Fine Wok
Food overall good and good portions, shrimp fried rice, standard not bad, beef chow mei, good flavor, walnut shrimp very well done that's why I have 4 start. However, the sweet and sour soup, no sour taste at all needs more sour to get that known flavor of this particular soup. But overall i would order from here again. But will be on the lookout for the 5 ⭐✨ Chinese restaurant near my neighborhood. oh by the way no chopsticks given so if you use them please let them know to give you some.
Just wasn't very good. No care into the dishes at all. The walnut shrimp sauce was just a blob on top instead of nicely coated pieces. The rice noodles were stale and inedible.
Super Wok
Fried rice was mushy not fried at all and I got it fresh orange chicken was decent some pieces were more fried than others pepper chicken had way too much pepper more onions n pepper than chicken never seen this much oil in Chinese food very greasy
Food is old and is drenched in oil. Customer service is terrible, very ignorant and rude. And charged us for 1 small cup of sauce that we didn't even get.
Dragon Flame
Great little spot to come eat, lady was nice I came to grab a bite with my family loved how it’s unique and located few miles away Like it!
The food was pretty good. We had Orange chicken, veggie chow mein, fried egg rice, and Mongolian beef. Wait time was afoul. First plate to be set on our table was the veggie chow mein, four minutes later we received the Mongolian beef. Five minutes later we received our fried egg rice. I asked the person who brought out our last plate to our table about the time in wich our plates were being brought out to us. His response," I cannot cook the food in a minute, you know what I mean? Next time let us know you want your food all at once." Three minutes later, our orange chicken came out. You decide for yourself about the way the cook explained himself, but I did not like it. A few minutes later the waitress came over to our table and explained why our dishes were brought out at different times. " We are very busy during lunch." Hmmmm. The place was empty!!!!!! We accupied the third table out of 20. I'm not going back.
Panda House
The food was DELICIOUS! Keep in mind this isn’t fast food, but a restaurant so the prices are higher than other Chinese fast food places. The portion sizes are huge. The owner was so nice to us and even gave us steam rice for free. We ordered orange chicken, broccoli beef, and the chow mien, I believe in total it was more than $50.
Best authentic Chinese food in town! This family business has been here for over 25 years and the food is simply so delicious and authentic. Don’t go anywhere else for Chinese food! Get your fix here.
Chuck's Chinese & American Food
My family has been going here for quite some time but today I went in on supposedly what was lunch special we got two meals $11.79 right ??but tell me why my total was $40 bucks ? !!!!!! My dad is the type of man that never checks his prices I on the other hand ALWAYS make sure at family own restaurants they don’t try to steal my money so after all these years my parents have been getting robbed by these people I complained to her if I can have a receipt she didn’t want to give me one she was rude about it and said that why don’t I trust her and I was just not trying to get crazy out of respect for myself and my family the food was super salty had old chicken from days ago you can tell from the meat quality all they do is just seasoned it extra to hide the oldness of the food MY FAMILY WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. For years my dad has been getting robbed for his money for disgusting food please always check your receipts keep in mind she didn’t give. Me one ,refused too and just not a good place to go I’m not a mean customer but I am pissed that they would do this to their loyal customers, which was my parents, but no longer will I let them come eat at this restaurant 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 if it were up to me, I would put no stars because they don’t deserve any at all I HIGHLY DONT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE EVER !!!! Thief’s!!!!!!!
Look Before You Leave..... 😳🫤 Do not go here if you are looking for traditional / authentic Egg Foo Young. No egg in sight anywhere. Nothing more than a rice patty with shrimp see for yourself. Too bad I got this meal to go. I immediately called the restaurant, and they acted as if I didn't know what egg foo young was and how it's made. Sell this to someone who doesn't know any better. I need a recommendation for authentic chinese food because this wasn't it. Awful 👎🏻
China Beauty Food Express
Some of the dishes are not necessarily authentic Chinese cooking but they still taste like Chinese food and the prices are affordable.
So their ready to go food sitting out is decent trash (I say it endearingly) Chinese food, but if you place a special order that's not on the menu they prepare it exponentially better as if they cooked it for themselves at home. It's phenomenal how delicious it is. Here's another great thing, sometimes they'll add a special dish that originates from villages back in China, it'll seem bizarre, but it's delicious. Very kind and hospital, great environment. Great people.
