COME W/ EXTRA TIME… Lately, every time I enter this Panda Express it becomes increasingly more busy and it seems a bit understaffed. I spent over half my lunch break just waiting for a person to make my plate. I appreciated them acknowledging my presence, but it’s a long wait just to grab a bite. Drive-thru is the same way, I’ve spent a hot minute in there last time. The vibe is bustling although the restaurant itself is chill. Panda Express is an MSJC fav, I used to come here a lot when I was going to school in San Jacinto as it’s super close to the college. I’ve noticed this Panda Express is also quite clean and the tables are always in order. Customer service is generally good. As for food, some of it can taste like it’s been sitting there all day. It really doesn’t happen but this last visit the super greens tasted off, along with the Honey Walnut Shrimp. Note, this Panda Express has outdoor seating and tight parking.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Panda Express today. I ordered online then to find out the portion sizes were unbelievably small—not even enough to satisfy a child, let alone an adult expecting a proper meal. I paid for a full meal and ended up with barely anything in my tray. To make matters worse, I was on my lunch break and didn’t have the time to return to the store and get this resolved in person. It’s frustrating to spend money on a meal and still leave hungry. This is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning if this is the kind of portion size I can expect. Panda Express, do better. Customers deserve to get what they pay for.

Apparently the employees have a employees bathroom only. When asked about the code for the customer restroom, I was told to wait & the associate had to open it. 1 out of the 2 restrooms were occupied & the employee said they can't open that one because it's for the employees. After a solid minute and a half of holding my urine[due to service being backed up] - had to wait for the associate to finish their customer being rung up before having someone assist me. But once they seen the "customer " restroom was occupied they walked awayb& didn't open the 2nd fully functional restroom.

It hit the spot!!! Just ordered one meat, one side bowl. I'M FULL!!

Noodles were hard for a 2pm afternoon lunch. Potatoes & chicken were all potatoes. Asked for the spicy wings and this lady grabbed the scooper and put more potatoes as my second item and put 1 and a half wings on top and shut it. Chilli oil that you have to pay for had no flavor just oil. Seemed out of date.

Feared for my life as she asked me what I want. Slammed my receipt on the table with my drinks dripping wet. Didnt taste good, too sweet, boba felt like I was eating shrimp with no flavor. No eye contact.

The portions were pretty big and the price made me think it was 2005 again. I had the black pepper chicken, the coconut shrimp and some cream cheese wontons. Overall a solid place for a quick bite of Asian food. Would recommend.

Food is extremely salty, the lady at the counter is rude,she yells at you when you don’t understand her. Portion sizes used to be bigger for meat.

Two years ago I was treated badly by employee and managers. The reason why because I was looking for my food and employee didn't bother to tell me where my food was when I was with my mom . Jessica is her name stood there and didn't say anything to me . It was rude . I told management they believed her over me . Richard the manager and the Mexican lady manager was rude how they talked to me.

Passive aggressive attitude/racism at this place by a young blue eye female Caucasian worker, along with a taller caucasian male worker making faces while he thought i wasn’t looking. My plate was skimpy and i was served a partial piece of whole onion which disgusted me and made me lose my appetite. No sauces were offered or a thank you for my business. I was quite hungry and having a long day. My attitude was polite and easy going. I guess being Hispanic young and on my day off is offensive to some people. I will be boycotting this particular Panda Express, please don’t come here especially if you are of color. Blessings to those reading this.

They give fat portions! The food is smackin!

We loved this place because it was close, inexpensive and tasty. However getting towards the end of our tray we found a cooked pincher bug in there. I am really grossed out and sad, we won't ever go back.

Beautiful Panda Express! Not only from the outside, but also on the inside. Spacious seating and nice atmosphere. The place is clean and the staff friendly. Food is consistent and still affordable.

The Cashier Melissa is rude. Rang me up without my order being complete, I wanted to add a drink Asked for sauce, told me I needed to wait and was trying to ring up the person behind me while I was still in transaction of getting my order. Not sure what her issue was today, but it was unnecessary and unprofessional. If you hate your job, get a different one.

I have been here multiple times in the last few months and it's always quite pleasant. Food is good, service is good, I'm happy.

Love this place. We would like to sit and enjoy the food but this location is always super cold! Can’t stand it, had to leave as soon as we get our food! Ask the cashier and said they don’t have control of that! They can’t do anything about it!

Wow!!! What happened to the kids meals? My kids are still hungry. Went through the drive thru so we didn't see that this location cut the kids meals quantity in half. Where's the meat????

I came here with an online order expecting to be in and out. I'm not from this area, but the first thing that stuck out to me was how big the counter was. It was able to wrap around 1/3rd of the restaurant. I was waiting for maybe about 15 minutes after my app told me it was ready. With no one in front of me, I was expecting to be helped moderately quickly, but it took a few minutes for them to acknowledge me. The orange chicken was different, but not bad. The chow mein was really good, and the fried rice was cold. Overall, it's not my favorite experience, but I know how it is for a restaurant to not always be the best it can be, so hopefully, when I come back to visit, the food and service may get better

Today I had a two item combo orange chicken and barbecue pork all lo mein I would give it five stars but my lo mein was not real hot and same with my orange chicken but I did get a couple pieces that were really hot and they were absolutely delicious I only eat half anyway so I’m gonna reheat it tomorrow and put it all together and it’s gonna be freaking killer The girl was very busy she handled herself well not to mention she’s really cute I wish I was younger recommend this place I will be back for sure Rock on Ho ho! The food is delicious. We got our favorite items including...coconut shrimp, orange chicken, and broccoli beef. Along with fried rice and lo mein noodles. The lady that helped us was friendly.

they always give so much here which is great !! service is quick and friendly. i just wish my stomach didn't hurt every time i got food here , which has only happened at this panda location specifically. regardless , i am still going to keep eating here. you can use your rewards here which is great!

Fast service, solid food Pretty much the same as most panda expresses

I like pick up stix. The food was decent. The choices were limited it's no Panda but the options are generally the same. However there was no pick two or three it was very limited. No bottled or can beverages which suck because something came out of the ice despenser which is a no no for me. So I instantly said I don't want any ice from that machine. She went and got me some from the back which didn't make me feel any better. So it's a no for me on fountain drinks in general. Hate seeing what's really in my ice. Interestingly enough I loved the pick up stix in San Diego so far not going back to this one or the one in San Jacinto. I don't pick up stix may be a no for me. Albeit not bad food- sad really. With the limits and prices you can get more bang for your buck else where. Just saying. Nice size restaurant.

My favorite location to eat for Asian cuisine. Firecracker chicken or the broccoli beef never fails from here and the nice clean lobby helps me enjoy it. Jocelyn and Bree are always super kind and bring the best service
