The service was quite slow, and while the coconut chicken pot was decent, it wasn’t anything special. The rest of the dishes were pretty average. It’s an okay spot if you're in the area, but nothing really stood out enough.

Very nice decoration and vibe. The spicy pot is probably the best I’ve ever had in the bay. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to try authentic Sichuan hotpot to come to this place.

Today is New Year's Day, and there is a huge crowd of diners. After waiting for a long time, we finally got seated. The Cantonese dim sum here is delicious and worth the wait, and the food is served very quickly. Although the price of each plate of dim sum is about one dollar higher than other similar restaurants, the chefs make it delicious and it is worth every penny. This restaurant is very spacious and suitable for wedding banquets and similar banquets.

Today. Very disappointed meals. 1)Cold soup. 2) Great Pork Belly. 3) fish dish came with fish head and body bones. 4)egg tofu without egg tofu. 5)chicken up to the standard level. 6) lamb stew not soft enough, maybe because of not warm enough. 7) no wok hei氣。 8)hot water strong clorox taste If cannot handle this class of restaurant, narrow down the customer numbers. End up pack home to eat. 4 people at this price with this presentation. If excuse for busy New Year Eve, then only worth 40-50% price value without service fee. Or redo this whole set to offer us to experience again. Item #1,3,4,6,7 were all our disappointed dishes.

I can’t say enough good things about Chili Garden! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely wonderful. The service is outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. Even though we ordered takeout, the staff made us feel valued and appreciated, ensuring everything was packed perfectly and ready on time. The food itself was phenomenal. Every dish was bursting with authentic Chinese flavors, and the portions were incredibly generous. You could tell great care went into preparing each item. The quality and freshness truly stood out, and we all absolutely loved the food at our gathering! If you’re looking for delicious, authentic Chinese dishes with top-notch service, Chili Garden is the place to go. Highly recommended! (Pics show mainly the dishes from Chili Garden, but you’ll also spot a few of our potluck contributions 😆)

Food: very authentic traditional Chinese cuisines. Very suitable for big party, so you can enjoy more dishes at a time, esp other spicy fish we saw at the other table lol Service: not really responsive. The door was opened all the time, so at night time if there happen to be some heavy smokers, seats that are closer to the front will be smothered. Ambiance: big party recommended.

Xi’an Kitchen is hands down my favorite spot for hand-pulled noodles in the Bay Area! The flavors are rich, bold, and incredibly satisfying, making every dish feel like a true comfort meal. The noodles have the perfect chewy texture, and the broths are deeply flavorful, packed with just the right blend of spices and aromatics. One of the best parts about ordering here is the ability to customize your meal online, so you can pick exactly what you want and tailor it to your taste. Whether you prefer extra toppings, spice levels, or specific ingredients, the process is super convenient and ensures you get the perfect dish every time. We’ve tried the special pork noodles, lamb soup, pork burger, and several other dishes, and every single one has been fantastic. The pork noodles are hearty and flavorful, the lamb soup is rich and comforting, and the pork burger is crispy on the outside with juicy, seasoned meat inside. No matter what we order, everything is always fresh, delicious, and served quickly. Beyond the amazing food, the service is efficient, making it a great option whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout. If you’re a fan of authentic Xi’an-style cuisine, this place is an absolute must-try. I’ll definitely keep coming back for more!

We had an amazing meal at this Xi’an restaurant! The Roujiamo was incredibly flavorful—the braised meat was perfectly seasoned, not too salty or greasy, but rich and aromatic. The Youpo Noodles were generously portioned, with delicious toppings like potatoes, tofu, and green beans, and the chili oil had an authentic kick. My boyfriend is from Zhengzhou and has been eating Xi’an cuisine since childhood—he absolutely loved it and couldn’t understand why the ratings are so low. The restaurant was bustling with both dine-in customers and takeout orders, yet only two hardworking staff members were managing everything. They were incredibly diligent and dedicated, and we truly appreciate their efforts. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic Xi’an flavors!

The current English name of "旺旺美食" is Han's Kitchen, not Jia Jia Kitchen. The restaurant opens at 11 am, but their people work so hard and start working at 9 am to prepare the delicious food for their guests today. Because the weather is very hot today, I came to the restaurant to buy a cup of blueberry green tea to cool off and quench my thirst. It tastes delicious and not too sweet. After drinking it, the heat is gone and I felt energetic and refreshed. I would like to emphasize that the service attitude of the staff here are excellent, very empathetic, and treats others as they treat themselves, which is really precious.

