Best Chinese food around here. Wish there was a restaurant like this. Consistent, fresh, and delicious always

Food was excellent, great portions! Had the General Tso’s Tofu and it was delicious. Highly recommend if you need a quick Chinese meal! Not a lot of interior space to eat but that was okay for us since we did take out.

The food was pretty good. But the fried food tastes like it has been cooked in old grease. I had to go ask for my own water cuz they never brought it to us after we sat down and got our food. I was trying to get a steak but I seen the worker laughing and talking with another worker and touch the other workers hair with the gloves so I walked away I didn't want it no more. Plus I stood there too long trying to get his attention.

Disorganized. No control over kids running around and mis handling their own food. Ran out of certain foods like Meatloaf. Fries and Salad area. Little choices for desserts. Tables a little messy. Ice cream machine broken. So called clean plates were dirty. Plates and silverware very old beaten up. Do NOT recommend going to this specific place. Should be shut down.

Very impressed with how one of the managers named Geo came to our table to see if we were satisfied with our meal. Well done. The food was excellent as always. We like to visit at least once a week.

What a great experience. Restaurant is squeaky clean and everyone hard at work behind the counter, which you don't find as much anymore in the fast food industry. Yadira is running a great crew and it shows in their customer service. We were here in the mid-afternoon, so things have slowed down, but the crew is still hard at work. Excellent.

This past late March was the very fist time trying this place and not bad among Chinese buffets we've been to. We live down just a few miles past the IL border in Beach Park but we take our boys for their haircuts up in K-town and were looking for a restaurant where they could choose from a variety and my wife mentioned she wanted Chinese as well so here we were. Food overall for the price wasn't bad and there was definitely an extensive selection to choose from across the board. Just wasn't too thrilled about the foam plates and plastic utensils as some have already mentioned. We're in Keno/ Pleasant Prairie quite a bit but time will tell if we ever stop back in here, I'll leave it up to the wifey if she gets that craving.

I have to say I'm actually disappointed this last visit. The food was good, it was during lunch so was very fresh. Service was fine, but what was awful and I probably will not return unless it changes, they use paper plates (cheap cheap paper plates) and plastic forks! For inside dining!! We couldn't even pick up half our food without the forks breaking or bending.. it was just not right considering its a restaurant, not a picnic. I couldn't even finish my food because 1. The aggravation trying to actually use the cheap cutlery and 2. It just kept breaking. Paper plates and forks shouldn't be used for dining inside. To go, yes. To dine in.. lord no. Very disappointed. Food was good but not how it was served.

Food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered the 2 entree plate with orange chicken, chicken teriyaki and lo mein with a coke and rangoons. The chicken was so dry and flavorless. It was overcooked. The rangoons were beyond greedy and bland. There was only cream cheese not even imitation crab. The noodles were so greasy every the first bite was dripping in grease. The coke was so flat and gross

Nazhu is awesome. Excellent food, and service. Deffinetely recommend this establishment in the prime outlet mall tell them ace sent you!

If your ~posted hours~ both via Google and the front of your store is 9:30 p.m. close and a customer comes at 9:02 and your door is locked that is bad business. I spent money at this shop over the years but I won't spend any more money at this shop. I guess the only exception would be some kind of family emergency but if I do see it ever again I will be sure to amend this review; upwards or downwards. There is a lot of competition in town, Hong Kong.

Haven’t done a review for a while, They must have a new chef and a new attitude. Everything was delicious this time hot and fresh cooked to order.

Review for Autumn – Exceptional Service at Panera I want to take a moment to acknowledge Autumn, the manager on duty tonight, for her outstanding professionalism and kindness. I had placed an order and believed I was missing several items. Without hesitation, Autumn kindly offered to remake my entire order. But after listening to her—calmly, clearly, and with genuine care—I took a breath and realized I had indeed received everything I ordered, minus a piece of bread. And honestly, that wasn’t a big deal. What stood out far more was her thoughtful way of speaking, her patience, and her willingness to go above and beyond. Autumn has served me before, and every interaction with her has been marked by warmth and clarity. Tonight, even when I was venting out of momentary frustration, she listened with grace and professionalism. That kind of service leaves a mark—it reminds you that kindness and communication matter deeply. I’m truly grateful. Panera is lucky to have someone like Autumn representing the brand. More people in customer service should lead with her level of empathy and presence.

