Panda Express
Food quality and portions vary depending on who's the cook and who's serving each shift which is not ideal. I got a bowl today with Chow mein and Orange chicken. I received the saddest portion of Chow mean and the Orange chicken tastes like it had been there for a while. Very disappointed!
HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS?? HORRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE AND LIKE NO CUSTOMERS!! CAN WE PLEASE CLOSE THIS DISGUSTING PLACE AND BRING IN A CHIPOTLE OR SOMETHING?!?! Don't show up 1 hour before close or the food will be dried and bad and much fewer options! Also, portion sizes or much less than other locations! This place needs training in customer service, clean and sanitary food preparation, and not serving dried food unless that's how it is to be served! My rice and orange chicken was gross and dry!
Panda Express
Panda express absolutely awesome combination biger plate the heart of donuts/bagel cafe absolutely puts smiles every1() face all employees absolutely best!
We all know our favorite Americanized fast food Asian restaurant, Panda Express. From their glazing honey walnut shrimp to their glossy orange chicken my mouth waters with the thought of this savory cuisine. Now with this being said the Panda Express on Stony point road has disappointed me. They gave very little portions of food. There was one worker that was very polite and sweet, but the rest of your workers were very rude and acted immature towards other employees as well as some customers. I do give them credit though because I had left something and they saved it rather than doing something they shouldn’t have. I can compliment the atmosphere. It was clean and I liked their community board. This Panda Express is located in a plaza area amongst other restaurants and businesses. It is right next to chevron gas station. The parking lot can get busy. They do have a few parking spots in front of the restaurant. One for the handicapped folks as well. Overall, to the beautiful community of Sonoma county and visitors abroad I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a pleasurable experience. I still love Panda Express just not this one!
Panda Express
You can find a few good healthful items here if pressed. I went with the greens and “potstickers” you get 3 per serving.
I’d give this place a zero if I could. Wow! I placed a $300 order today for my first grade students for a Chinese Lunar New Year celebration. I requested for it to be ready at 11:15. We arrived for pick up at 11. It wasn’t ready until after 11:30. The order should have included 3 orange chicken platters, various rice and chow mein sides, and had four salad bowls for teachers. The order also had a note for utensils, plates, napkins, and soy sauce for 70. There were plates, no napkins, no utensils/chopsticks, and 28 fortune cookies. We did get a small box of soy sauce though. Last year we did this as a grade level celebration with the best of care. All of these items were included without reminders. We were also given a serving tong for EACH platter. This year we had ordered (though not received) 8 platters and didn’t receive ANY tongs or serving spoons. Two of the lunch order bowls were incorrect. The nuisance of delayed time was incredibly annoying and messed up our serving time with students, as well as caused quite a wait for my pick up person. But, the worst of it was that two of the most expensive MAIN dishes (orange chicken) were missing! Upon calling, the manager told me that they for sure handed the pick up person two containers of orange chicken. (Mind you, we ordered three.) He then argued with me for ten minutes and told me this has happened before and I “must go check my car” because it had to have “slipped under the seat”. He continued to argue with me regarding these three things; They gave me two for sure (despite my ordering three), that they knew it was in the car under the seat, and that he would investigate. After calling corporate, and about half an hour, they called me back and said they watched cameras and that they did NOT in fact give us 2 (or 3, that we ordered) orange chicken, and did verify they messed up and would refund the chicken. I will NOT ever use this location again for our school festivities. Do NOT recommend. The service was poor. The food is mediocre. The customer service was horrendous. I’ve never been gaslit, accused of lying, and told to check my car repeatedly as if I am unable to check for two full catering platters of chicken and “lost” such things. Ridiculous.
Panda Express
It's panda express it's not the best Chinese food but u know that going in. But it was actually pretty good today. I got the teriyaki chicken, honey shrimp and the Beijing beef. Got lucky today last time I went it wasn't good
Placed on Santa Rosa Avenue, this Panda Express location is right in the middle of one of the most popular shopping centers in town. It’s by Costco, Ulta Beauty, Target and plenty of other affordable restaurants. They have a very nice outdoor seating area. It’s not designated just to Panda Express, but if it’s a nice day and tables aren’t taken it’s always an option. As we know Panda Express is an Americanized Asian fast food restaurant. The Asian aspect of their taste inspires from cities like Hong Kong, Beijing, and even Sichuan. They also do use woks that are 8 pounds to keep the authenticity. They’ve upped their care for health as they now have no food with high-fructose corn syrup and by 2025 they plan to cut even more sodium, sugars, and artificial colors and flavors. Their website is beautifully organized. On there they have a chart for those who have specific allergies. They even have a page with 30-minute recipe recommendations using their food! They only have their firecracker shrimp for limited times, but it is so tasty! This specific Panda Express has fresh food unlike other ones I’ve been too. They do vegetarian options like vegetables, chow mein, fried and white rice. Even veggie spring rolls. Panda Express is kid friendly not just because they have a kids menu to fit their size, but they even have a program where they donate money to undeserved youth. The workers here are youthful and efficient. I want to comment specifically on a worker named Jerrod. His customer service was exceptional and he definitely knows how to make sure that his customers are happy! Management, I hope you make him employee of the month! Since it’s such a busy plaza there’s parking everywhere including wheelchair accessible parking. Just be careful driving around since it can get pretty tight. Overall to the beautiful people of Sonoma county and visitors abroad, I can tell you this is my favorite Panda Express in Santa Rosa!
