I like this panda but I don’t love it. I’m trying to think of some reason why that’s the case. I feel like they’re too busy to give you great service but I never actually see them that busy. It’s weird I almost feel like two different universes share this panda location. I’m watching them run around the back with an empty front or stand around the back with a packed front. So yeah that’s my conclusion this panda is the first inter dimensional location and I just happen to always go when the other universe is using it. In that case I won’t complain about it managing one universe sounds difficult. Oh yeah the portions. They are hit or miss one time I got enough meat to feed two and one time I got enough to feed a mouse. They didn’t complain though. A wise man once said balanced as all things should be. Very apt description of this locations portions.

Nasty super greens they tasted horrible and then I actually looked and given nasty greens, my husbands walnut shrimp was very disgusting!

What you’d expect from a Panda Express. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t offer samples. There was a new shrimp item and I never, I mean never, ask for samples but was denied. I have it a go anyway and it was tasty.

The individuals that work here are so sweet with great customer service! The food is fresh and good!I would most definitely recommend eating here!

Thai ribs are fire! My favorite thing to get when down town. Not too filling but oh so satisfying. Order some extra rice because that ish is gas also.

The thai ribs and the corn side dish are a mus if you visit this restaurant. The place has a great ambience a must if you are on downtown

Don't waste your money! Unless you enjoy eating cold chewy meat, cold broccoli etc Spent $36 here & was a serious waste of money!! Couldn't even make thru our first sitting of food!! Once I really looked at the interior it's pretty nasty too!! The health department should look into this place or 3tv dirty dining!!! Lots of better Chinese places around, that are probably much better! Go there!!!!

I don’t even know where to begin with .. As soon as I opened the door the lady from across the room asking me if it’s take in or out like let me get first and greet me lol she was doing that to all customers coming in not greeting just yelling from across the room while sitting down . And OMG I paid $16.50 just for me that’s over priced for a place that don’t have good customer service and the food just nasty not tasty at all half way done not a lot of variety I didn’t even ate it all and let me tell you this girl LOVES to eat I thought I try that place since is closer to home .. I been to buffets less than this with more variety and food that’s cook all they way maybe it was more pricey because of the shrimp and crabs legs they had … NOT EVEN they grab legs where eatable 😞

First time coming here with my sister, and it was very quiet and clean inside(more spacious than expected) The food was awesome and filling, I’d just say that the nigiri plate isn’t for first time sushi eaters like me b/c that was a LOT to handle. Spicy roll though, great. Always try the orange chicken at any establishment that offers it to test theirs out, and with the rice, it was crispy and delicious. The fried rice was well portioned and dumplings came out crispy, although I’d thought they’d needed a lil bit of seasoning or, in the case of the rice, a protein to accompany it to give it that ~ummph~. But otherwise they were good. Saw a few reviews about the approachability or service from the counter, and yes it was a lil too quiet of an interaction, compared to say other places where they appear giddy and ready to talk to you. However, they were polite from what I’d gotten and they were right to the point with order taking, making sure you got what you want in an orderly fashion. I believe that yes, hospitality is a key role in the continuation of a customer to business relationship, and I think they do that in their own manner that some may or may not like. Overall, I’d think I’d come back, maybe not get the nigiri until I’m ready haha. But I’d give this a try for Asian cuisine.

Good food, made fresh. Was VERY tasty. Would definitely go back again, my friend got orange chicken with fried rice, and said it was excellent 👌, I had beef and broccoli with veggies, no rice, - also excellent. And Mongolian beef with fried rice, also very good. 3 entrees, fried rice, extra veggies and stuffed jalapeno $52. On take out.

Came here for the first time back in March 2024. We decided to try this restaurant on a whim. Once walking in we could see it was run down and out dated. The service wasn't there, you are your own service. They charged alot for not much of a buffet. Everything was almost gone, certain dishes were dried out from sitting in the pans for so long from the heat lamps. The food isn't hot, I picked out foods I knew that they kept refilling freshly like the egg rolls but even then some dishes were bland or they had used old produce and you could see and taste it. The restaurant was small and crowded it seemed to be regulars that kept this restaurant open for so long. The walls and floors were dirty, a few tables as well. Save your money.