We went through the drive thru and the gentleman was very nice. Their bread is wonderful we bought a loaf for meals at home. Absolutely in love with their broccoli cheddar soup 🤤

Not sure if that was worth the price paid. Many salad bar items slimy or mixed in with other foods. The strawberry preserves were in front of the peanuts but there were peanuts in it. There were croutons in the hard boiled eggs holder. Many containers sitting out in eye view, very unprofessional looking. Employee cooking steak was not very happy to be at work; carved ham looked reheated and old. Green beans overcooked. Pot roast was good , mashed potatoes were good. Ice cream melted soon as it hit the bowl. It was like milk. Bread pudding not cooked well. Churros had no cinnamon on them. Overall quality just not good. I’m just naming items I actually tried. Some other items looked inedible. I went here because I wanted a variety of items and had my little one with me who’s a little picky , she was satisfied. It was just okay for me. Also didn’t like how the manager, or who I assume was a manager , was walking around in sunglasses, a coat, street clothes and a thermometer with a bucket of water. Assuming she was checking temps. Other manager was eager to take my payment and I don’t think he trusted that the cashier rung up my order correctly. Weird. Anyway, it’s just okay. Won’t go back anytime soon.

The restaurant is overall clean. Walking into the restaurant, I was greeted by the cashier and she was friendly. I tried the steak and it was good. The catfish was a 10/10. Also, if you’re looking for a great banana pudding spot, this is the place to go for. The staff was friendly and even the manager talked to my table for a bit. Overall, I would definitely recommend trying this place out.

Came across this spot through Google. I am extremely happy for that. This place was great. Price point was awesome. I seen the food i tasted tbe food it was delicious. I loved the hibachi every thing was fresh and easy to access. The gentleman was nice cooked it in front of us. Tasted amazing. The food was hot and plenty of the crab ragoon was so good I ate so many I lost count. The endless choices was the icing on the cake. But wait there's more.... The snacks the fruit, the rolled ice cream ugh food coma. I'm definitely coming back and referring this place to any one that loves to eat ... I almost forgot the sushi was also fresh and delicious. This place amazed me usually buffets are ahhhh but this place is a must try!!!

We decided to stop and try this buffet since we were in the area and seen the parking lot full. It turned out to be very good. We enjoyed it, everything we picked tasted good, the ladies there were very prompt on cleaning off the table from the plates as soon as they were empty. Drinks are included in the price, its a sunday so price is $15.99 a person so its decent. All is self-serve, including your drinks. The service was good, there is a good variety of items to choose from, the salad bar even looked good, lettece was fresh looking, lots of desert to choose from, they have a variety of ice cream choices as well, there is a bonus station that serves rolled ice cream in a cup and your choice of toppings, there's a fruit bar, variety of jello flavors, cakes, cookies, pudding, etc. Good selection of seafood like crap legs, shrimp, crawfish, calamari, etc. Pizza. Anyhow, all was good. No complains. Lots of parking available. The bathrooms were the only thing that weren't the best, all were dirty except for one, no paper towels. I would definitely return again, I felt the pricing was reasonable, drinks are usually not included in the price so it was nice that it was. The food was good.

Being acknowledged by employees however wasn't given any attention for three minutes of awkwardly waiting. They had even made eye contact before going back to doing whatever. Which is fine, but I know they could of at least said one moment. The rest of the visit was okay, got the order and left.

Rangoons very undercooked like it fell apart because it wonton wrapper by the cream cheese was still doughy. My go-to Beijing beef and sweetfire chicken were both undersauced, and meat was dry inside, apple pie eggrolls were tough, my kids broccoli was undercooked and tough. Togo bags were mishandled and saucy on the inside. Used to be good, but dine in is horrible experience and togo isnt much better. Go to main moon and give this place a BIG miss.

Ordered chicken fried rice and it was decent. Came back and tried out the same seed chicken and it definitely didn't have the sweet taste. The lady wasn't happy it was sent back, it just wasn't good.

Never again... Placed order and went to pick it up, " sorry we don't have your order.." Went back out to car and called from the phone we ordered from and the they found order, "10 minutes.." waited the 10 minutes, went in and waited 15 more. No apology.. Got home and the food was terrible. Mongolian Beef was like rubber, chicken was breaded mush. Not edible what so ever, $34 tossed. may be new owners, no communication, had to ask about my order, again, while there. Door dash guys were backed up as well.

I made a mistake on location, called to cancel my order and they refused to refund it. I have a disability and am unable to get to their location to pick it up. There is no room for mistakes here, they do not care and will keep your money without doing anything to accommodate you.

This place sucks they don’t even have Soap in the bathroom very dirty place how are you going to have restaurant with no soap in bathroom how do cooks wash there hand after using bathroom plus very dirty place
