Love the versatility of the menu, that’s what made me go in the first place. The food was excellent & so was the staff. The food was hot and fresh, will absolutely come back.

First time experience was good. We had the lunch specials. I had the General Tso’s and my friend had the Orange Chicken. We were both impressed. It was delicious. Love how they serve the rice separately and they have the best egg rolls with that duck is absolutely amazing. Service was excellent.

Egg rolls tasted burnt tried to just it the cabbage and shrimp tasted burnt all the way through. Sesame chicken soggy used sweet and sour chicken instead of crispy chicken for sesame chicken. Order lunch special and 6 extra egg rolls didn’t receive the one for the lunch special. Just not the same from when I first came there. Never ever again. Or

This place delivers a great amount of food for the price. I recommend their bourbon chicken above everything. It never fails. Service is significantly below average, but for that bourbon chicken at that price I can deal with it I guess. Eating in may be an unpleasant experience and they do charge extra for white sauce so keep that in mind.

Great place looks so clean and professional great food love the place always coming here for a bite!

The worst sesame chicken that I've ever had. Looked strange and tasted like watered down spicy salsa gravy. Never seen it served this way.

DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you’d like to get scammed and catch a possible charge. I came here after working an extremely long shift to pick up dinner since it was too late to cook. I ordered on the phone at 7:08 pm and was told it would be a twenty minute wait. I arrive at 7:26 and pay for my food and the front host told me it would be just a few more minutes which I didn’t mind. Well 7:40 rolls around….. then 7:50… then 7:55 and I still don’t have my order as well as no update of when it would be ready. I finally get my food at 7:58.. 30 minutes past the time I was told it would be ready. I walk out with my food then I go in the car to check it. I had 2 combination specials and a separate order of BBQ wings. When I checked the bag I was missing an egg roll and two wings from my order. No problem! I simply go back in and let the front hostess know that I had a couple things missing from my order. So she pulls out the receipt and says it’s not on the ticket….. 🙃 I told her I know exactly what I ordered and that the woman taking the order even read it back to me. They claim that I had only ordered 1 combination special and a 6 piece wing… As you can see from their menu they only have an 8 piece wing and that each combination special comes with an egg roll. Mind you, I’ve been coming here for an EXTREMELY long time and I let them know that this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue and I can understand things happen especially since they were busy. The host says she will get the manager to clear things up but instead of the manager herself coming out, she sends her underage daughter out to speak with me. She says “my mom says or new ordering operator has been acting up and she’s sorry for the mix up, but you will have to pay for the items missing from your order.” …what?!?? Why would I pay for the items y’all forgot to put in my bag. To make an already long story short, I told them they could have all their food back and I want my refund. After paying y’all 45 damn dollars y’all have the nerve to try and get more money from me?! Absolutely not! It took about 15 minutes of going back and forth of them trying to hustle me and keep my money. So in all I spent almost an hour and a half here for NOTHING! I’m floored that they would let an eggroll and a few wings missing from an order prompt them to lose a customer. They need some classes and their head examined for how they treat their customers and letting A CHILD handle business. I honestly feel sorry for the little girl. Will never EVER be back. Do yourself a favor and save your money and the headache you’ll get from going here. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I think I know good Chinese food, I’m from Brooklyn. This is among the best Chinese I’ve ever had. Fresh and good quality and each dish and sauce unique. Triple delight is fantastic as is chicken and broccoli. Be prepared to wait as food is obviously made to order. Come to eat and not for atmosphere the place could use a makeover but the food rocks.

My favorite food! I’ve been to several Chinese places, they do not touch this place! I love it, the the lady at the front desk is very nice to, she gave my daughter a Pokémon figurine!

Ordered the Sweet and sour chicken lunch plate and added an egg roll was ready in less then 10 minutes of ordering, the food came out great! Chicken was steaming hot and fresh not over cooked and tasted great, the sweet & sour sauce seemed to be different than other Chinese restaurants and was incredible nice sweet taste to it. Cant wait to try it again! The onion Fried Rice although could use a little more onions still was incredible. Egg Roll was nice soft and also tasted great! Great value for just $7.00

The food here is pretty solid. The buffet isn't huge, but what they do have is good. I've had better before, but my standards are quite high. I'm certain most would very much enjoy a meal here.

