Hand pulled noodle
This is the best meat loaf I've ever had. I highly recommend it. It's delicious.
Very excited this place just opened up! They are owned by the same owners of the very popular nearby restaurant “OK Noodle.” New menu selections, all with the same great authentic taste. Highly recommend!!
Edna Ray Chinese Restaurant
I've been going here for a decent amount of time, i have had mishaps from the restraunt here and there, having chicken that was too hard and have to realize their is barley any meat in the salt and pepper chicken. They were hard as a rock in the order and the whole plate was inedible. I've had other problems such as watered down food, noodles, wonton, pot stickers and such. I'm tired of being nice and paying good money for sub-par quality food. I will be not coming back anymore, they are too lazy in quality and cannot be dining 2 tables without them rushing your order and making your food into rocks. It took me a whole plate to find 1 piece if chicken that actually had chicken in it, but it was hard as rubber. Save yourself the time and money, these people are scamming others in hopes they don't notice the poor quality of the food that is being served.
We love this place but tonight it was a total disaster. Ordered at 5:41 and it was here at 6pm. It was NOT cooked fresh. It was definitely reheated and not that much either. I had my usual honey WALNUT shrimp and not a single walnut! and it was soggy like it was reheated from yesterday! And the pork fried rice was really dry. The pork was dried out and the rice was hard. The egg roll was soft and mushy like it had been sitting around since their lunchtime. My husband’s beef wasn’t very warm but tasted ok. For $74 I expected better. I’ve never had a bad meal until now. Sad.
Darda Seafood Restaurant
Good halal food. Lots of choices. Extremely good service. Definitely would highly recommended. I tried Sweet and sour chicken, Cumin olive lamb, Three flavored chow mein and Three flavored fried rice 😋
Darda Seafood Restaurant is good food. The spicy garlic sauce on the shredded chicken is extremely hot and really good. The red chilis are not to be eaten, lol. But other than that, the food came out quickly. This was my first visit to Darda Seafood restaurant, and I plan to return again soon. This is a guys lunch spot, and everything is prepared Halal. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good lunch spot with fast service.
Din Tai Fung
Din Tai Fung absolutely lives up to the hype! I’ve been a regular for a while now, and it’s easily one of my favorite spots in the Bay Area. The food is consistently amazing—every visit is a treat. My go-to favorites are the chicken xiao long bao, shrimp fried rice and the spicy wontons (shrimp and pork and chicken). Both are packed with flavor, perfectly made, and incredibly satisfying. The xiao long bao, in particular, are delicate, juicy, and just so comforting. I love it so much that I make sure to stop by at least once or twice every month—and it’s the first place I take friends when they’re visiting the area. The service is usually quick and attentive, although there’s always a wait time- I’d suggest joining the wait list everytime you plan to visit this place, on weekdays-the wait is typically 2 hours and on weekends- the wait is definitely 3-4 hours. Join the waitlist and go shopping for a smooth wait time!
Delicious food and always amazing service. I always get the vegan options and friends get all the meat things. Soo yummy. If you are drinking definitely recommend a lychee martini. Servers are very knowledgeable and have great recommendations. There is always a long wait, but well worth it. Highly recommend.
Little Hunan
The Hunan Beef was very good with a tasty sauce and good quality meat. The Lemon Chicken was terrible, super thin, overdone, and served with a strange orange sauce rather than lemon. The pot stickers were decent and the pork fried rice quite good, but had almost no pork.
the food was pretty good, the honey walnut shrimp and beef with mushrooms was good, the rice and the potstickers could have been better but it was pretty decent. the soy sauce was a little old, but the food came out quickly. would only order those 2 plates again.
Oriental Garden Restaurant
Pros: The server was very helpful with menu items. Service was fast. Healthy/diet options on the menu. Spacious indoors. Cons: restroom was not very clean or pleasant. Food was tasteless and I had to eat it with tons of sauce.
We were glad that we chose this place on a sultry summer afternoon as we were more than happy with the food and the service! The chicken fried rice was savory and bold and the hot and sour soup, with its plentiful egg ribbons, was thick and spicy. This eatery is one that offers solid meals!
Best Taste Chinese Restaurant
A wonderful Experience at this place. The food was delicious with various options to choose from. As a first timer my wife and I got: ●Szechwan beef (unfried) ●Chow mein (shrimp) ●Fried rice (combination) ●Bread Pudding (Desert) ●Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box -Teriyaki Chicken -egg roll (x1) -salad -California Rolls (x4 pieces) I will say it's not often you find a great restaurant like this that has Szechwan sauce and great tasting meat and vegan choices. I personally recommend the Chicken and beef as main course options if your looking to try this place out.
