Called to asked if the wonton soup has pork in it the guy on the phone just wouldn’t answer the question. He asked if I wanted a small or large . I told him I was interested but it depends if it has pork in it. He then said nothing then said do you want the soup ? I said do it have meat in it ? He clearly didn’t speak English but he ended up hanging up on me because he didn’t understand . I’m not sure how they run a business like that not understanding what people are saying . The food looked great online and I would’ve purchased but that was a bad phone call

Made a doordash order for spare rib tips and plain rice and they gave it to me without rice when i called they said i should’ve payed the extra two dollars for fried rice. This is honestly ridiculous

I ordered from here at LEAST once every two weeks and would spend substantial money for it being Chinese food. I placed my order online and 1 1/2 hours later, still not here. I called and after waiting 10 minutes for them to “look for it” they said oh we didn’t start it yet, you still want it it will be another 40 minutes to an hour. No, I’m sorry, nothing. Just kept saying, you want it or not. Lost a loyal long time customer and all of my family and friends that I had go there will stop too. The food isn’t THAT good for you to not pay attention to orders and have NO basic customer service skills when called. Disgrace. DO NOT GO HERE. Rude employee

The worst Chinese food I have ever tasted. Roast pork egg rolls tasted stale, and were so hard. Shrimp roll tasted stale, had 1 shrimp in it, and it was hard. Chicken chow mein asked for no celery and it was loaded with celery and in a quart had 4 slivers of chicken. Was tasteless. Pepper steak was tasteless and the steak tasted of raw flour. General Tso's Chicken how is it was sweet? It should be spicy and the chicken was hard. Wonton Soup the filling was really good but the pasta wonton was raw. Broth was watered down and lacked flavor. The best and only good part was the fortune cookies! Half an hour my family all fought to get into the bathroom with very bad diarrhea. I find it hard to believe a restaurant could be this bad, but they get my gold star for the worst restaurant ever.

Have ordered from here a few times and everything was delicious. However, with my most recent order I ordered fried dumplings. I cut one in half and saw something blue and picked it out. It ended up being a piece of rubber band. I called the restaurant to inform them and they seemed extremely uninterested said “OK” and hung up. Very disappointed with the customer service. I was not looking for my money back but I think it’s important for a business to care about the product they are selling considering it is a health hazard.

This has been my family’s go to spot for more than 15yrs. Crazy enough Alex used to deliver to my home when i was a young kid! years later Alex, new owner, took over in 2017, he brought upon a different spice to each meal he serves. Overall It’s a great place with great food and owners! I recommend you check out their menu and don’t stick to your usual plate, you might just enjoy something different! I actually got a half chicken with fried rice and then another half chicken by itself. The best part was I asked the young lady behind the counter to not chop up my chicken and leave it as is. And she did I don't know why but it made me feel like a kid in a candy store 😂... Will update with photos when I get it again 😋😊

Karaoke Tuesday is always a good time. The music is good, the performers are good, and the atmosphere is infectious. There are always way too many customers for the staff to serve efficiently, but they do try.

Ordered an ordered a order and forgot my tea however acted like I was the slow one

Placed an order for 2 large plain fried rice, lady that answer said it would take 15-20mins. 35 minutes pass so I decided to call just to see if order was on its way, same lady that took the order tells me the delivery guy is in the area. Another 30 mins pass so I decided to call again now another person answers and tells me the delivery guy is on my street. After another 20 minutes, no call,no show, no nothing and an hour & 25 minutes wasted. Very unprofessional and rude of their part.

Food is just okay. The people who deliver always seem to have an attitude and they alway cheat my out of something. For example the last time I ordered i got cheese wantons and I was suppose to get 10 but they only gave me 7. Also they cheat you out of money because they didnt update their menu and prices are high so watch out for what you pay for.

This is going to be short, take this with a grain of salt. I’m looking for Chinese food and normally I want Chinese good on the healthy side if things but I walk into Kwok Food King and was greeted by the lovely lady and ask if and when I’m ready let her knows. Few times later, I order my food but had to wait because there is only one food right now. A family was waiting for their food and mine came soon after theirs. The woman again, thank me and I thank her. That Homemade iced tea wasn’t sweet (that’s a good thing) it’s tea with lemon. That’s it, perfect. If you get homemade iced tea from others and it’s crazy sweet, then you know the owner and cooks do not care about your health. I know this is kit 4-5 start dynasty dinner or meals that I normally will have back in China. But this is America, I get what I can get, lol. Food was good too and not over cooked

Called in a large order for delivery, staff were very nice and patient with our requests. Delivery was quick and food is delicious. Their lunch special is so worth it, $7.75 for entree with rice and soda/soup. Will be ordering from them again.

I finally stopped this evening after returning books at the library. They’re located right across the street on the corner. You really can’t miss them with their neon lights. They not only have good I takeout food, they also have groceries, of which I appreciated being able to buy buttermilk. Tonight I had their homemade mango lassi which can easily match those in a fancy restaurant, and their butter chicken with rice. The flavor was lovely and portion was generous enough for me. Next time I'll have the rice be separate from the main dish. I wasn’t sure if they sold a platter, as I would have enjoyed some naan. No matter…I plan to return to enjoy their other offerings.

I just stopped by today. I’m on a mission to learn how to cook Indian food (pasty white girl here). The owner helped me pick out the right spices and I also picked up some awesome vegetable samosas!! They also have a great selection of homemade Indian food to go including an Indian Protein Bowl!! The place is spotless! Right across from the library in Poughkeepsie!!

Food used to be good. Its been a while since Ive had chinese, but had a craving and ordered a General Tso combination. The food was terrible. Had a few bites and threw it out. Must have been the absolute lowest quality chicken, or just the left over scraps. Absolutely no excuse for serving what I got unless there is just zero pride and care.

The food is fresh and tasty. Theirs not as much variety as other buffets, but they make up for it with amazing flavor and quality ingredients. The service is on par to. Great value for what you spend. Also pretty affordable

My family and I recently visited Asian Dynasty Buffet and had a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We were able to find a wide variety of dishes to enjoy, from sushi to Chinese food. The food was all fresh and flavorful, and the portions were generous. The service was also very friendly and attentive. Our waitress was always happy to refill our drinks and make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend Asian Dynasty Buffet to anyone looking for a great Asian buffet experience.

I'm usually not so harsh on reviews but this experience was so atrociously bad, I feel it's my civic duty to warn others. The entire ordeal began when I ordered food from this place. Let me preface this by saying, I had a reasonable expectation of receiving my order in a timely manner. Instead, it took an hour for them to cancel the order. An hour! As if the gross mismanagement of time wasn't bad enough, I had to go through the entire ordering process again only for it to take even longer. Apparently, the restaurant wasn't even open yet, despite their hours listed otherwise. Why would you indicate you're open when you're not? That's just a recipe for frustration and disappointment. The driver couldn't even enter the premises to pick up my order. And when the food finally arrived, it was a culinary disaster. The fried rice was so hard it could have been used as a weapon, and the egg rolls were an utter mockery of the dish. They were completely devoid of the ingredients I specifically asked for. It seemed as though the chef decided to experiment with the exact opposite of what I wanted. The pièce de résistance, however, was the chicken. It was so undercooked, it should have been considered a health hazard. I had no choice but to dispose of it, fearing the potential for food poisoning. This entire episode was nothing short of a waste of time, energy, and money. I cannot emphasize this enough - steer clear of this establishment. This is not the service or quality anyone deserves, and I won't be giving them a second chance to ruin my day.

It's a local Chinese store, the food is ok. I won't be returning there in the future.