I’ve been eating here for 10 years and I love their quality of food and also the affordability. Cashier is so nice and friendly. Thank you. It’s been an honor becoming a loyal customer.

This place is awful.Dirty, food is bad & not cooked right. Not fresh. No water in bathrooms or machines. Drinks are warm, not cold. Rice is not fresh. Ceiling fans dirty & gross. We all got sick from this place

I got door dash for delivery. It arrived hot. I was super unimpressed by my hot and sour soup that was 9 bucks. Usually it comes with beef, chicken, shrimp, tofu, mushrooms and bamboo shoots which it had none of. It was basically beef broth with a few fresh mushrooms and green onions. The flavor was really good though, just lacked the proteins. I also ordered the Mongolian Beef which ended up being 99% onion and 1% beef, again with the lack of protein. The flavors were really good though so I'm torn. I just moved to this area so I'll check out a few more places before I'll decide my favorite. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here but I also wouldn't avoid it.

At first it wasn’t bad until my throat started to tingle and I look down after consuming a little bit to see metal in my food, is this from a grill metal wire brush? There was multiple in my lo mein, here I am at work throwing up constantly right now, now I have to go home and lose paid hours due to food safety hazards, I will be calling my attorney.

Ordered lunch clearly states fried rice and crab puff. Nooe review brown bland no flavor rice and a tiny tiny splash of cream cheese puff. 1st time ordering she said she would wave tje delivery charge. Nope still got charged. Said food would be delivered in 15 to 20 min. Nope 2 hour later Luke warm food. Never again. Over charged and under delivered

Cashier and cook were rude. I asked for a refill for my soda the cook guy yelled at me. I asked if I could pay for another drink, it wasn't a problem. He then again yelled at me for trying to pay. I was a tad bit confused. Can't complain about the food price when I paid 13 bucks. I get what I pay for right. I was more or less a bit concerned about the refill debacle

I has being going there for 29 years, excellent food for the price, we used pay &4.50 at that time now is a little bit more, but is still worth the price; like the big pieces of chicken, and excellent service, and the atmosphere is quite and unique.

Tastes like you would expect, Americanized Chinese food. The amount of food you get seems like a good deal compared to the other airport options. You can split the fried rice and noodles 1/2 and 1/2 then add whatever other entree you want for a filling meal.

Ordered a meal and after getting situated sitting went to cashier to ask for water. No water! Wait what? Asked for manager and manager said they don't have water other than buying their bottled water. Wait what? I never heard of a restaurant not giving water and there's no sign do you don't know until you pay for your meal that you must now buy their water too! NO WATER

This buffet is the best in the Chinese grand buffet league because it is the cleanest I've been to in the valley and the food is pretty constantly being refreshed. These are such basic things and should be standard but I have yet to find another that meets this, fundamentally (looking at you Lin's - gross!) Selection is great and everything is savory. I didn't try the Mongolian or sushi but all of the ingredients and offerings looked great! Staff is attentive. Pricing is reasonable, too.

Do not ever put your coins into this machine. It just eats your money and you’ll never get a refund. I’ve been here several times, and not once has this machine been fixed. This is already the third time I’ve lost money, and once again, my child couldn’t even play. I can’t understand why they leave a broken machine like this just sitting here. The service is absolutely the worst — they clearly don’t care about their customers at all.”

This place sounded and looked good on the internet. I should have turned and left the second I walked in. But I was tired and hungry and I ordered the lemongrass chicken to go. What I got was basic Chinese food that was overcooked with a sickenly sweet sauce and tired over cooked vegetables. Panda Express does better than this and they are terrible too. Don't waste your money or time here. I hope it won't make me sick.

The food is usually par here however the lady that serves here is completely rude and lazy. She never brought us water. After our meal arrived and we started eating I had to get up and ask her for water. She couldn’t even set our plates infront of me or my guests. She just set everything on the edge of the table. When it was time for the bill I had to get up and go pay and also ask for Togo boxes. I won’t ever be back…not because of the food but because the service SUCKS!
