Panda Express
The young lady at the drive-thru window is a keeper. As she handed my card back, she commented, "BTW That braid looks really nice on you." Kindness counts- even if everything else had been bad (it wasn't), I'd be returning again. 6:30pm 4/16/25
This is a great fast food option to burgers and burritos. The orange chicken is good and the teriyaki chicken is even healthier and tastey. The portions are fantastic also. Great value.
Panda Express
This is my second time ordering from this location for delivery. I ordered bigger plate and the amount of orange chicken is okay I guess but the side for the super green is so much less than I was expecting. One broccoli and few pieces of cabbage is not okay though. This location needs to be more consistent on the portions of the food they are serving.
It was good but i think they can get better at talking to each other and get more organized and the food was all a little to well done but it was still good So don’t recommend BUT I also don’t think it’s bad
New Golden China Restaurant
We had to try this hole in the wall right around the corner from where we live, and I gotta say we weren't disappointed. We walked in and sat down, ordered and the food was delicious. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Nice place for you and the wife just to sit and talk and have good food.
This Chinese restaurant is decent. It's definitely no Lotus Garden. I went inside for my carry out order and there were only 2 tables occupied at lunch time. The employees were nice. The beef pepper steak was less than subpar. I don't even know if it was really beef. I lost my appetite after a few bites and couldn't finish it. I'm unsure about the other menu items.
Panda Express
I order two large chow main noodles and what I got served was very upsetting I don’t know who may have been doing the cooking but I hope what happened to us don’t happen to anybody else my son loves panda and even he was upset they had so much vegetables in the chow main it outweighed the noodles here is the picture to match
Had a good experience at Panda today. Good food and great service. Assistant manager karen is very professional and courteous. Food is good and always consistent. Price is still reasonable, given how prices are now.
Urban Wok
Came here during convention hours. The line moved pretty quickly considering how busy it was. If i had more time, I likely wouldn't have come to eat here, but overall, I was satisfied. Got a free fortune cookie too 😄
I didn’t know it was possible to serve half the food, taste worse, AND be more expensive than Panda Express, but somehow Urban Wok pulls it off. Congratulations on being the worst fake Chinese food restaurant in Phoenix!
Pei Wei Asian Kitchen
Pei Wei is a popular casual Asian restaurant and normally is pretty good. This airport location sits right in the middle of the A gates and shares a dining space with a couple of other restaurants. The people working here were inefficient and disinterested so there was a bit of a wait. Also, this location has a much smaller menu than most Pei Wei’s so there are only a few things here as options.
Stopped in waiting for a flight. The food itself was surprisingly solid for a airport chain. The firecracker chicken was crunchy and gristle free, not over fried. The white rice was not dry or soggy, just regular ol' decent white rice. The bourbon chicken portion was meager, but what was there was well cooked, not dry, and it did not just taste like Chinese food sweet brown sauce #46, had a little smoky sweet like bourbon glazed at big chains. If you're in the airport and don't want to go down the entire other wing to an overcrowded Panda Express it will satisfy your mid Chinese craving, maybe even slightly upper-mid. Pro: nice staff made sure one order was rice free when the kiosk didn't allow it. Cons: fried rice out of stock, several soda flavors out of stock, counters pretty dirty which I usually don't mind much, but had to wipe it down.
Panda Express
This was my first time at this location. They did not disappoint. The customer service was good. I ordered the grilled teriyaki chicken and spring rolls. I got plenty of chicken. They were a bit stingy with the rice. The food was delicious. I will return again. I recommend this location.
This location is super hit and miss when it comes to them actually getting your order right. This time was probably my worst experience as don’t understand how the person that prepared my plate felt it was acceptable. I ordered a 2 entree with half and half rice and noodles. When I got home, there was literally 5 noodles and very little of one entree. I tried to call and no one answered, when I went back i asked for the manager. The manager jem (or Gem) was not very understanding of the situation and while she did offer to give me a side of noodles and an entre, the way it was approached made me feel attacked and as I I was the one in the wrong. After she handed me the noodles, she decided to walk away without explaining to their worker I was still owed an entree which I then had to re explain everything. Not sure why the manager Jem decided to walk away without resolving the situation but out of all the times they forget an item, at the very least I get some sort of “hey my apologies for the inconvenience “ which was too much for the manager apparently. That simple action, would have de escalated everything and would avoided these embarrassing images online. The picture was taken 10 seconds after me opening my plate for the record. Tell me if this is acceptable
Chinese Noodle Express
Food was good except on the app menu it clearly stated two egg rolls come with it… twice now my order has only come with a single.
Blandest food I’ve ever had and the nastiest cuts of meat. I didn’t even eat it, a complete waste of money. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Panda Express
We love Panda and we don't have it in our hometown so when we were here on a little weekend getaway we were excited to have some Panda! The biggest issues I had was waiting 25 minutes for my food order and what appeared to be a bone in the Orange chicken (see picture). My wife's Beijing beef I believe had sat for a while under the heat lamp, she said it was not good and quit eating after one bite.
I love Panda Express the food is always amazing and I would definitely get this every time. The orange chicken and the noodles are so good!! It’s definitely worth the price!!
P.F. Chang's
The Mongolian Beef was overcooked, very dry and hard. My beverage was supposed to be Mango, it was plain unsweetened. Order wasn't ready when I got there, and the restaurant wasn't crowed it was only 4 people seated in the entire restaurant. The hostess wasn't present. So maybe they rushed the preparation. They are lacking in everything
Felt neglected and mistreated when ither tables celebrating birthday received sparkles bubbles and a song and us being AFRICAN AMERICANS only got a cold piece af cake and asked if we want it to go. Food was not good and they kept bringing out the wrong order.
Panda Express
Ordered delivery for fried rice, orange chicken and bejing beef. Only to receive fried rice only. Their solution was to come in personally to pick up the correct order. The reason why I did delivery was so I won’t have to drive there. Now they want me to personally pick up an order that I paid to have delivered. 1 STAR SERVICE!!
Nothing else like Panda! Food is tasty & consistent no matter which one. I had the chow mein & mushroom chicken in a bowl which was enough for a small meal. Employees were knowledgeable and efficient. Very busy at lunchtime but service was fast. Dining room & restroom was clean. I’ll definitely be back!
Zen Chinese Food
Food was so good! I ordered the orange chicken, noodles with shrimp and fried rice everything was perfect along with the portion's. They were quick but freshly made hot and ready first time trying this place out definitely recommend it 10/10 hopefully their reviews go up they definitely deserve it. From what I read it was the service that was getting the bad rating but everyone has different personalities don’t let it get in the way of trying their amazing food, thank you!
Almost didn’t come because of the really low 2.5 stars however, I love Chinese food and as I looked at the reviews realized that it was worth a shot. So here’s my review, Walked in - no customers so I received immediate service from the mom and pop owned shop, wife appears to be the cashier and cook is the husband. I ordered my food went to wash my hands in the restrooms ( clean and well maintained), came back to my drink and some egg drop soup which was really flavorful and delicious. I was just finishing up my egg drop soup when the cashier ( who’s also the waitress ) brought my main entree along with another drink ( I had not finished my first drink ) The general Tsao chicken was very tasty and the prices are reasonable. Great spot! I hope they start getting the reviews they deserve. Additional information because I saw lots of comments that they service was, “rude”, with a language barrier it may seem that way.. the update is due to when I was leaving the cashier did try to speak to me but the language barrier cause miscommunication.
