My friend recommended this place, but after reading so many bad reviews, i was skeptical. Somehow, some reviews looked fake, so I decided to come with my friends anyway. We came for lunch, and we were pretty impressed with the seafood selection. Most of them are very good and fresh. They gave us a small fresh lobster for the table and abalone per person. The shrimps were alive, but they said no more after 2 orders, which was hard to believe. But I got it, it's expensive. The drinks are included and as well as the desserts. The service was good. The waitress was very nice. We had a great time and will definitely come back again.

My experience at this Hot Pot was exceptionally pleasant. The staff was very kind and attentive to every detail, which made the visit even better. Food is pretty good and fair prices. Especially their bbq pork, roasted duck, and roasted pork. Their meat has more flavor than other places I’ve been to. Friendly customer service! I’ve been coming here almost every week to buy rice for dinner. Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

Enjoyed a few meals here. They serve the Cantonese style food. Soups, congee and rice bowl dishes are their specialty. Prices are very reasonable and their roast meats are very good, especially the duck. I was kind of shocked how good their fried wonton is too. Lots more meat filling then most other places. Despite of the emptiness of the restaurant at times, this place is an amazing take out place. My hungry strikes at midnight, I know where I will call for a pick up or deliver at the final hour. I love their whole fried young tender chicken, I've had it 5 times and they were perfect every time, and the seasoning is always on point.

The service was pretty decent, much like normal where you just walk in, take a seat and get a menu. The food however was mixed. I really liked the flavor but the chicken in the burger was mostly the outside part with minimum chicken. Great atmosphere and design!

I would like to give a negative rating if I could. I just had the worst time ever at this restaurant – seriously, they're practically scamming their customers. The prices on the menu and what they hit you with at the end? Totally different, like not even close. And when you question about it, they just shrug it off, blaming some outdated menu, and you still gotta fork over the new crazy prices. A dish that is marked to be $18 ends up costing me a whopping $45. What about the ingredients !? Definitely not fresh. I specifically checked with the waitress before I ordered the chicken soup, asking if it was made fresh in its own pot. What shows up? Reheated broth, smelling like day-old chicken. There's this lingering taste of leftover chicken that makes it the nastiest soup I've ever had. This whole experience wasn't just a letdown. It made me sick. How come this business can survive?

Honestly, I don't even like Szechuan food but this place is INCREDIBLE. The meal starts out with complimentary appetizers of pickled cabbage and roasted peanuts with hot tea. These were incredible. Avoid the pods of fresh black peppercorns though, unless you want a numb mouth. We ordered spicy fish filet stew, dry pot of cauliflower, cold roast beef tongue in garlic and pepper sauce, stir-fried noodles with beef, boiled chicken in chili oil, shredded potato stir-fry salad, West Lake style beef soup 西湖牛肉羹 (cilantro, minced beef and eggs in soup), Kung Pao chicken. The beef noodles were AMAZING. The West Lake beef soup looked unassuming, but it was so warm and amazing too. We received the boiled chicken in chili oil, which was so tender and soft. The chili oil was not too spicy and it was very enjoyable. Honestly, this was the best meal we had in Brooklyn and we came upon it by accident!

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. I came here two days ago after work to get some pig bone soup instead of ordering it online for delivery. I showed the front desk that I ordered on the delivery app before and then she was trying to figure out how much it was. She was about to call the boss lady but then the boss lady walked in. The boss lady said that the soup is more expensive on the delivery app and that since I’m in person it would be cheaper so they went with 12$ for two quarts of pig bone seaweed soup. I was happy with the price. Today I ordered through phone call and went back there and it was a different front desk lady. She said it would be 18$ for 2 quarts of the pig bone soup but I told her I came here 2 days ago and it would was 12$. She said that I was lying and gave me attitude then she called the boss lady. Then she wanted to charge me 14$ but I said I literally came here 2 days ago and it was 12$. She said there’s no way 2 quarts of soup is 12$. I said it’s literally all bones that fill up the quarts. She gave me an attitude and called me big sis and said I’m joking right. She was like twice my age. Anyways she basically handed me my food rudely and walked away. I’m never coming back to this place ever again.

Food is pretty good would have gave it a 4 or 5. But the fact that there’s always people smoking really throws everything off. People here won’t care if there’s a baby or kid, they’re still smoking inside. So please be mindful of that, service is decent.

It was promised at the beginning that tip would be free, but one time they calculated the price as $1,300 and we didn’t pay attention to the price. When I got home, I added the bill and it was only $1,170. , I called and asked why I was charged an extra $130. He said it was for the private room. I said you didn’t even tell the guests, so you just added it on. Moreover, the service attitude was terrible. I will never go there again.

I was impressed with this restaurant. Beyond the rich flavors of the food, I was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance of this trendy spot. The atmosphere is warm, with music at a comfortable volume, and the attention to detail in the utensils and ceramics is noticeable, curated perfectly for the occasion. The entire team was kind and exceptionally helpful, guiding me through the menu and explaining what to expect from each dish. The food itself is fantastic--I love spicy food, and they prepared it to perfection.