Tips: Bring cash otherwise you will be charged for a small fees using credit card. Quick and easy cost about $11.50 for a meal with one entree (rice, porridge, or noodles) with 3 sides. Come early because close to the end of the night food are mostly gone. Staff suggested if you cant make it in time, call in and they will hold food for you. They also offered family meal. Food: Average, but portion size is decent. 4 stars because they are eager to help and friendly most of time.

Despite being located inside a food court, this place offers some authentic and delicious Sichuan food. Highly recommend the meat dishes, especially if you love spicy. Unfortunately, service is lacking like many Chinese restaurants.

Delicious food, simple atmosphere. Restaurant is in the shopping center, back left. Takes cash only. Service was great/as expected. I had the twice cooked pork and boneless Sichuan chicken based on reviews, and it didn’t disappoint! Crunchy Sichuan chicken with just the right amount of heat for that tingle on your tongue. Pork was flavorful with mixed veggies. Will definitely be back.

A neighborhood Shanghai cusine restaurant run by a couple. With very limited resources, customers really need to have patience and call ahead for large groups and reserve special dishes. The dishes were a hit and miss kind, some were good, some were not so good. Family style!

My party was standing in the front for about 5 mins waiting to be seated because there was only one lady. Foods were kinda salty overall and not very traditional. Portions were just ok. Will not give it a second chance.

The staff here is friendly and attentive. Come before the rush or order online to avoid the lines. A lot of people say that the family meal is economical but I don’t know if it really beats two large plates with 3 entrees and 1 side. I believe the 3 entrees have more variety when the portions don’t add up, except that the containers on the family meals aren’t always overpacked depend on the packer.

There was only four people ahead of me online and it took nearly an hour to order a bowl and check out. They were not properly stuffed. The people that were working were extremely slow, and it appeared that the manager was walking around knowing there was a line building for orders. They had people waiting that were trying to order at that moment and people waiting for pickup. Don't take online orders when you can't handle the orders for people standing right in front of you. Then the manager had the audacity to yell out. Stop taking customer orders. We need to finish all to go orders. Made me regret walking in there when I could have just ordered off of the app. What I thought would be a 5-minute in and out, for one bowl, took way too long and with the worst service I've ever had at any Panda Express ever. I will not be returning here!

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service at this location. After placing an online order, a staff member informed me upon arrival that there would be a short wait of about 3–4 minutes for my Kung Pao Chicken. They kindly offered my partner and me two drink cups and invited us to help ourselves to any beverage. As we sat down after filling our drinks, the same staff member brought us a complimentary appetizer of egg rolls and let us know our food was almost ready. By the time we finished the egg rolls, our Kung Pao Chicken was served. Once I got home and opened the to-go boxes, I was impressed by the generous portion sizes. The food was delicious, and the serving sizes made it an even better value. Thank you for the impeccable customer service—it truly exceeded my expectations!

I had a good experience at this Panda Express location. The restaurant was clean and the food we got was pretty fresh. I ordered Fried rice with orange chicken and chicken green beans. Flavor is the same as any other panda express location. Service was quick and everyone was friendly. Stephen stood out to me. He was friendly, professional and attentive.

It was great Lisa is a blast totaly enjoy The food in her check it out

Usually love to support any restaurant regardless of its reviews but unfortunately ended up throwing away most of my order due to extremely poor quality. BBQ Pork Fried Rice was mushy and wet Prawns w/ Lobster Sauce had hard, overcooked shrimp and the sauce had an old heavy taste and bitter smell that isn't associated with a dish that's usually clear and fragrant While the menu sits at a low price point that I haven't seen since the 90's, it is not worth the pain and price of having to dispose food that has gone bad :(

quick easy convenient. Minh did not skimp on the meats. offered very good customer service and made me feel heard. Tram wiped my drink so that the outside was not sticky and wet when the soda overflowed. food was much better, well seasoned, and cooked well compared to other locations. very impressed today.

Liked this place for fast and reliable food. It's not that healthy but ok for a fast and delicious lunch.

Had to wait for the food, was given the wrong order, made to wait again for 15 minutes just to find out they forgot about me. Served me a pitiful portion for a "bigger plate" Panda is great but i would strongly advise going to any other one
