Okay for take-out but definitely DO NOT eat here. My family was going to go to Jade Garden but they were closed, so we came here. First of all, it was freezing. Maybe that’s okay for during summer, but on a chilly early spring day, it’s horrible. Secondly, the customer service is awful. We had 7 people at our table, which is a larger party. However, there were only 5 other people in the restaurant. The service was so slow. It took a long time for us to get our orders taken, then a long time to get our drinks, and an extra long time to get our food. When the food was finally brought, I did not receive my order. She asked me what I ordered, and without saying anything else, she went back to the kitchen. It took 10-15 minutes, when the people with me were halfway done eating, for my order to come. I didn’t even receive an apology, which is the minimum in decent customer service. I asked why it took so long, and her excuse was that it was a large party and my order was put it last (which is was not taken last and my table and the other table here after us got their food). Severely disappointed because I used to like this place. Now, I’m just angry and will not come back.

New owner and new kitchen! Chinese food is decent and Sushi is just so amazing! Ben is such a nice guy! I had a really great Sunday dinner there!

The service fell far short of expectations – repeatedly requesting extra napkins only to be be rudely handed two as I was heading to fetch them myself. The server just dropped our plates off at the other end of the table, it was kinda a weird, like she just threw them at us and left 🤣 usually servers place the meal in front of the customers not at the other end of the table where nobody is sitting 🤷🏽‍♂️ no biggie just felt like we could've been treated better by the service there. While the food managed to salvage the experience with its freshness and deliciousness, the disappointment lingers. Our preference for hot, not just warm, food was overlooked. Despite these grievances, we entertain the possibility of a return, cautiously optimistic that future visits might bring the improvement in service we sorely missed.

The atmosphere was nice. It was only us and one other table of people so the staff was attentive. The food came out extremely fast, too fast honestly. The sushi was underwhelming and the mango chicken was a plate full of unripe, unpeeled mangos with no flavor, blanched (at best) peppers, and chicken covered in sauce. There was no rice with it so we basically just ate chicken covered in sauce. The hibachi area is now seems to just be storage. They may have other good dishes but all of ours missed the mark.

I’ve visited Asian Palace 4-5 times now, and every visit has been a delightful experience. As a vegetarian, I usually go for the bean curd and veg spring rolls, and both dishes have consistently been pretty good. The flavors are always fresh and well-balanced, and the quality is top-notch. I’ve never been disappointed with the food here, which is why I keep coming back. If you’re looking for a reliable spot with tasty vegetarian options, Asian Palace definitely delivers.

I Ordered Here Once A Few Years Ago Because a Co-Worker Said It Was Pretty Good Food! All I Remember Is The Kitchen Door Was Open And I Could See Inside And I Couldn't Believe The Filth And The Cooks Had Rubber Boots! You Would Have To See The Floor To Understand! Even The Dinning Room Was Filthy. The Food Was In My Opinion Nasty! Maybe Because I Seen Where It Was Cooked? I Never Went Back!

This place is great for group outings. The larger the party the better. Also a great spot to sit at the bar and have a mai tai (mieux) maybe watch some sports. Very close to all the other Manomet needs like Clements. A+

No flavor, everything was very bland except for maybe the Broccoli. The sauteed broccoli did have a little flavor. We moved here in November and we have eaten there several times before but haven't eaten there in about 2 months. The food in the past has had flavor, possibly we just hit them on a bad night tonight. We just added our own soy sauce, Duck sauce, Sesame oil and hot mustard. Everything was edible it just didn't have any flavor at all. We had the pork fried rice and the vegetable lo mein and sauteed broccoli and dumplings.

This just became the best Chinese Restaurant in Plymouth. food was fantastic. Everything was very clean tasting. When I left. I didn’t feel bloated like most Chinese restaurants. The Service was top notch. Everyone was very friendly. And to top it off. They have the Chinese Zodiac placemats. I have always wondered why most Chinese restaurants stop giving them out.