I always have a great experience at Best Taste Chinese Restaurant! The atmosphere is cozy, newly remodeled and inviting. I have ordered food to go from here several times and it's always delicious, well packaged and they never forget condiments and utensils. It's so nice to be greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I definitely plan to stay and eat one day soon when I'm in the area and I have more time!
Blue Sky
This place has many good reviews compared to other nearby spots, so I tried it out and ordered chicken fried rice. I've been sampling fried rice at various Chinese restaurants around the Bay Area lately. While I wouldn’t say this is the best I’ve had, it’s not bad. It falls on the better side of the spectrum; the rice was not greasy, which reflects the oil quality they use. The chicken was tender and tasted good, and the portion size was great. I might have added salt to the chili oil to enhance the flavor. The staff was friendly as well. I should come back and try more dishes!
I have had the pleasure of dining at Blue Sky Chinese restaurant over 35 years. In that time, it has hands down always been my favorite place to introduce my friends and family and visiting business associates to in the South Bay and we always gladly return for more delicious food. The service is top notch with a genuine smile and a caring way. Food is hot with healthy portions. Terri remembers my family and what we usually order even after my not going in for years at a stretch. I understand why this little gem is always busy from the moment it opens until closing. Do yourself a favor and check them out. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Blue Sky for many years of wonderful meals.
Kiku Restaurant 香苑 향원
Delicious Chinese Korean food! I liked this more than Paik’s Noodle and you can avoid the line. Their jjajangmyeon has seafood inside and the sweet and sour pork was crispy with not too much breading. The sizzling seafood soup was comforting. The prices are not super cheap but reasonable given the portion size.
Chinese-korean food is pretty rare up here in the bay, and these guys do a good job. Kanjjajang and sweet & sour pork were well made! Noodles are bouncy, jjajang sauce is nicely seasoned, and pork is crispy. Dining room could use some work, but I got it to-go and portion sizes were good. Wishing the new owners good luck!
China Chen
Tried out this place for the first time out of curiosity. Got the Hu Tieu Bo Vien and it was pretty good. Service was very quick and the waiters were pretty nice, although they look very busy. Overall pretty good, might come again next time
It’s nice and they served very well (quick) Just had so many drinks.
香苑中國餐館 Chinese Restaurant
New Chinese Korean restaurant in the former Fuki Sushi locale. Same exact decor, including the former restaurant name on the front, with only a hand-written whiteboard that shows the Chinese name. Menu doesn't show it, but the proprietor (waiter?) strongly steered us toward the noodles (homemade) and dumplings bc we spoke Chinese. Understandable: Korea is decidedly near Northern China (which features dumplings & noodles for ots cuisine). We asked for low (or no) spice since we had an elderly person with us who couldn't ingest spice. As a result, absolutely every dish lacked flavor. From the Dry Zahjian noodles to the dumplings to the Mingolian Beef. When I added the table hot pepper paste, things got a bit better. Instructive, and we may give them another shot at us and let them deploy the full flavor. The noodles themselves were really good. Somewhat chewy and authentically homemade. But the Zhejiang sauce was too dark, too plain, and the other ingredients (classically this should have been full of ground pork) were notably absent. Gow choy shrimp dumplings were a tad bland (needed more salt in the stuffing). The Pork Knuckles (appetizer) were supposed to be cold. But they served it straight from the refrigerator, so it was COLD, and anappetizing. Actually pretty well flavored (five spice), but tough. Pork knuckles need to be cooked thoroughly so they melt in your mouth, not be a challenge for your molars! Mongolian Beef really lacked flavor, and the beef was overdone (also not well cut, so it emphasized the doneness). The onions and scallions were well flavored and well cut - had the beef been more tender, this would've been good. The only dish that was well executed in full was the baby bok choy. Slightly crisp at the stem and the low-salt approach helped the fresh vegetable stand out. Disappointing. Was really hoping to have discovered yet another good new restaurant. May give them another chance after 6 - 8 months, when they've had a chance to mature - if they stay that long.
A must try for cold Zhangpi Must-try dry-cooked chicken Must drink crispy rice soup Dumplings with delicious fillings Delicious food Quiet environment Rare restaurant Worth recommending to everyone
Little Chef Chinese Fast Food
The food is fresh and freshly cooked, offering lunch portions that are definitely better than those at Panda Express. However, I found the sauces on the chicken, particularly the glaze, to be a bit too sweet—almost like there was too much corn syrup used as a sweetener. That said, the portion sizes are generous, and I really enjoyed the food. This isn’t a complaint; I think it’s a great option for good food at an affordable price.
Wow! What an amazing meal I just had ✨ the food here is Delicious! Def going to be coming here again. I got 3 egg rolls with this and a drink and the price was 22 bucks! What a delicious deal! 👌🏼 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
