Such high quality food for a low price. The workers were very nice and kind. The food got done within 2 minutes of ordering.

I would give a this place a zero star review if I could. I ordered pork Szechuan. This is not what Szechuan tastes like. This was sweet and sour sauce. If that. Not even remotely spicy either. The green bell peppers were huge and not cut up appropriately. How do you have that much sauce and it still tastes like nothing. Then the lady was getting mad at my father for reporting that the website was inaccurate at pickup. We know good Asian food and this is not it. Not sure how anyone has said this is the spot to go under the reviews.

Really enjoyed lunch. Andrea was wonderful. Thai salad good. Shared a small, and that was plenty. The Kung Pao shrimp and teriyaki chicken were great flavors. Very good portions. Going to have it tomorrow. Desserts were smooth and nice. Just missed not having regular coffee to have with the dessert. Definitely will return to try some other options.

I came in from California and decided to eat here for dinner. It is a beautiful restaurant. I got the chicken lettuce wrap and steak entree. Everything was amazing from the seasoning to the sauce. I did not wait long for my order. This location is better than the PF Chang’s I’ve had in California!!!

Not the place to go if craving Chinese. Ribs and chicken were so charred and dry we couldn’t even eat it. The shrimp toast was simply disgusting. The crab Rangoon, rice, and sweet and sour shrimp were edible but didn’t really hit the spot. Was hoping for a yummy local Chinese spot but sadly this isn’t it. Also, children running the counter and getting upset with them when they count the money too slow? Felt bad for the kid. Maybe it was simply a rough night with no babysitter and trying to teach a lesson of earning, but felt the patience wasn’t there. Sadly, will not return.

We visited Charleston, South Carolina and it has become a family tradition that we usually eat Chinese food at our hotel room on the first night when we can’t go out and dine at a restaurant. I came across this Chinese take out place and saw tgat it was highly rated in Google maps. As always, I am in a continuous search for the best Singapore Mei Fun at every Chinese restaurant or take out place that we go to. By far, this is the best Singapore-style noodles that I have tasted!!! It was absolutely delicious!!!!! The balance of flavor - the heat from the curry, the freshness of the ingredients and the overall portion size is a lot (but I was able to finish in one sitting). I was also very satisfied and pleased with our other orders as well - triple delight and fried dumplings. I highly recommend this place and will sure be back when we visit Charleston again.

Great Chinese restaurant. First time here, we placed a big order and they had it done before 15 minutes was up. I asked for white sauce as that's less sugar and no msg, as I'm allergic to it. Next time we're in town I will come here again. If you long for something with a variety of veggies, this is a great place to satisfy your taste buds.

1st time visit. Choose this restaurant based on other reviews. Ordered in store took less than 10 minutes. They took the time to answer my questions about a bamboo plant in detail. Clean restrooms! And a great Chinese calendar for 2025. Would definitely return again

So happy they opened their dine in spot again. Chinese food just hits so much better when eaten on the spot.

I’ve gotten the spare ribs and pork fried rice and it was a roach in my food . I’m never buying anything from them again. A really bad experience I had today.. that refund didn’t matter !! For a restaurant you guys need to do better than this !!!!!

Went for Sunday dim sum, which is like traditional Chinese tapas. It was all sooooo unbelievably good. I’m a California native and the food was like being back in Chinatown San Francisco!! I have not seen proper dim sum of this level since moving to the south 5 years ago. My favorite dish, Lo Mai Fan, was cooked to perfection and tasted exactly right. Everything else we ordered was highly memorable as well. Will definitely be back!!!

We came for Sunday's dumpling dinner and our server was so quick, helpful, and attentive with our order. He was able to explain each dish and gave his food recommendation from this restaurant. The food came pretty fast and thats a plus. We really enjoyed the dumplings, lo mein, and shumai. The sticky rice, dry ribs, and char siu bao just okay. Their coctail was pretty good. I also like the ambience of this place. Pretty good Chinese food.

