My friend recommended us here. She said there is a great Chinese restaurant downtown. We tried it today and it was much better than I expected. The environment is very comfortable and family style. We ordered the orange chicken, which is the best I have ever had. Very fresh and crispy. The noodles are my children's favorite. I can't believe my son almost finished most of the noodles. It's really good.

It was OK. Saturday afternoon and still got the lunch special, Kung Pao Shrimp, but it tasted off. It was like the shrimp still had a corn starch coating. Hot and sour soup was OK, the meal came with salad and egg roll. All were home made. The menu states, "No MSG," was it missing that? Porcelain dishes and tea kettle, the presentation was impressive. All for $14.99.

It's 5 stars because it's reliably what I expect from Panda, which is also pretty good and why I fairly often choose it. What I liked about this store specifically was that I didn't get that corporate 'jump through the hoops' silliness. Just good service, pleasantly delivered, and with efficiency. No goofy 'we're a culture' signaling, but yet a comfortable culture. Maybe i just got lucky, and a different shift would annoy me with all that induced signaling, but I liked this visit.

It's was just ok. I got the 2 plate one side. Choices was rice and mixed veggies which was good. Along with the Steak and mushrooms i think peppers. Also chicken teriyaki which felt under cooked so I threw most of it away. I don't go to panda as much in my city and maybe not period. Paid $12. Ate and took pictures of the good pieces. šŸ‘

Not just another Panda Express! The food is the same but the atmosphere the night I stopped in was awesome. Everyone, and I mean every one of the employees were super polite, cheery and great. Even the guy sweeping the floor stopped by our table to ask if we needed any more sauce, refills on drinks or anything else. Highly recommend this location as the staff knocked it out of the ballpark.

The service was extremely slow. I was in the drive through line for over 20 minutes even though there was only 3 cars in front me. When I got home and opened my plates the first thing I noticed is that the portions were very small compared to other times I'be been to the same location. One of the plates had the completely wrong items. Very disappointed in today's experience.

Ordered 2-item combo - fried rice, noodles, teriyaki chicken and mushroom chicken. Food was freshly prepared and generous portions were served. A well maintained restaurant with indoor seating available. Overall, food tasted great and service was fast. Will surely return.

Customer service has most definitely gone down. Atmosphere is negative and customer service is very ā€œwhat do you want? Anything else?ā€ Food is still as good as I remember but service used to be so nice.

Great service and tasty food. My son wanted Chinese food. We came here after his haircut near by. He likes the noodles. I like the teriyaki chicken. Shrimp was good. We will be back. They have party trays for your company party, they have soft drink dispensary. Classic place to have good food.

I had been craving chinese food and we decided to come here since we were close by. I shouldve known it was a good place since we walked in the atmosphere felt nasty we were standing waiting to be attended for a while we were not even greeted when the guy finally got to us. Customer service was bad like i said we were not greeted he was even asking what we wanted he just kept grunting no smiles. Food was just as bad i ordered rice, chow mein, broccoli beef, and mushroom chicken. The rice was dry and crumbly it tasted like raw egg it didnt have that fried rice taste. The chow mein was ok i wouldnt say good passable i guess. Broccoli beef tasted mix of raw broccoli and old broccoli the carrot was so hard because of how raw it was and the beef tasted like meat with soy sauce. Chicken had a bad taste almost like if the chicken itself was starting to go bad and they still decided to cook it.

I personally love fried rice. For $12.99 you probably get 2lb of shrimp fried rice and it comes out fresh. you can hear the guy frying it and cooking it in the wok. This place is like a mini Panda Express not as many options but the portion sizes are freaking huge.

We decided to try this place for the first time and it was a mistake. We thought the food would be fresh if we went right when they open. We were wrong. The food looked and tasted like it was reheated from the night before, or even a week before. That’s how disgusting it was. Would not recommend. Waste of money.

This place looks very nice and the food might be good but my girlfriend says she didn't get enough of it to know. She got the one entree one side combo and they basically put enough orange chicken in the box to fill one slot of the Togo Styrofoam container. Plenty of dry rice and noodles though. My "spicy" chicken fried rice is full of cartilage and fat. It was spicy and the orange chicken did taste okay. The service was bad šŸ‘Ž we didn't get drinks at first but decided to stay and eat because we liked the atmosphere so we changed our minds. We were told that they have to charge the card a fee and offered to pay cash for the drink but the cashier never changed the price. Immediately didn't not feel welcomed after refusing to purchase Arizona's in a can for 6.20.

Orange chicken was very good. But the serving size was very small. I watched a previous customer get a way bigger plate for exactly what I paid for. Over charged for drink 2 Arizona teas cost $6.25 and they only cost 99Ā¢ Employees were kinda rude and I didn't feel welcomed.

Ridiculous, went in thru the drive thru ordered a plate and when I got to the window they gave me a bowl with a small side for my second side. The lady then proceeded to tell me they ran out of plates and so that's why they gave it to me in a bowl and that it is the same portion as a plate. There is no way it is the same portion, because if that were the case wouldn't it cost the same for a bowl and plate. Never again going to that location!!!!

1. Food is always fresh! 2. Service is always fantastic! 3. The team always has a vibrant atmosphere! 4. Always clean and they are constantly cleaning! 5. They come and check on your dining experience. 6. They have PANDA REWARDS and they are will to help you enroll if you're not tech savvy. Hands down a beautiful location with a great and enthusiastic atmosphere.

The food here is usually pretty good, but tonight I got the firecracker steak and shrimp. Every bite of meat had gristle, unfortunately. The chow mein and vegetables were very bland. It’s usually better than this - ?

Sorry but this one tasted different than the rest when it came to the orange chicken & the mushroom chicken. I hate to say this but I think someone forgot to steam the chopped zucchini for the mushroom chicken. The orange chicken tasted different but still ate it. Really not sure why but other than that everything was good. Maybe different cooks not sure. I would rather be honest in my writings than lie.

I really enjoy eating at China Express at 4th and Grove in Ontario. Super nice people that work there🄰 you can count on good food and a good portions.

This place use to be good. Last experience was horrible, prices way up and the quality was terrible. I asked for jalapeno chicken and mushroom chicken. They served me damn near a pound of zucchini, no meats, no jalapeƱos. Going to Mr. Yous from now on.

This place is straight out of the 1970's! The decor and equipment is the same as when they opened. It's a Chinese bowl place in an older shopping center, so really what can you expect? But - guess what ? They make Louisiana Fried Chicken! Not something I would expect here but it looked amazing. I didn't get to try it as they said they only cook it to order and it takes 20 minutes. I couldn't wait but they say many of their customers call ahead to order it. So next time I will for sure. The owner and cook are very nice.

So where do I start with this review? I suppose I'll start with the food since it's suppose to be the main attraction. To be fair the fried rice and chow mein were pretty...okay, which should be rightly so since it IS a Chinese restaurant, after all. I ordered the beef garlic and teriyaki chicken, the beef was okay, not great but the chicken was sub par, it had almost an old taste to it, like if it had been siting out for a while. I was worried if I ate it, it would make me sick. I actually had to eat around it and throw it out. I think for any future chinese food I'll go somewhere, anywhere else. As a side note they also serve Louisiana style fried chicken but in all honesty, if you can't do Chinese food right as a Chinese food restaurant, then why would the Louisiana style fried chicken be any better? The lady behind the counter was nice, but not nice enough to justify going back to this restaurant.
