Super clean lobby, always someone taking care of sweeping of taking the trash out. The portions are very fair, the staff is really nice and welcoming. They greet you when you come in and if there’s a wait, they assure you they’ll help you shortly. The food is always very fresh, and the wait for something if it runs out is only ever 5-7 min. We have never had an issue with the quality of the food or portions regardless of if we go in or through the drive thru. We choose to go to this location over others nearby!

Don’t bother going here. In ordered online over 1 hour before I planned to pick up. (Set the time so my order would be ready) and surprise it wasn’t ready. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. The rice was under cooked and my noodles were over cooked. I’ll be calling corporate.

Horrible location 4-5 pm, will not visit again... servers rude & unwelcoming. Very little prepped food available - obviously only residual from lunch rush remained, most containers empty or a few had minimal offering [suggested for health safety: should be required to put prepared and expiration time on containers]. Counter girl unequivocally stated NO when asked if they could prepare unavailable item to order, and only shrugged shoulders as we were leaving - other serving girl just rolled her eyes. NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS TREATMENT AT ANY OTHER PANDA LOCATIONS always are encouraged to order, if willing to wait...!! Had an excellent dinner at Hellfired Pizza next door.

We moved to a different location due to never having a correct order at this location. Not to mention they asked my 12 year old if he was an Uber driver picking up food, and then had him wait for 20 minutes (me in the car looking through the window) for food that was ready when we walked in.

Love the food but you guys skimp on the portions on your website it says it’s 12oz for two portions of grilled chicken but I was given 9oz. Might not be a big deal to you guys but I’m specifically getting the protein plate so it would be nice to get all the protein I paid for. Now I’m wondering how many times you’ve guys done this to me lol

Super disappointed, we ordered take out and we must have gotten the last of the chow mein because it was pretty much all vegetables. If I would have been there in person I would have said something but since we picked it up and didn't know until we got home, it was frustrating. For my son's birthday. And we couldn't even pick through to get noodles. It went in the trash.

This place had really good take out. I don't know what happened. Was the wildest Chinese food I have had in a while. The garlic chicken had almost an inch of oil it was sitting in. The Kung pow chicken was like a stew.. with peas🤷‍♀️ and the general tso chicken was soggy. And the chicken, what is the chicken? Like imitation crab meat... but chicken. Of course this mess was over $100. Never again.

The food is decent enough and all you can eat. I love the variety. Nothing really stood out for me because it wasn't the best I've ever had but again satisfying enough. The place is clean which is great but the ambiance is lacking. No music, boring pictures, and you can hear everyone talking, chewing, and dishes clanking. Not super inviting but not uncomfortable. The service was the worst part of our experience. Attentive enough to clear your plates but not very friendly. When we went to pay, the cashier didn't want to give us our change and said it was the tip. This isn't the first time that happened to someone in our party. Last time, they paid by card and left a cash tip and the cashier kept tapping the tip part on the receipt, demanding more. Pretty rude. We may go back again but it's not very likely. If we do though, next time it will be to go.
