Super rice/simple version of homemade beef sauce
Since coming to Latin America, there are really fewer and fewer meals to eat, and local Chinese food is expensive and ordinary, so I can only do it myself. Fortunately, beef here is cheaper than in China, so let's make a super beef sauce for bibimbap! Add all the above seasonings in addition to monosodium glutamate, and then keep stir-frying, if the seasoning is not accurate, you can put less at first You can taste it later, what is lacking, what is in the place, adjust it according to your taste

Stir-fry the bottom oil to become clear, add monosodium glutamate and turn off the heat
