Came on a Friday afternoon 1:44 pm by myself, only 2 tables were be occupied. I wanted to sit on a booth table, got rejected. Unfortunately I have to sit on the single table, while so many booths are open, and it’s not peak lunch time. I sat for a little while and left. Don’t think I’ll ever come back. I work close by, this plaza is a almost everyday dine in place for me. I always eat by myself, and there are so many booths in other restaurants. Don’t get me wrong, if it’s peak time, or going to be a busy time soon, I will choose to sit on the single table or at least be more understanding. But its 1:44 pm, it’s not busy at the time, and will be not busy in 2 hours. I’m sitting on a booth table writing this review now. 😃and its 2:02 pm.

There is happy lunch time in the store….food is clear, delicious and fresh…. Service is good too…. I will come back to try the Chinese BBQ….

First time eating here. What brought me here was the delicious smell of the food. I'm so happy the smell matched the taste. What a great deal. I got the 2 Meat Items Orange Chicken Beef and Broccoli and Chow Mein 😋 it was so delicious. Service was quick and loved the cleanliness. I look forward to returning. This Chinese Food hit the spot.

This is the best Chinese food in the I.E. The fried chicken was the best fast food fried chicken I have ever had. The fried shrimp is also very good. The portion sizes were very satisfying and generous. The pot sticker/gyozas had a delicious flavor with the garlic dipping sauce.

Really good. Was packed when I arrived but still got my order pretty quickly. Delicious Cumin lamb, Walnut shrimp and their house fried rice, everything was super flavorful and better than expected. Ps: some earlier review said their lamb wasn't great, either things have changed, or they don't know what they're talking about 😆

Very humble Chinese restaurant. The interior could be a little cramped, but it was sufficient for small groups. Service was speedy but do not expect normal American-style service. The star of the show had to be the foods. Presentation, aroma, and taste were great. Loved the crunchy, light texture of the dumplings. The spicy beef noodle soup was full of flavor and delightfully spicy....the crunchy chicken dish was a big surprise. Very good.

We were craving for Chinese food last night, however, our usual go-to place is just too far. So we've decided to look for somewhere close. Im looking for freshly cooked food that will satisfy the cravings. We found Bamboo Kitchen inside a plaza corner of Milliken and Foothill. I was surprised to see the place not busy on a Saturday afternoon. I was a little skeptical if the food here was good. The place is quaint and clean. The lady behind the counter who must be the owner was really friendly, she offered some free jasmine tea and rice to add in our to-go order. Our order came out fast. The portions of the food is worth the price. We ordered Chicken popcorn, salt and pepper pork, Shanghai pork spare ribs, kung pao chicken and fried rice. All freshly cooked. The aroma tells me that this is going to be great! I was right, everything taste really gooood!! All flavors hit the spot. Cravings satisfied!!! Better than our usual go-to place. The free jasmine tea is really awesome, I just need some sea salt foam and it will taste the same as the one I buy at a famous bakery store nearby. I was wondering if we found a Chinese food gem in RC, how come the place is not packed? People should try this place. Highly recommended.

Some of the best Chinese food I've had in a while. The service was great and the owner is very helpful and offered great recommendations which where awesome choices.

The employees were friendly because they showed the accuracy of my order and the food was delicious! I ordered a Honey Sesame Chicken Breast bowl with Chow Mein (both my favorite) and a new apple pie egg roll and I was really enjoying eating both. Despite the high price in the mall, it was worth my money to pay for it!

Very popular among shoppers. The longest line in the food court. The service is quick. Food is fresh, except fried rice; it was cold (pre frozen). We couldn't eat it. I like the new crispy almond chicken, the honey wlt shrimp, and ty he grilled teriyaki chicken.

Panda Express is a great place to eat! The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Fresh food is made throughout the day, and there's a good variety of soft drinks and teas. You can call in your order or use the phone app to order ahead for quick and easy pickup, which makes it super convenient. Overall, a tasty and efficient dining experience every time!

This PE branch is clean and friendly staffs with fair portion per order. Spacious dine-in place and close by I-15, quick in and out. However, the parking lot is somewhat limited in spaces so I had to park across by the mall’s parking lot.

I entered a clean Panda Express location with a diverse and friendly staff. It was a Tue early afternoon with plenty of places to park. Food was good, as usual. But the neat thing to me was the variety of places to sit. There are small (couple) tables near the windows, private tall tables near the back, large dining tables for families and bar sit down (shelves?) facing the street view. Even on the way out, a few workers with vests walked by us to sit down on the cool tables outside. And they had food bags from somewhere else. Lol. Safe place to eat and the restrooms require a code for safety.