First time eating Authentic Sichuan food and I’m hooked. I love the spice, so many layered of flavor and just amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Charleston or anyone who lives in Charleston. Great vibe inside, and the staff super friendly. I will definitely be back!!! Oh and get the Sichuan Sunday. Perfect balance of sweet, salty and spice.

I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. The food was simply inedible. As someone who enjoys and has experience with Chinese cuisine, I can confidently say this was among the worst I've ever had. We spent over $100 and left most of it uneaten. The service was equally disappointing. We waited 15 minutes to be seated and then another hour for our food. This was a complete waste of time and money. I will absolutely not be back.

3/25- I guess I need to read my own reviews. I got the General Tso Chicken. This time NO Broccoli. Wow. Take your pictures down on menu. It shows it with broccoli- which is how it should be. Vegetable Lo Mein was very good. The General Tso with white rice was mediocre. There was hardly any sauce, so the rice was dry. No chili peppers. Not the traditional recipe. But at least there was broccoli in it. Prices have gone up a lot.

Stopped for a quick bite, so this review is kind of limited since I only ordered chicken lo-mein. The restaurant is carry out only right now, no seating. Ordered the large lo-mein, and thought $11 was a little pricey, but it is a pretty large portion, and it is pretty delicious. Service was relatively quick, and the cashier was friendly.

This place could definitely use a little remodeling but the food is always very good. The man at the register is always pleasant. Maybe not super fast but that's ok. Definitely worth a try. Different style than the other local Chinese options.

I paid $15 for a lunch plate and ended up feeding it to my dogs!!! I received fried chicken that still had the feathers on it,some of the seasame chicken had odd textures compared to the rest of it and the lo mein I received wasn’t special I was hoping it would save the dish. Gross and waste of money

Best local Chinese food in town. Hands down. I’ve been getting takeout from here for 20+ years and have never had a bad meal. Best thing we get is house special fried rice, but also love the sweet and sour chicken, broccoli and beef, shrimp lo mein and egg rolls.

We went there last night with my family. We had teriyaki chicken, sesame delight, egg rolls, fried and steamed rice, and vegan fried rice. Overall the food was okay, and the service was very good, the waitress was from South Korea she was very sweet and helpful. The owner was very kind too, he asked us if we wanted some hot sauce.

I moved to Sandfly in December and I've been trying out the food places around here....finally decided to try this place. This will be my last time. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and the Deep Fried Roll. The Teriyaki Chicken.......dry...very very dry. Barely any sauce. The rice was ok...however I asked if I could get shrimp friend rice and I was told they only had fried rice and steamed rice. Never been to an asian restaurant before that didn't serve shrimp fried rice. The veggies - they didn't look like they were giving me an invitation to eat them so I politely decided to not bother them. The Deep Fried Roll was somewhat better...but very little flavor and wasn't worth giving the review a second star.

WORST. CHINESE. FOOD. I. HAVE. EVER. EATEN! I'm not sure what they are trying to "fuse" Asian food with. They should be ashamed to charge money for this! We ordered the sweet and sour chicken, sweet and sour pork, korean spicy marinated steak and eggrolls. The chicken and pork appeared to have been boiled, if that is even possible, because they were breaded mushballs covered with onions and green peppers that had been cooked much too long. The "spicy" beef was anything but spicy but at least palatable although the super thin carrots and onions were also overcooked. The salads consisted of iceberg lettuce with 1/4" of water on the bottom of the box. It appears the workers are too hurried to shake off the lettuce after it has been rinsed. The dressing was gritty rather than creamy. The tiny eggrolls were super dry and looked baked instead of fried. And to top it off, the "fried" rice appeared to be steamed rice that was cooked in a pot with a little soy sauce for color. There was no evidence of any frying oil and barely perceptible carrot, no other vegetables. It came in large clumps which must have been scraped out after sitting in a pot all day, as there were black burned pieces of rice throughout. We bought this food at 5:00 pm on a Tuesday night so there is no reason it should not have been fresh. A total waste of $40 as most of the food ended up in the trash. We will definitely NOT be buying food from this place again and I highly recommend if you are reading reviews that you don't, either!
