knowledgeable staffs for great recommendations! Start with the fresh oysters that pushes beyond boundaries. Indulge in shrimp toast crowned with caviar. Let that seared Hokkaido scallops melt in your mouth. That crispy spicy chicken brings the heat in all the right ways minus the bones. Don’t miss the Tai-Chi fried rice which is a harmonious blend of two distinct flavors. For anyone curious about modern Chinese cuisine, Le Fleur Rouge is a must visit!
The food was good, pretentious, and very aware of that. I liked the duck. The portions are small, and it's not cheap. The waiter seemed a bit lost in the menu. Upscale atmosphere, relatively expensive.
Empire Express
Great food, great price. Some of the best American Chinese food, not authentic but still delicious. If you are trying to decide between expensive "authentic" Chinese restaurant that will most likely turn out to be meh and this absolutely great Americanized Chinese spot, there's not comparison. Empire Express every time.
Good Chinese food take out or eat in with a small daily buffet where you can select from. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rice or lo mein and one buffet item is currently $3.50. I would give it five stars but the broken floor tiles need to be replaced and the lavatory updated.
Food Lin
This spot is bomb af! I highly recommend the sesame shrimp and general tso’s chicken 🔥
The best Chinese in Park Slope, no question. Best service, fastest delivery, and most delicious
East Wind Snack Shop
We wanted to grab a quick bite before my wife had to go to a show in the city for work and I needed to make my way back home. It was the right amount of food and the right amount of time! It was also all very delicious! HEAT HOT but delicious as they are made fresh.
Only had takeout but very mediocre. Thought it would be better based on the reviews but I wouldn’t consider returning. The noodles were completely stuck together as one noodle blob. I even arrived to pickup earlier than 15 mins and it seems like to sat for awhile. Not worth the money. I had the Shanghai belly noodles.
Golden Shovel
I found this place when looking for some coffee near my workplace, but found they had AMAZING buns and dumplings. The chicken, pork and veggie buns are always delicious and the dumplings are very juicy, flavorful and filling. The chilli crunch that comes with them is sooo good!
Wow! So happy after walking past this place over ten times I finally went in! I noticed on the weekends that it’s busy so I figured it’s a good sign..and I love dumplings and haven’t found very good ones in park slope so today I got 6 pork and shrimp to go. I was waiting for the bus and couldn’t possibly stop myself from eating them while I waited and YES! so delicious, tender, homemade with love and care, whole pieces of shrimp and juicy pork. Tasted super fresh, and worth the 10 minute wait. I’ll definitely be back!
Royal Dim Sum 珍粤坊
I live in Houston and was in town for work. Even though it was dinner time, I wanted some dim sum. I found Royal Dim Sum and decided to give it a try. Once you enter the restaurant, you can see it is new and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I was seated immediately and brought out some hot tea. They have a Dim Sum menu, but not all items are available after 3 pm. However, the main staples of Dim Sum are there and that is what I was looking for. They also have a full menu of Chinese dishes and I opted for some stir-fried Chinese broccoli. While the food does not come out right away, you can tell it was all made fresh when it does, and that is what I prefer instead of food that has been sitting and reheated. The food itself is delicious and I was not expecting great Dim Sum outside of Chinatown. My teacup was never empty because they refilled it as soon as they saw it was low. Great service! I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone wanting authentic Chinese food and Dim Sum.
So happy to have a spot like Royal Dim Sum in the neighborhood! The food was fresh, flavorful, and everything came out hot and quick. You can really taste the care in each dish. The service was friendly and attentive—everyone made us feel right at home. Definitely a new go-to for dim sum cravings. Highly recommend!

Twin Dragon
I don't usually complain about the cleanliness of places but this place really needs it, the food was not bad and the price of everything is good
First of all, we adore the staff, the waitresses are so friendly and remember us, even though we only go once a month or so. The BBQ pork is outstanding, fresh and hot with great flavor. I like their food, not greasy, just fresh and hot and tasty. I would recommend this place over and over again. It's just good food, and good people.
Simple Noodle见面
Came with my family of 4 on a week night for an early dinner. We were the only customers there. I'm hoping because it was around 5:30pm. We had 3 different bowls of noodles and 2 appetizers. Everything tasted excellent. The ramen was perfect consistency. My kids loved the tomato and sliced beef noodles and said that they wanted to come back for it again before they were even done. I had the spicy pickled cabbage and sliced fish noodle. The broth was so amazing I drank all the soup. Service was also excellent. Will definitely be back to try all the other items on the menu.
Holy soup dumplings! Delish! Family owned business with great prices and great taste. The chef, Tony, does a great job of putting together healthy dishes that taste great. My go-tos are the pork bowls but can’t go wrong with anything here.
New Hong Kong Chinese food restaurant
Ordered sesame chicken barely any sauce on it and the rice was dry
It’s very fresh and tasty
Goop li asian love food
The food is still really good even under new management. I just hope they perfect the Sesame Tofu platters like the previous team. The tofu comes out too soft and I prefer a more crispy airy texture to it.
This fried rice is always always always over cooked & ive ordered it 3 times. Whoever cooks it don’t know what they’re doing. Very mushy fried rice. Also, the rice they use is very very very cheap rice. Other than that, the other stuff is decent. They’re not a good Chinese but, just OK. Also, very very bad on the inside. Mold around the floors too. It looks dirty.
Medina Halal
I had an amazing experience at Medina Halal Restaurant & Bakery! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the fried rice and chow mein—perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. The staff was warm, welcoming, and provided excellent service. You can tell this place is family-run with love and care put into every dish. The cheese rolls were a great treat, and everything tasted fresh. Definitely my new go-to spot for halal Guyanese-Chinese food. Highly recommend!
I traveled all the way from Connecticut to try Medina Halal Restaurant, and I was not disappointed! The owner is incredibly friendly and passionate about his food, and it shows in every dish. The food is fresh, flavorful, and authentic. I was particularly impressed with the Pepper Shrimp Lo Mein, which was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Medina Halal Restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic halal dining experience.
