The lady packing food is a racist. I ordered mushroom chicken. She made sure the portion served was less. She didn't empty the ladle in my bowl on purpose. I have exactly 3 small pieces of chicken in my bowl. For the white guy after me, she made sure the portions were very generous. She even added extra after the first ladle. She even looked at me to make sure if I saw that and gave me an awkward smile.

The staff was very welcoming and extremely friendly. From the moment I started my meal with Kim to the cash register with Theavy. The portion of my food was well served and felt like I paid a fair price! I also used my rewards which gifted me an appetizer that was selected and recommended by staff and well enjoyed.

This place deserves more than 5 stars. I’ve been ordering from here since the pandemic and the quality has only gotten better. Peking duck is delicious and I genuinely believe they have the best Peking duck on the California coast.

First thing first… we tried to order the 6-7 set menu dinner which supposed to give 1.5 Peking Duck, but they said it’s either 1 or 2. I felt we got ripped off because it's on the menu but they wouldn't honor it for whatever reason. 土豆 - is a local dish. Vinegar stir fry potatoes. It's ok. Acquired taste. 酸菜粉絲 - Actually not bad, sour but I enjoyed it. 大盤雞 - My favorite dish. The chicken and potatoes was flavorful. The noodle was too soggy but taste good with the sauce. Peking duck - It's actually very good. Some of the skins were so crunchy it almost melt in your mouth but they're are other pieces more tough and the meat is a bit overcooked. Sweet and sour pork - the batter was crunchy when it first came out. Then get soggy. It's not bad. Kung Pao chicken - Good flavor, not bad. Tofu - pretty plain. Sauce on the salty side. I've to say I was disappointed when they couldn't give us the 1.5 duck. I assume they have a legitimate reason. However, after a few dishes, I was pretty satisfied for the food is pretty good. It's a Peking home style cooking. One interesting aspect... No tips required.

We like to go to Fremont Pearl bay to yum cha ( Dim sum ) but it’s a bit far. This is a good yum cha restaurant close to us. The tables are running quickly and there is no need to wait. Food quality average, we love their pumpkin with Salted egg yolk !! service quick and friendly .

Came here for dimsum specials on weekdays. Prices are ok. Dimsums are ok. Foods are generally ok. In the past, their dishes tended to be overly seasoned (e.g. too salty). Have not tried their menu items lately so I can’t comment. Parking is not easy during lunch time. Had to park on street or other parking lots.

This Panda Express gets straight to the point, but I would recommend avoiding overcooking certain dishes. As someone with a deep appreciation for Chinese cuisine, I believe its essence lies in simplicity—quick, precise cooking that preserves crispiness and texture. Overcooking changes the dish entirely, losing the distinctive qualities of authentic Chinese food. It’s all about fast frying and maintaining the right balance of flavors and textures. There’s no need to simmer or let ingredients sit too long, as that can lead to an overly Americanized version of the cuisine. Overall, as a neighborhood spot, this Panda Express is quite decent, but a little more attention to these details could make it even better.

Nice and clean restaurant. Limited and fixed menu. Would like to see more spicier options. My favorite black pepper chicken is not available at this location. I always see a couple of items empty, and they ask us to wait for 8 minutes to prepare.

I've been looking for good BBQ pork buns since I moved to SJ from SF and these definitely did it! The picture doesn't do their size justice at all. Will try their fried shrimp balls next time. They're the size of a fist. The service was fast and there were lots of options. The prices were great too considering how expensive things are getting.

This is pretty much a take out only place. I think there was a small table there with couple of chairs (maybe before the pandemic?). Anyway, do not plan to eat there. The service is not the best, definitely not with a smile. The servers are probably paid below minimum wage or something, they seem to hate their job and treat the customers as a bother. They expect you to know exactly what you want and if you ask them something, it will be a bother to them. I do like their food, but I don't like to deal with the servers. I wish they have everything in a big vending machine... I am updating this place. Don't bother. Why go somewhere to look at some poker/mad face? Instead, go to Dim Sum King in Sunnyvale. Those guys are very nice and welcoming, and good food with reasonable prices! They didn't pay me to say this!