Nomad Asian Bistro
I visited Nomad Chinese with my family during a trip to LA, looking for halal Chinese food. After a 30-40 minute wait on Christmas Day, we finally got a table. The service was slow—our waiter arrived after 10-12 minutes, and the food came in 3-4 installments after another long delay. We specifically asked if they could make a couple of dishes gluten-free. The waiter confidently said “yes, no issues.” However, when the food arrived, we discovered that not all items were gluten-free—confirmed later by the kitchen supervisor. This miscommunication was frustrating, especially since their website claims to cater to dietary needs. The food was fully halal and above average, but the poor service, lack of attention to food allergies, and inaccurate website information left us disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re desperate for halal Chinese food with no other options. It’s overhyped and not worth the wait.
It was horrible experience. I can’t eat all the foods that I ordered. I ordered Hot and sour soup, Orange chicken, Beef teriyaki, and Fried noodle, which was not tasty at all. The meat quality is not fresh and too chewy to eat. Their service is not good at all as well, and the restaurant didn’t look clean. It was greatly waste of my money and time. I would say never come here. There was no Chinese, which means a lot.
dan modern chinese - long beach
Dan Chinese Food Restaurant is very clean, which is a definite plus for a Chinese restaurant. However, the rest of the experience was disappointing. When we arrived, they mentioned there was no heater available for outdoor seating, but while we waited, the staff was busy helping another party turn on their heater. It took 20 minutes just to clear a table after the previous diners left, making the service feel extremely slow. As for the food, it was underwhelming. The beef noodle soup was especially disappointing—worse than instant noodles with beef flavoring. I’ve never seen shredded beef used in beef noodle soup before, and it just didn’t work. On the brighter side, their rice was cooked perfectly. Overall, the cleanliness and decent rice were the only redeeming factors.
Taiwanese soup dumpling house. The soup dumplings are great. The sauteed garlic string beans are very flavorful. The noodles were also made very well. Somewhat pricy.
Lee's BBQ & Boba
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lee's BBQ & Boba Chinese Food. I was thoroughly impressed! The flavors are absolutely delicious, with each dish prepared perfectly. The meats are tender and flavorful, and the variety of options on the menu made it hard to choose just one. I highly recommend the chicken Chow Mein and the dumpling soup — they were simply outstanding! It's clear that they take pride in their food and customer experience. Whether you're craving a quick bite or a satisfying meal with friends, this is a perfect place to visit. Can't wait to return for more amazing food.
If you are looking for a place that sells fresh, savory, and just plain delicious Chinese food this is the best place to go. Honestly better than Panda Express. I love their walnut shrimp and their chipotle shrimp is also great, not too spicy just tasty. Their portions are big so you can share a plate but you won’t want to because you want to order everything on the menu. Favorite Chinese food, my mom loved it too! 😋
Chinese Kitchen
The food and prices are decent. Today I ordered a thai iced tea and asked for easy ice. The lady told me that she could not fill it up more because I asked for less ice. So this was the drink she handed me. Ridiculous I think. I doubt it would have cost her much to fill it up.
I was a bit dissapointed. I vouched for this place since my family was looking for a place to eat. Since the reviews seemed good I said we should try it. When we went to pay for our food, the lady advised they take cash only. She said kinda rudely, "I told you already". I don't remember her mentioning it, but even if she did, she didn't have to be rude about it. And in this day and age who takes just cash? Anyhow, even though the food was decent, service is just as important. Sadly, I won't be coming here again.
Jin Dragon Chinese Food
Came here for the first time. Very good Chinese food. Nice portions for the price. Food looks very fresh. Very friendly worker. Nice clean place with restroom. Only complaint I have is that the coca cola fountain drink was a little low on the syrup. The soda tasted bland. Definitely recommended this place.
One of the cleanest Chinese restaurants I've seen. The food is great too! Tasty rice noodles.
China Express
Small portions kind of cheap both lady's that serve items and they go up on price every 6months
I went there on August 8, 2022 and ordered shrimp soup , which had around 10 medium-sized shrimps in it and cost $8.53 plus tax. Good price. I called today August 22 and confirmed that they are still in business.
