Stuffed shrimp with green pepper is slippery
Last time, I made shrimp stuffed with green peppers, but it was grilled, and I thought it tasted delicious. This time, try the taste of direct braised dishes.

Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
-
150 grams of shrimp slippery and four green peppers are enough. Try to choose green peppers that are straighter and fatter. The color should not be too dark, or it should not be too spicy.
-
Remove the head of the green pepper, cut it in half and remove the seeds. Remove a little bit of the tendon that protrudes from the inside.
-
Brush a layer of cornstarch (cornstarch) on the inside of the green pepper, so that the shrimp are slippery and sticky and not easy to fall off.
-
Shrimp slip I bought directly ready-made, 150 grams.
-
First, squeeze the shrimp onto the powdered green peppers.
-
Smooth the shrimp with a spoon.
-
To prepare the sauce: light soy sauce, half a spoon each of cornstarch and oyster sauce, a pinch of salt, then add half a bowl of water, stir well and set aside.
-
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the slippery side of the shrimp over low heat until golden brown.
-
Flip and fry for 30 seconds.
-
Pour in the prepared sauce, cover and simmer over medium-low heat for about 3 minutes.
-
Turn up the heat a little, drain the juice a little and then get out of the pan. This green pepper is not spicy and tastes slightly sweet. The shrimp is very smooth and has a good taste.