Very nice little place. I ordered take-out online. Process was easy! The portions were very generous, and everything was very good. Their General Tsao's is spicy and fabulous!

Food here is always top notch. Fresh and hot... and consistent too. Tried the fried sesame balls for the first time this evening (has red beans inside) and they were deliciously sweet. Would love to see more people give this place a try. Every time we've gone it's basically empty and would love to see them stick around.

Sesame chicken was literally all crust no chicken. I tried this for the first time today and would no recommend nor go back. I understand why they never have anyone in their parking lot. Big mistake., also when told that it was all crust she said it could be bc the chicken was hours old and they refried it bc I asked fore extra crispy and that I might not feel the chicken in the bites. I have had extra crispy sesame chicken many times from other places never had that issue. Not satisfied at all not a good place save ur money if u want Chinese and no other place is open.

My go to spot for Chinese take out in Leland. It’s always quick and hot when you order it. The boneless spare ribs are one of my favorites, but the Singapore Chow Mei Fun, General Tso’s, and Chicken w/ Broccoli are also good. The egg rolls are consistently crispy, but not the most filled. Overall a great spot that keeps me coming back.

The BEST Chinese!! Even though I don't live in Leland anymore, I still get my take out from Jade Garden and bring it home to Wilmington because nowhere else I've tried is anywhere near as good.

Would not recommend. Would not order again. Had a good rating on Uber eats so gave it a try but was very disappointed. $88 seems too expensive and the food was mediocre. We barely touched it because we were So disappointed in the quality. Only good thing I can say is it was fast service.

My favorite GO TO pick up place for Chinese food 😋 I got shrimp fried rice with a bit of extra veggies in it. The most positive thing I can say is the rice is actually white fried rice and not the yellow rice. And the shrimp egg rolls are very good.

It depends on what foods you get to know if they're good or not. I recommend the sweet and sour chicken and any of the fried rices, especially the pork fried rice! The egg rolls are really good! The tea is, hands down, the most 🙌 👏 👌 excellent tea I have ever drank in my entire life! And being from Robeson County, we are tea drinking people! I buy anywhere from 10 to 20 teas per week @ $2 for a large cup and it's worth every penny! I don't know what they do to it but it has a hint of lemon that's subtle and it's breathtaking ✨️ 😍!!! Omgosh I cannot get enough of it! It's not the tea we drink from home or from a place like Fullers but it's superb!! I don't really suggest that anyone sit in to eat especially during the winter or you will freeze because they don't heat the building or dining area. I dont recommend the vegetable lo mein because it's all noodles and no veggies, even after you pay for the extra veggies!! It's ridiculous so after many arguments over veggies I just stopped ordering it there! Now if you want plenty of meat then the beef lo mein would be an excellent suggestion but I don't eat much meat! The plates are plenty big enough to share with someone! That's what me and my husband do always! We share every plate and we still have leftover food! I wouldn't suggest their mixed vegetable plate at all! The veggies are in some kind of slimy sauce! Yucky!! 🤮 The staff are as friendly as they know how to be with the language barrier. One thing I want to try that I haven't yet is their teriyaki chicken!

Hong Kong has been in Red Springs for years, same location. They have good food, my favorite is General Tso’s Chicken. Service is always the same and they are nice people.

Super friendly staff, delicious food, quick service. I work near here and they always have my food ready quickly. If you order a "lunch special" it has smaller portions (and a smaller price tag!) Than if you order a regular plate. One of my favorite spots and my go-to spot on my lunch breaks. Family owned and the people who work there are great. Not many options for dine in, definitely a better takeout spot.

The food is pretty good but the quantity of the food has reduced vastly. It used to cover up every where but now it’s half

I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Phenix Chinese Restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the warm ambiance and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive. Now, let’s talk about the food—simply outstanding! Every dish was bursting with authentic flavors, expertly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The Honey Spicy Wings was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Even the fried rice was a step above the rest, packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. Portion sizes were generous. The attention to detail in every dish truly showcased the chef’s expertise. To top it all off, the prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food.

Hands down my favorite place to eat in town. When i dont feel like cooking, this is my go to. The food is always great, eggdrop soup is the best anywhere! Ive never waited very long for my food after calling it in, even when they're really busy. The staff are always welcoming and super friendly, especially the ladies at the counter. Not to mention the prices are super reasonable. If you're in the mood for some great chinese food and dont know where to go, this is it!