Probably the best place in Plymouth to go for Chinese now. Sushi is not bad either. Fried ice cream for dessert was delicious and I've been there twice now and both bartenders were very friendly. Great Service!!

The owner was so nice and this was really good. The place was cozy and food was made really quickly! My friend also really liked her food and she’s usually pretty picky about what she eats. I’d give it 10 stars if I could :)

We tried Korean tofu stew, orange beef and general Tso’s chicken tonight. The soup was pretty nice. The broth was boiling hot and spicy. The tofu was silky. There were also some kimchi, and snow peas in side. The orange beef was okay. The batter was a bit too thick and oily. The flavor was fine. I couldn’t taste much of the orange peel. The whole dish was too greasy for my liking. The general Tso’s chicken was nice. We got it with white meat only. The flavor was nice, about average. Just like the orange beef, it was also greasy. Overall, it was an okay restaurant. The server was nice and friendly.

The food was very flavorful. We ordered tangerine beef, shredded pork with garlic sauce, and Szechuan chicken with chili sauce. Every dish has a distinctive flavor. I love the numbing sensation in the chicken. The tangerine beef is too sweet for my taste. Overall, everything was above average. The servers were very nice and friendly.

The twice cooked pork, sautéed string beans, and yangzhou fried rice here are all pretty good. The owner is very sweet and the service is super quick. Glad to have such a homey chinese spot on the upper east side.

Small shop with great food and friendly staff. Menu is average, food comes in good portion sizes for what you pay. Have been to this location (ues) and have had a great experience each time. Accommodated me and a few coworkers before, always hot food and a good atmosphere.

It my first time coming to their new location in UES. I have tried them several times in midtown. I ordered sesame sauce cold noodles and chicken with chili sauce today. Compared to the other location, the cold noodles were too sweet for me, and the fragrance of the sesame sauce is not strong enough. As for the chicken, it was actually much better than the other location. I remembered looking for water after eating it at the other location, because they were too generous with the MSG. However, this time at the new location, it was very delicious. The chicken was tender, and I was able to taste the chili oil and the chicken itself. Overall, it was a nice place to grab a bite.

We enjoyed our foods here. We came in just about 30 minutes before the kitchen closed but managed to get our foods and got out before the last customers. The foods were tasty, especially the pork dumplings in hot chili oil and wanton soup. The foods are a bit oily like you would expect from authentic Chinese cuisine. We washed our mouth with Tsingtao beer anyway so there is nothing to complain. We could tell that the server was a bit rush so she and the chefs could go home and that’s understandable. Although for other customers might not understand. Overall, we liked this restaurant

Mid Chinese food, almost tastes Americanized and not worth the money you pay. Could’ve had better at a halal stand honestly. If you’re Chinese or who had the authentic Chinese experience I won’t recommend but if you’re just looking for a place to eat for gathering then I guess this is a decent pick. Soup dumpling was also super small… stir fried rice sucked. Kung pao chicken was way too sweet.

The Hainanese chicken rice is nice. And the chicken is tender. Also, got the roasted chicken. Just as tender. Of course, the Hainanese chicken rice stall in Singapore, on average, are better than Lau Yau Kee. But we are in the US. Guess this is as good as it gets stateside.

Because Lou Yau Kee is located in the UrbanSpace food hall, it may hard to find a seat during the peak lunch hours. I tried the combination chicken rice and I prefer the original poached chicken to the roast chicken. But both were very tender and succulent. The rice, cooked in the broth, was flavorful. However, at $20.80 (plus tax), it seemed pricey even for “large” order.

I ordered beef noodle soup in mild spicy, but the food quality is way below the average. Besides that, the service they provided was even more pathetic than the food itself. I mean, for your sake of time, just don’t visit here.

Visited twice. First time the dry noodle is drenched in too much sauce and thus too salty. Second time there is sand/debrie in food. It's also weird to be "recommended" to not use food delivery app for pickup at their store, but to order directly from them. Sure, I will not use them again:)