Panda Express is a good choice for anyone looking for quick and tasty American-Chinese food. It may not have the authenticity of a traditional Chinese restaurant, but it delivers on flavor and convenience, making it a solid choice for a fast-food meal. Some may find the food a bit too sweet, with sauces that can sometimes overpower the natural flavors of the meat and vegetables. Portions are generous, but prices can be a bit on the higher side for fast food, especially if you add extra entrees!

Food wasn’t good at all and it tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Small portions aswell

I saw the other reviews and thought : Eh, might as well try it. I like the food, no food poisoning so far BUT the sanitation is borderline non-existent: there was a fly! And the server wasn’t even available to dish the food. So who knows what the fly landed on!? Anyways, I still ate the food and didn’t die so that’s a plus. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m on the brink of starvation. Combo is 12$ btw

I finally quit. The portions are not equal to cost and I’ve dealt with that. But now I’m getting broccoli that has gone bad…. I’m grossed out and speechless . I thought there was meat on one piece but it’s not and it’s not soy sauce either. On a positive note the staff is always great but unfortunately the bad food overshadows.

The place is large and clean and I appreciate the hand sanitizer in multiple places. A couple things will keep me from returning to this location. Mostly the fact that the cashier was not polite without a thank you or a smile. The other things were: no chop sticks, no large a la-cart boxes, and the fried rice had a mildly toasted to burnt taste that both my husband and I noticed. Not terrible, just saying. The peas did have some noticeable burnt spots though. Also, the lemonade was apparently out and only water came from that dispenser.

One of the nicest, cleanest, 🐼 Express locations. Good friendly staff. Manager Michael knows what he is doing.

I have to say, I was taken aback by the negative buzz surrounding this Panda Express in Rialto. My wife and I decided to give it a try last Wednesday, and we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. Upon walking in, we found the restaurant to be moderately clean and inviting - definitely not the chaotic atmosphere that some reviews suggested! The ambiance was actually quite decent; it had a relaxed vibe that made it perfect for enjoying dinner. What truly stood out was the service. Right from the get-go, the staff greeted us warmly and attended to our needs promptly. The food was fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious! We ordered a variety of dishes (Chow Mein, Fried Rice, Kung Pao Chicken, Beijing Beef, Mushroom Chicken, and String Bean Chicken Breast), and each one was executed perfectly - packed with flavor and cooked just right. I think people often forget how consistent and tasty Panda Express can be, and it’s easy to see that the Rialto location takes that to heart. Plus, the prices are right in line with what you’d expect from any other Panda Express, so it was a win-win! In our experience, everything was on point, from the service to the food quality. Honestly, we walked out with happy bellies and no complaints to whatsoever. We left with a positive impression and are looking forward to visiting again.

this place truly surprised me in the best way. First off, their NEW fried rice is a standout! The cute little sign says “Best taste,” and they’re not wrong. The rice is perfectly stir-fried—fluffy, flavorful, and loaded with colorful veggies like peas, carrots, and egg. It tastes just like something homemade, but even better. 🍚✨ I also tried the Kung Pao Chicken and Broccoli Beef, and wow—both were bursting with flavor! The Kung Pao Chicken had the perfect balance of heat and savoriness, with tender chunks of chicken, crunchy peppers, and peanuts tossed in a rich, slightly spicy sauce. As for the Broccoli Beef, the beef was juicy and tender, and the broccoli was fresh and perfectly cooked—crisp, not soggy. 🍗🌶🥦 The food was hot, fresh, and clearly made with care. On top of that, the staff was friendly, the serving area was clean, and the portions were generous at a great price. If you’re craving authentic, satisfying Chinese food with that homestyle taste, Mr You is the place to go. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or picking up dinner for the family, you’ll leave full and happy.

Not fresh at all. The orange chicken has a good tasting sauce but the chicken is so fatty and chewy with barely any orange sauce and idk what’s with the batter they use for it when you bite it you can feel and taste mush in it and you can see in the picture. The chowmein is horrible. Extremely dry no flavor to it. Paid for a drink and the lady hands me my food and walks out the back counter I said my drink please and she got mad and rolled her eyes and gave me my cup. Terrible food I should have just gone to my regular spot. Foods not even hot it’s all like warm. The wontons I’m sure are going to make me sick they weren’t even warm. 17$ for horrible food. Save your money please.