Their crab noodle smells bad and gross. My friend and I didn’t have any of it because it was stinky. Their dumplings and buns are not recommended. They are not as good as frozen dumplings in my fridge. Don’t go this place!

Good Pan Fried Bao and Shanghai Noodles. Bao had a thinner skin and on slightly sweet flavor which is a good complement to the pork filling. Shanghai Noodles had the smoky wok flavor with combo of salty from soy sauce and sweet. The Pork dumplings were good but not spectacular. The Meatball was big but just like eating chicken broth with a mushy meatball. Price was reasonable for the portion and actual size of the dumplings.

Everything here is really good, it comes out quick, hot, fresh and packed with flavor. I really recommend coming between 11-2 as they have a great lunch deal for 12 dollars you get an entire plate of rice and meat! However all the other options on the menu are great! I know a lot of people complain about the old guy serving in the front and yes he has a horrible attitude but really Hes just old and tired. I come here three times a week and after three months i saw him smile when he saw me! So dont let him get to you and enjoy your food.

I always go there for my lunch atleast 3/4 times a week. The price and portion is good. I even bring my coworkers for that reason. The only downside is the service. The old man could improve his service though. I am fine with his grumpiness but he scares my coworkers away.

This bowl of noodle soup is not fresh. Their menu has not been updated and the chef has changed. The taste is completely different from a last year. It's so unpalatable.

This is a Hong Kong casual fast food style restaurant. If you just want something quick and simple and inexpensive, then it is OK.

What really sets Liu Roast Fish apart is the exceptional service. The staff is super friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure your experience is top-notch. They're accommodating, especially when it comes to dietary needs, making sure everyone feels welcome and well taken care of. Little touches, such as providing aprons to protect your clothes and offering a variety of condiments to customize your meal, show their genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

Liu Roast Fish is the real deal when it comes to roasted fish in the Bay Area. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year, and the quality of the food and service has never wavered – it’s consistently excellent. Liu is hands down the champion of roasted fish around here. Don’t miss out on this gem

Ocean Pearl Restaurant is a must-visit for authentic Chinese BBQ, serving freshly roasted cuts of assorted meats that are packed with flavor. Whether you’re craving crispy roast duck, tender char siu, or succulent pork belly, every bite is perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. One standout dish is their stir-fried broccoli—amazingly flavorful, with just the right amount of seasoning and wok-fired perfection. Everything here tastes authentic and true to traditional Chinese flavors, making it a great spot for a satisfying meal. While there’s often a long line, it’s well worth the wait. Some of the BBQ items take a bit longer to arrive at the table, but the quality and taste make up for it. If you’re a fan of Chinese BBQ, this place is definitely worth checking out!

Ocean Pearl offers classic dishes and a great variety. I’ve been here for a few birthday dinners and enjoyed the extensive options, especially their fried rice and soups. Food: The flavors are hit or miss. Some dishes, like the “Salt and Pepper Squid,” are seasoned perfectly, but others lack flavor. For example, the “Crab Meat and Fish Maw Soup” didn't taste salted. Fortunately, there are salt and pepper shakers on the side. Service: The service is decent, though not very attentive. The staff comes by to refill tea but rarely checks in to see if everything is okay. Atmosphere: The ambiance is warm and lively, with bright lighting in the evenings and decorations that gives it a modern Chinese diner vibe. It’s busy enough to feel energetic without being too noisy (around 7:00 PM on a weekend). The seating options range from booths and family-style round tables to smaller, more private tables. Overall, it’s a nice spot to visit casually with family. The atmosphere is welcoming, but I’d be picky with the dishes since the quality can vary.

Quick good Chinese food. Staffs are nice. Clean and spacious place.

Usually don't go to Panda Express but this one opens pretty early so got breakfast there. Had the 2x teriyaki chicken with white rice and gotta say it's really solid. Rice is rice and the chicken was above average, portions seemed larger then before too. At today's prices this was more then passable.
